Great service with easy-going staff with astonishing turnarounds. It was worth a visit if you were looking to upgrade your business momentum.

Really disappointed with the products and services at #hg2 . Had to wait almost two months after I paid my deposit to have equipment installed. Install and equipment still not complete after like 4 months and to top it off I was sold faulty equipment(hg2 crossfire) as you can see on video, which according to their Google reviews it's not the first time. Pembroke pines manager apologized and refunded me money due to the inconveniences and mentioned he would replace the equipment regardless. After waiting a few weeks more to resolve this I called their Orlando office and spoke to a manager there and she's been very rude and said that " I need to return the equipment" if I've been refunded and since I got a refund they would not replace the items. So now I till have this equipment on my truck with a short circuit that can possible catch fire.They might be great for government agencies but not good for private sector. Horrible service . Would not recommendWas promised a replacement by management in Pembroke pines and now his manager is denying it.not expenting free service however customer service is not the priority of this company.The manager called saying the prices they gave me we're low as it was. Not my fault they're manager in Pembroke pines is not doing his job correctly.And they have to come back at my company for a negative review because of their bad service and me calling it out on social media as well as other customers that feel the same way as per their other reviews on google. Multiple customer with same complaint? Not a coincidence
