Hi Tek did repair on my 2021 Lexus on the front bumper which included the headlight worst decision I made to choose them. The front number has a gap after repair was completed when asked about it they said that it was the best they can do because of the material. Then soon after my malfunction regarding my headlights came on, called to tell them about it I was given the run around they couldn t tell my why it came on . Went to Lexus they said Hi tek had to fix it because they made the repair or they would have to charge me. Hi tek would not make the correction. I just gave up on calling. Never Again. Needless to say I just traded in my Lexus.

Hi-tech has some amazing customer service. I was calling every day regarding my car. They never had a problem or weren't even frustrated with me. Brenda was the one dealing with me and when I said I got on her nerves I did just that but she NEVER had a problem she was so amazing and made me feel welcome and was very understanding. I would 100% recommend them. And ask for Brenda I mean you can ask for anyone because they all were very helpful and understanding. Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Great team working here. Everyone was so nice to speak with and work with. They were able to work with what was needed to get my car on the road and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary items. The work done was excellent and they also helped with my time limit (taking Uber's every day can get expensive!). I look forward to working with them again, although hopefully not from another accident!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Auto body & trim replacement

I took my 2015 Honda Accord over there for body repair and paint and when I got an estimate from Mr.Trevor and the amount of the estimate was unbelievable. When I got the vehicle back, I was very impressed of the way they repaired and painted my vehicle. This place absolutely exceeded my expectations. After I got about 4 different quotes from other Auto body shops this was by far the cheapest and the work is outstanding !!Every other place lied about the amount of work needed , probably why they overcharged and tried to get over on me....others even said I would need to replace the part (rear bumper-which would have took longer of course for repair time and a rental)That guy Mr Trevor is amazing. If you need a body paint work on your car, I recommend this place, HI TECK PAINT AND BODY SHOP, run by Trevor. and his daughter Karyn. They will take care of your car bumper to bumper At a price beating all competition. They obviously do auto mechanics.. .. they are real professionals in this field... In addition, they are really nice. Trevor did some comestic paint on my VW in 2 days. Great job!!! The only downside is that they don't have a coffee machine in the waiting room. Don't hesitate, call them now if you need a quote.Service: Painting

Best Collision and Paint place in South Florida. I brought my vehicle in from palm bay to get it repaired at Hi-Teck Collision. I am so happy I did. The service is A+. The Communication is just outstanding. And my son's 2016 Nissan Altima looks amazing. They fix everything. Even replace his blacked out decals and stickers. I used Hi-Tech many many years ago and had a pleasurable experience. I recently got a new vehicle and unfortunately had a someone hit me in a parking lot... To my delight Hi-Tech is still in business. They are so easy to deal, their prices are more than fair and the quality of the work is about as good as it gets.

The customer service was exceptional. Very professional shop owner, that makes you feel welcomed. Took my car to Hi Teck after an accident and have been going back ever since, for minor wear and tear. Recently had my check engine light come on and took to hi Teck. They diagnosed the car, and was a simple gas treatment, that was needed. They did not try to up sell or imply it was a different issue. Very honest shop...

I love Karen she is the most beautiful spirit ever. I can say that because I know that at some point I became a pest and it wasn't their fault. But with all the madness Karen and Mr.Trevor made me feeling like family. I would recommend EVERYONE to them for any car repairs BIG or small.

Got body work done on my cat back in 2015. It looked great at first ... now the paint in the area that they repaired is completely faded. The rest of the car does not habe faded paint. They do not use high quality paint.

TREVOR WALROND, WHO IS THE OWNER OF THIS PAINT AND BODY SHOP was personable and super warm and friendly took care of our scratch on the bumper HIMSELF! He had a lot of patience and was able to work things out with us and even did a nice cleaning up when we requested it. And he even directed us to a nice Chinese plaza to eat authentic chinese cuisine for lunch while we waited. His paint job was amazing. It matched and didn't even look out of place. We love this guy!! Praise Jesus, Abba Father for bringing us to him via Howard at O'reilly's auto parts next door

