My experience was great! Andres E. and his assistant were professional on every encounter we had. They were also exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. I would certainly recommend this service center. And let me not forget about the worker who made my car looking brand-new again. Thank you guys so so much. I must say I was very nervous, but now I m super happy and satisfied.Photos attached, see for yourself.

I love Grieco! Excellent service and beautiful work. From Samantha who answers the phone to my adjuster, and the body shop manager... Just a wonderful experience all around. Grieco is the best dealership, service center and collision center.

The staff at Grieco Chevy Collision Center were beyond helpful. Andres made a stressful situation very easy for me. From communicating directly with insurance companies to making sure he kept me informed every step of the way. They even facilitated getting me in touch with the car rental company for pickup and dropoff. Even the dealership General Manager, Jose, took the time out of what is probably a busy schedule to introduce himself and ensure me that I would receive top notch service. He was absolutely right!! I would recommend Grieco Chevy Collision Center to anyone. A true professional organization!!

The customer service was the BEST. They were always willing to take my calls and answer my questions. Best customer service interaction of any business. I picked up my vehicle today and it s appearance is like new! I highly recommend Grieco Collision Center for repair of damage to the body work of any damaged vehicle.

My 2021 Mustang convertible was an accident. I dropped it off and it was all taken care of within 26 days. I was very happy with the service. The staff at the Greco s collision Center were wonderful

3 stars bc I did get my car back. But after more than 30 days of waiting. Thinking taking it to the same name collision place as the dealership I got the car from, I thought service and quality would be great. But, why was I missing a windshield fluid cap ? Why does my mirror have a scratch ? Why does the sensor for the side of the crash not work as before , it s more sensitive and glitchy. I should have waited 2 more weeks for you to get it right ?I ve called and asked for a reason why I had to pay a bill on behalf of the insurance, can t get a clear answer. Don t recommend it, my experience was not great, cost me more money out of pocket than it should have.

My very close friend referred me to the body shop at Greico and I couldn t be happier with the repair and the staff. From the minute you walk in, the receptionist Bianca is so pleasant and professional and just put me at ease. The follow up through the repair and the end result were great. Thank you for such a carefree experience. I will definitely refer Greico to friends and family without a doubt.Service: Painting

Grieco Chevrolet Fort Lauderdale Collision Center did an amazing job on fixing My 2020 Ford Fusion Hybrid Sedan SEL Platinum White front bumper and connector underneath the front carriage. The entire Staff/Employees were terrific especially Bianca, Michael, Andy & Angie They were the Superstars of the whole experience thank You so very much for everything!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had to take my car into the collision center and went in feeling horrible I just got my car and already needed fixed but the team here is incredible and my car was fixed and looked brand new again in a timely manor. Update: Almost seven months of being in their shop, our truck FINALLY is done! We called 6 hours prior to picking up (we called the night before too) and when we got there, our truck was not ready to go. Shouldn t have been surprised. Husband sat there for two hours before the truck was brought to him. Andy told him it would be ready in ten minutes lies, again. Anyway, did an examination on the truck, right wheel well was missing, truck was FILTHY!!! Dust and dirt everywhere They didn t clean the inside, outside, our bed of the truck was filled with their coffee cups. Window was scratched. They told us they did an alignment on the truck which was a lie. We took it to another shop, locally, when we got it back. They ran the alignment test and it was completely off still. We have a print off of both tests. You guys, this place is a MESS!! You d think they d take some pride and at least return your car vehicle in a clean condition. 100% don t recommend. No communication, don t call you back when they say they will. Our truck has been in there for 5 months and it s still not done. If we didn t call daily, we would have no clue the status (or lack there of) with our vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!Update: Don t, just don t. If you get into a car accident and need body work done, seriously, DO NOT take it to Grieco collision center of Fort Lauderdale. Our truck has been in the shop since AUGUST 1st, 2022. Yes, 6 months later, and we STILL DONT have our vehicle. It s so bad our next step is legal action at this point. Save yourself the headache, don t even think about taking it to them. The owners of this business should be embarrassed. Their receptionist will blindly forward you to a number so she doesn t have to talk to you (I have a recording of all of that). Honestly, it s been such a horrible experience. I give this place -5 stars.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Do not bring your vehicle to get any work done in this place. I just had a very bad experience with Grieco, I just drop my truck to get work after they gave me the stimate of the work been done. I call several times to know the status of my truck and you can't get a hold of any body finaly I got a hold of somebody and they daid they was waiting on me to send them paper work. I told them so if I did not call no body would had call me and my truck would had stay there all this time , thats no communication at all. I try to get a hold of the manager of that department her name is Tara and she would not even come to the phone to talk to the client so I started to lo look at the reviews of Grieco collition center and they are so true becuse it was what I was going through with them. So I decided to pull my truck out of their facilities and take it some where else. All they had to do was get in contact with me so I could send them what they needed because my insurance had send me everything so they colud start work right away . I will never use this place gor any service at all.

We highly recommend the Grieco Chevrolet Collision Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. They provide excellent service and repairs from the Grieco team consisting of Ron Schey, General Manager, Jeff Harold, Body Shop Manager and Richard Reyes technician in the collision center. Each of these people were extremely helpful and communicated frequently through the process. Richard worked closely with the insurance company and helped make a tough situation relatively painless. If you need car repairs or are in need of service after a collision, this is the place to go. We can't thank you enough for keeping us informed and staying in touch through a difficult situation. Do not go here. Having a car repaired Greico Chevorlet Collison was a terrible experience. This place has lousy craftsmanship and does not stand behind their work. The employee and manager will lie and give you the runaround. Do yourself a favor and choose a different bodyshop that works professionally, ethically and provides quality work, and a high standard of customer service. This place is NOT not bodyshop you want working on your car. They will cause more problems to your car than the fix and then give you the runaround. Save yourself the headache. Kai in Service was great! I got in and out for my truck's routine service. He explained everything just perfect. Always have a great experience at Greico,, no complaints over here, hope they stay that way, because I'm a Chevy Girl!

Awful! They have had my car for 2 month after I have made an appointment and still havent done anything with the car. Nobody is ever there for me to talk to. Have to call every single day.
