Lied to me on the initial phone call about having 4 matching tread patterns. Lied prior to the install about having 4 matching tread patterns. Had a wobble at 60mph+, brought it back to discover they Installed 4 different tires. Now they're saying they don't have 4 of the same.$50/tire vs $65/tire is not worth the savings when you have to take time to come back and still don't get what you paid for.Do not recommend.

Paid for 4 brand new tires for my bmw last week. Here we are two weeks later and no tires and they damaged my rims in the process. I m upset that I even have to give them one star.

Omg where do I even start. March 2023 I took a perfectly good Toyota to them. I purchased 4 new tires and something under the hood need to be repaired everything came up to 1000 after taxes. Literally the next day I have to turn my key 3 times to get it to start (a problem I never had before until after they touch my car). They told me to bring the car back but life got in the way. Now in November 2023 my car wouldn t accelerate and it sounded like a chain scrubbing the ground. I take the car to them Mike tells me 450 for CV axel. Car is ready the same day. I pick the car up and about 30 minutes on the road car stops accelerating again (same problem). I call them back and they claim they didn t know that the car wasn t accelerating. Also I want to add that u barely get to speak to the actual mechanic only the female receptionist who doesn t know anything. They tell me to bring the car back and it s $78. Part comes in the next day but they need more time. When the car is finally ready the female calls me now it s $150. Pay the money pick up the car and car is still isn t accelerating. Now I m out of $600 and no running car. I feel robbed. I can t believe I paid the 150 when I just paid $450 and the car wasn t working. It s the weekend and Mike isn t there. After I pay the 600 the female reception is like oh yea your transmission going bad they say they told you.

Unexpected flat tire. This was the only place open near me and WOW! The service was fast and the staff was very professional. The price was also reasonable.

I thought I had a nail in my tire, turned out my rim was cracked. In & Out fixed it the same day, saving me the expense of purchasing a new rim and keeping my car on the road. These guys are great!

Brought 2 supposedly brand new tires on 12/16/23 now tires are going bald.they blame it on the alignment. Researching those tire Fullway come to find out they are bad tires from China. They did not want to change out tires nor refund.. bad business NEVER AGAIN!!!

Hate I had to give any stars this place is horrible the employees are inexperienced unprofessional and thieves .If there is a problem the Owner /manager is never around on the weekends if you don t pay attention they will give you a tire that s been plugged or ,double thread your lugs then lie about what happened also take money from your glove compartment and say they didn t take it .Me and my daughter have had a horrible experience here so please ,please stay far away from this place.Go anywhere else but here. Notice no one response to the bad reviews just the good ones. If you really care about your business you would try to respond to the bad reviews also at least pretend you care.Service: Tires

Beat service and pricing in town hands down. I needed 2 used tires for my 2015 Ford Fusion. They not only had the right size tires with plenty of miles left on the tread but took off the old tires, mounted and balanced the new/used ones and all in a matter of about 30 minutes for a price that was more affordable than I thought I'd have to spend. The service was fast, reliable, proper and the employees are stand up, respectful, professional people. I will not go anywhere else for my tire needs. In and out is the place from now on. Thank you guys for helping me.

After a flood I was sure I had a bad alternator and electrical problems. They diagnosed it as a simple bad battery. Regarding Ticket 200039710SAXThey installed 4 tires on my Mercedes GLK on Spet. 10, 2022. I would have went somewhere else but I had a road trip coming up and the big chains were closed or booked. On April 21, 2023, I had B service done at my ususal mechanic. I was told that In & Out stripped my lug nuts. They apparently do not have the right equipment to handle Mercedes vehicles. Now I will have to pay $180 for a new set of authentic lug nuts. I do not recommend this business. If I hear back from management, I will update this review. For now, I would give 0 stars if I could.Service: Tires

Bought a used tire for $60. Drove home and it was flat when I got home (To their defense, not sure when or where it got the leak. It could have been there before or on the way home).Went back a couple days later (I had to fill up the tire every morning) and had it plugged by them for another $20. Drove home and the same plug/hole leaked out again. Couldn't get back for a few days. I had to fill the tire up every morning.Went back to fix the plug and was told the tire had a broken belt and couldn't be fixed. They insisted the nail/hole in the tire broke the belt and that it was my fault. They offered another $60 used tire which had 3 nails in it already. Another tire had a nail. Two others had major edge wear. They offered a new tire for $160.I had them put the original used tire back on and left. I wasted $80 and 3 trips to this place.I went across the street to Dales Tires and got a matching tire for $50. No leaks. I should have gone there in the first place.

I was super happy they were open late. I had a tire loosing air slowly but had gotten it plugged 3 months ago at another place. I thought that could be the culprit and he asked if I wanted to patch it. Thank God I did because I actually had a small nail in it. Patch price was very good! In the $20s I'm happy. Thank you!

These people are liars and idiots .They faked patched my tire, on my way home the tire pressure light came back on. I found out the next day at a different tire shop it was never patched.

Amazing experience! Had a screw in my tire on a Sunday and they found a tire that would work and were going to order the correct one to come in the next day. When he got the tire off, realized he could patch it so did that instead. Saved us so much time and money. They are honest and quick. I will go back to them anytime I have an issue with my tires!
