WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! Think twice before you take your car here. They don t actually check your vehicle with full service as they missed the horrible situation my brakes were in. 6 months later I bring my car in for service and tell me I need all my brakes replaced. Wasn t that supposed to be communicated before now?? They then had to order a part which took 2 days and the lack of communication and follow up was completely ridiculous. The service advisor helping me was worse than useless and after going back and forth with them over the course of 3 days still couldn t seem to make the situation right. They gave me a rental which I was still charged for and seemed to think that was good enough. Then was told I had to bring it back by a certain day because it was coming out of the advisors pocket. First of all not my problem and secondly I shouldn t know how it s being payed for PERIOD!Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else because I can t for the life of me even understand how they operate a viable business. Next steps will be a formal complaint with Ford and I hope this review helps some as I will never go back again.

I brought my Ford vehicle in to get repaired unfortunately during a holiday weekend. I didn t receive my vehicle until over a week later. It took a while to get any answers on why my vehicle wasn t working properly and the sales associate that helped me that day had expressed that she doesn t usually, use her work phone or answer it. She explained to me that she would prefer me text her personally, which I thought was a little unprofessional. The sales associate that helped me also explained in great detail that rental cars would be available and that 100% of the cost of the rental car would be covered if I choose to get one at the time. When I went to the rental car place, they told me that I would have to pay for part of the cost of the rental car. That part was very disappointing. I managed to get to work and home but not without repercussions. I ve taken other vehicles to this Ford service center on numerous occasions, and the service was about the same. They do a good job fixing the vehicle, but unless you purchased the vehicle directly from them, like my most recent vehicle, their prices are outrageous.

Grieco Ford FTL job well done! Thank you to Dave and team. Truck was being serviced for reoccurring misfiring issues, rough idle and check engine. Manny Rodriguez (Service Advisor) maintained phenomenal communication. He even sent him a text on his vacation to provide an update. Unfortunately, we didn t get it on the first visit due to there being so many error codes but Grieco asked me to bring it right back in. Manny Barrios (Master Technician) was able to diagnose and resolve reoccurring issues. Grieco did not charge me for the second visit or additional parts and labor. Thank You!

Manny Rodriguez, one of the main service managers is a complete crook. Tried to convince my 90 year old grandfather, three out of four shocks were broken when all four were replaced 100 miles before his vehicle was brought in. I drive down there only one shock is broken and it was broken by a person. My grandfather had taken his car from the shop while they were doing work because they said they wouldn t have the parts. This is before I had gone down there keep in mind, or there would be no way I would have left him leave with that shock. So they are claiming they reinstalled the shock shown in pictures and sent him on the road. Which if even possible would the most unsafe and dangerous thing ever. They then proceed to try to overcharge to finish the job then decline to continue work once I had asked for photos of the broken shock on the car. Complete scumbags I would rate them a zero if possible.

Second time bringing in my vehicle for squeaky brakes which they took a whole day a few months ago and and the result is still squeaky brakes.We have one car for 3 family members and the inconvenience of surrendering a car is loss of work. Now they are saying it's out of warranty for brakes. It's just a big cluster of con people and unskilled mechanics

Family business dedicated to customer satisfaction??? Too bad employees don t have that same mindset if it exists at all within the company, particularly service department. Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation online for when I arrived from out of state. Called 4 hours before the schedule appointment to see if there would be an earlier open spot. Sat on hold for 10 minutes to then be told by the service tech Patrick that they wouldn t be able to do my service as they didn t have a lift available for my f350 and they were super busy. So when we re you even going to call me to tell me this? But they are willing to reschedule for a future date when I m not in the area and what good is an appointment if you can t keep the first one?Call back to speak to a general manager/manager and the person taking the call transfers me to a voicemail mail but says he might be busy and maybe he will call you back . Nope didn t call back 5 days later though a message was left. Then went online to leave a review and their online employee chat learned of my dissatisfaction and took name and number to have a manager follow up with me. Yep 5 days without a phone call.Long term happy customers judge the service that is provided as to where future sales will be made. Anyone can sell me a car or more than one in a business environment but how well you care for my future service needs is the true factor in deciding If I will be a long term customer promoting the business to others or unhappy and never to make a referral or purchase. You can guess which category I fall under. It s easy to sell cars when there is a shortage and demand. Keeping customers and building a customer base through satisfactory service takes more work and this business needs to learn the basics.

