Needed a front bumper / frame / lights replaced due to extensive damage. I ve got work done here previously a while ago and I ve known Impact Paint and Body as a no nonsense, long running, ultra reliable and honest shop that s been around for a long while and they predictably lived up to that reputation once again.I dropped the car off on a Monday and given the traffic and job backlog they have, they reasonably estimated a few days (including having to order the parts for my van of course). Less than 48 hours later they were ready with my car and in immaculate condition no less (including a thorough complimentary clean up). Never seen a job done this quick. Communication throughout was top notch. How cool is that?Chris is the man and he runs a first rate business along with his well trained, hardworking and honest crew and he pretty much worked out the best possible price for me to boot.Would absolutely recommend!

Brought my car in to have the front bumper repaired and missing mudguards replaced after an accident I had a while back. I knew there were some electrical issues as well because my horn stopped working and the driver side headlight was dimmer than the passenger. The repairs took a bit longer than they had estimated but it was expected because they confirmed that there were some electrical issues with the car. When I went to pick it up it was in excellent condition. Probably even better than when I originally got it from the dealership. The price also came out to about $2,000 less than the quote I got from another place so I was very happy with that. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an expert in collisions. These made my car look better than it was even before my accident. They even went above and beyond to match my headlights free of cost! Two were out from the crash. They fixed all 4 and I didn't have to pay extra. These guys are fast, reliable, and trust worthy.

WOW is all I can really say. This place is fantastic! I am being treated like a red carpet celebrity. Chris is amazing and the entire team are taking such good care of my baby. I would go to them over the dealer every day all day long. For trust, expertise and professionalism choose Impact. They are having a very positive 'Impact' on me:))

Great experience from beginning to end! I was in an accident and my insurance company referred them. Chris kept in touch with me. Drop off & pick up was fast I was in and out. I didn t expect my car to be detailed so that was a nice surprise for a mom of a one year old and due with a second in a few weeks. (Thank you to who had to do that. It was an HOT MESS in there!) overall great experience. I must add my car looks brand new. Will definitely recommend this establishment!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This shop provided excellent service. They repaired the damage to the rear end of my Honda Accord. They repaired the damage to the rear end of my Trunk, tot. To my surprise, I even got a brand-new spoiler on my car. They also fixed both driver-side and passenger-side doors that were damaged, red the damage to the rare end of my to my surprise. I even got a spoiler on my car. They also fixed both driver-side and passenger-side doors that were damaged from a prior break-in. The Shop was great.

Incredibly impressed with this shop!!!! My car got nearly totaled and they were able to not only salvage it but make it look like it came straight out of the dealership! Refer to photos attached. They really went above and beyond for me. I recommend this shop for the attention to detail, great craftsmanship, fast work, and overall hard and kind workers. I came across Impact Paint and Body when I need my passenger and drive-side windows replaced after my car was broken into. The service I received from the shop was excellent. The owner of the shop Eddie and his manager Chris we're very knowledgeable, personal, and honest every step of the way and did a great job of keeping me updated at each phase of the repair process. After 4 days of being in the shop, I was able to pick up my car and they did such a beautiful job of cleaning the inside of the car. I will be using them in the future and would recommend them to everyone.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. At my request, they pre ordered the parts so I could minimize the time I was without my car. They even called the car rental place down the street and had them come pick me up. And oh, by the way. They did a beautiful job on my car. 5 stars.I had to use them again, and again they did a great job. I thought they had replaced my doors with new parts, but they said they were able to repair them. I couldn't tell the difference. And they called a day early to tell me my car was ready. 5 stars again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the certified Allstate repair shop you want to bring your car to. The communication was outstanding. They keep in touch with frequent updates as to the progress and completion of the repairs. This was a major repair requiring suspension, tires, body work and paint. They did a superb job and it was completed ahead of schedule. This family owned shop puts thier clients first. I visited this place to pick up my sister's BMW after having had been in an accident. The gentleman there was kind and very thorough. He was a delight. The work done to the car is incredible. I would definitely recommend this place, if you can get, in because he's very busy.