Trevor is the absolute best, he worked with me to get my car running. Realistically they don t even deserve one start but you can t put negatives on here. This business is the absolute worst. It was nightmarish to even have to deal with them. As a hospitality trainer I find customer service a big part of running a business and sadly there is just none established at this place. When you call you either don t get through or are put on a hold for 20+ minutes. The employees are so rude. I was told my car would be ready on a Friday after dropping it off on a Wednesday and I thought to myself hmm that seems a little hasty but hey you re the professional. Sadly mistaken. No professionals here. It s almost a joke. On top of delaying my car for an extra four days without any call (Claimed they called and left a message yet no eveidence of that) when I called to find out about my car they had no idea what I was talking about. Yes exact words from the person who answered the phone. Then when I go get through I start explaining I need my car for 3 because I work at 4 and was promised my car would be ready at 3, when I arrived it wasn t even in their lot!!! They had me waiting another 30 minutes in the front as they all gathered in the back to come up with a lie to tell me!! My car wasn t ready until 4:42 and I had to inconvenience my day even more and lose money because of this establishment. Then when I confront the man about his outlandish prices, he said the best he could do for me is $70 off after I had lost $200 using uber and other ride services for getting around the extra days my car were held. He felt no remorse, felt I didn t deserve compensation and my car came back to me with more problems then I brought it in with. Moral of the story don t get duped by this sham of a business and honestly save yourself a headache and a pretty penny EXPENSIVE BUT HORRIBLE NOT WORTH ANY OF YOUR MONEY. I predict them going out of businesss soon because it is just a circus when you enter the store.

Im all for family business and profit, but honestly if i could rate them a negative 5 i would be beyond pleased. I've been dealing with this company for two month over my car being involved in an accident. I was not at fault so majority of paperwork and payment was dealt with my lawyers. The parts of the process that I actually had to deal with them was absurd. To start, the first two weeks they were ignoring my calls from my cell phone, i literally had to call from my office number to get them to answer. The mother of the business is an entire witch ( lack of better terms) and completely unaware of customer service. She is loudly rude, cuts you off while you speak, and very defensive. On 4/5 they told me the car was ready they were just awaiting the check. My lawyers received the check on 4/15 and i went to pick it up. I was told by the owner that i couldn't get my car due to paperwork he wanted to go over. We agreed to go over it the next morning. I called at 8;30am on 4/16 (the next day) to to see if a paper of mine was in the car and to tell them I was on my way to pick it up. For one, the mother said okay and hung up. For two, I got there and was told my car was not even there. She said that "minutes before I arrived" she got a phone call saying a bolt came off while doing an alignment. And that it will be ready some time today but they are waiting on the bolt. My problem is, why not call me back and let me know? How was the car ever ready then around 4/5? I tried to remain calm and expressed how upset and frustrated I was. I emphasized how ridiculous the communication is. She asked me not to swear, I apologized and went on to question why she didn't call me back before i got there? Mind you I was suppose to be there at 8am. I got there at 9:13a. And in between all that time there was no way for her to acknowledge me that they moved my car and also broke something. I had to pay for a cab there and a cab back. i went from telling my boss i would be a few minutes late to asking for the day off. The sad part is the owner was supposedly a family friend of my older sister. Some friend huh? Thank you again for your horrible business. DO NOT ATTEND THIS SHOP BY ANY MEANS.

Very unprofessional, poor customer service, doesn't return phone calls or notify the customer of any changes! The staff does not follow directions can't follow simple directions! Family owned but does not have the best interest for their customers. Charging top dollar for the service, but giving shade tree service. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for quality work!

Hi-Teck collision is a family owned and operated store. It is crystal clear that the daughter should be in charge because she is the only 1 there with good ethics and customer service. Which I know she did not learn from her mom because when I called up to ask about store hours the mother was very rude on the phone. I asked for store hours on Saturday and she said "9 - 11" I asked "if that was 9 am. - 11 p.m." she laughed at me like I was stupid and said "no 9 am. - 11 a.m." then I proceeded to ask her" if they were open on Sundays?" she laughed again and said "let me ask you a question do you work on Sundays?" " As a matter of fact I do work on Sundays" I got the hours they were open on Monday then hung up. Come Monday I drove up to Hi-Teck to drop off a door lock assembly kit for a 2003 Honda Civic so they could fix an elder ladys car that I broke her. Like I stated I dealt with the daughter who is very professional. After 2 hours they called me so I could pay for the labor. Which they decided was going to be $80! Even though the door panel was already removed before the car was there.?! (RI P OFF) I proceeded to pay so they did not hold the ladys car. When I asked for a receipt because it seemed kind of ridiculous to pay so much. The mechanic took the phone it started defending himself by stating" it took me over 2 hours just to get the door open/off!" after he was done defending himself and I said all I wanted was a receipt handed the phone to his daughter who was more than helpful by emailing and texting me a receipt. 2 1/2 days later and the electronic locks are not working. Which were working before the car went in. I doubled checked it personally. When the lady called about the electronic locks not working they proceeded to give her an estimate and proclaim that it was not their fault. Which clearly it is, they are just tring to take the 90 year old lady for a run. I recommend everyone stay away from doing business at this place and find a more honest business.SincerelyKris