Evelyn in the service department is fantastic! The service team consistently performs quality work. I have used their service for 4 years now and highly recommend.This current review my vehicle was in for rear drive unit replacement. Furthermore this involved a complicated repair, which included several parties of involvement. Evelyn was responsive and helped along the entire process providing necessary information and clear communication. At times I was surprised at how far she went above and beyond. Zero stars. Horrible communication and I m not even sure they re trustworthy. My 1.5 year old bronco got towed in and sat untouched for a week before being looked at. Got my car back (ten days and showing up at the dealership later) and the next day the service engine light comes on. They fixed it but have yet to tell me what was wrong. Take your car ANYWHERE else.

They don't seem to be very knowledgeable. They wouldn't help me/ or give me an answer to help me get back on the road.Essentially. The 12v battery died on my electric truck, and couldn't get the frunk open. They wouldn't tell me how to open it without power...I had to wait 7 hours for 4 different tow trucks before one of the drivers knew how to actually move my truck...

Horrible service department. I guess they think business will be flowing in forever and the main guy sounds like he hates his job .. name is Manny.. avoid this place at all costs and go literally anywhere else for service. We have an F-150 left there on Friday literally untouched and no timeline to even begin diagnosing it . Guy says literally no dealership in the world would have it diagnosed after a full day of being there congrats Manny on calling every dealership in the world to confirm that OR congrats on just being the worst one and using hyperbole to defend why you re the worst. Just very bad can t say enough how bad and we took our truck back cause absolutely would not want these people touching our truck.

I brought my truck in for an oil leak. I was initially told bad news, it was coming from the head gasket. I needed it repaired, and found out their estimate was competitive for South Florida after a little research. The technician, not completely certain, did more investigation and learned the oil leak was not from the head gasket, but the rear main seal and oil pan. I saved around 600.00, and also receive a warrantee for their work. It's nice to know I have a place with integrity to bring my Ford in South Florida.

The worst experience ever I went to this dealership for just oil change and tires rotation. I drive on the highway every day I notice the car shaking so they check the tires on lug nut was not there and the rest were not tied good. I called to speak with a manager they said he going to call me but he never called. I will not advise any one to go there because that is a safety issue I could had an accident.

Rude service team won't even help. Won't provide a rental when stated covered in warranty by Ford. Stay away from all dealership with the Grieco name.

don't try to cancel your order over the phone, they will transfer you back and forth. any time I call the person who do the cancelation I'd not there at the moment

I took my car for an emergency service, because Sometimes the ABS system is deactivating and other things it also has a sound in the front end on the right side. I wanted them to give me a diagnosis to see what was wrong with the car and if I have to leave it if it's very urgent, but they tell me that if I do leave it I have to leave it for a week, I have an appointment for a week ahead, they didn't let me give solution. It seems to me a very bad service because it is an emergency they should take the car because soon my car can be completely damaged. Now I have to drive my car until the other week that I have this problem and I work with my car Mr. Donminic Di Pietrantonio who works in service was that he gave me such a bad solution to leave it for a week very bad on his part knowing that it is a urgency because with a quick diagnosis you can help me see what I can do and the car will suddenly not leave me on the road because of your negligence and not help me as a Ford customer I have a Ford fusion, hopefully people will help us better in these situationsLlev� mi carro para un servicio de emergencia, porque A veces se est� desactivando el sistema ABS y otras cosas m�s tambi�n tiene un sonido en el tren delantero de la parte derecha. yo quer�a que me diera un diagn�stico para ver qu� es lo que ten�a el carro y si tengo que dejarlo si es muy urgente , pero me dicen que s� lo dejo tengo que dejarlo una semana, yo tengo cita para una semana adelante, ellos no me dan soluci�n. Me parece un servicio muy malo porque es una urgencia deber�an de tomar el carro porque pronto se me puede da�ar por completo el carro. Ahora tengo que andar en mi carro hasta la otra semana que tengo este problema y yo trabajo con mi carro se�or Donminic Di Pietrantonio que trabaja en servicio fue que me dio tan mala soluci�n de dejarlo por una semana muy mal de su parte sabiendo que es una urgencia por que con un diagn�stico r�pido puede ayudarme a ver qu� puedo hacer y el carro depronto no me va a dejar en la carretera por culpa de su negligencia y no ayudarme como cliente de Ford yo tengo un Ford fusion , ojala que la gente nos ayudar� mejor en estas situaciones
