My experience buying a car from Grieco Chevrolet in Fort Lauderdal, was the best hands down thanks to, Alex Miranda. He was a great sales man and was very knowledgeable on the car I was looking into buying. He was able to get me a great price on the car as well, even with horrible credit. I will be back in a couple of years to refinance my car with the great team of sales men that were here assisting me and making sure the couple of hours I spent here (because as we all know, buying a car is a lengthy process) were awesome and not a headache. Thanks, Alex and team! You guys are amazing!

Service was great and my sales consultant Gelson Gomez was awesome helped me with my deal. A week later I came back to get my mirror cover fixed and Andy in body shop took care of me, seamless process for both occasions I been at this location.Thank you guys!

I have a very bad experience buying a car in this bad place. The Spaniard Felix Garcia sold me the car. he has one-sided overheated brains in Florida. A very anxious person tries to quickly go over the sales sheet and just as quickly give it for signature. that he was a great guy and sold the car. Be careful what you write down. In general, it s better not to code in this place. If you buy a new car, you will immediately lose 5-7 K. And it s better not to use it from them. I don t know where they get them??? BUT they only do it from the outside. wheels, vacuum cleaner, and new tires. On my car after purchase, I checked the oil. They didn't even change the oil. and they write that they were inspected???? if I provided such a service in my place. I would have already been killed for this. !!! Don't go to them, it's a very terrible place.

Absolutely the best car buying experience yet!! Our Sales Consultant Alex Miranda was extremely professional and understood our exact requirements and didn t try to push us into another vehicle. When a vehicle came in with what we were looking for he called us immediately! The sale was quick and we were in and out in no time at all!! Definitely shopping with Alex Miranda at Grieco Chevrolet again for our next vehicle!!!

Jamie was absolutely amazing,I came in with the bare minimum. He helped me in every way possible. From finding good lenders and great insurance quotes. I m truly grateful to him. Please ask for Jamie when going to purchase or even look. He can help you with anything dealing with auto sales and also well connected to get you the help you need to purchase.

Just the little extra touch to make the experience great. This being the 2nd time bringing my 3 month old new purchase of a Chevy Tahoe for an AC issue, it would have been nice if the boys in the back would have at least washed my car. It was there for 4 days to complete the work. Just 10 minutes of detailing I would have driven away very impressed.

My second truck purchase from Isaiah. Seriously this guy will make anything happen bad / good / average credit. He pulls off the unthinkable. Never in my life did I think I'd have a brand new vehicle let alone a 2500 HD midnight edition. I'm so happy I still can't sleep. Also Dayan did a Phenomenal job Is answering all my questions and showing me everything on the vehicle. Huge shout out to knee in finance for making it very easy. These 3 killed it. Huge thanks!!! I just purchased a 2023 Chevy Traverse RS from Grieco of Ft. Lauderdale and I am so very pleased. My sales associate Dayan Rodriquez was outstanding! Dayan exceeded my expectations in all aspects. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in evaluating. He carefully listened to my needs and desires in a new vehicle. He was excellent in explaining new features and how things worked clearly for me. He went above and beyond to work with my schedule that day and to facilitate me in obtaining everything I needed to complete the purchase!I cannot adequately express my satisfaction and praises for Dayan's superior customer service! After a rocky start to our car buying journey at Grieco, the dealership manager, Jose really went above and beyond to make things right - including having the car we were interested in brought to our home for a test drive. I'm so impressed with how he managed to turn the entire situation around with his superb customer service. His associate, Jaime, who brought the car we were interested in, was beyond kind, honest, and patient with all of our questions about the car - a true gem! Jose and Jaime are upstanding guys, truly the dream team! We are so pleased with how the experience turned out and are very happy to be buying the car from them. I would recommend Jose and Jaime at Grieco any day and sincerely thank them for their exceptional service.

I made an appointment to have the oil change in my Corvette at 10:30am. Upon arrival at 10:15am I was informed that it would not be completed until approximately 5pm. Why make an appointment for a simple oil change and it take over 6hrs, this is unacceptable. All employees were very courteous. Grieco's management needs to hire more help or stop making appointments.

I ll tell you the story of how they wanted to deceive me for money in a Chevrolet. bought a car. My credit score is 850. They gave me 12%. Crazy. Come on . I'll get rid of it soon anyway. My hair dryer started making noise when the air conditioner was turned on. It took me 2 days to fix the car I bought. I refused to pay $499.00 for the correction. I found on the Internet how to check the malfunction myself! And in the hair dryer there was ???? in the filter inside. There is just a lot of garbage and leaves. I replaced the filter myself for $10. and the sound disappeared. I would say what kind of people are working in this Chevrolet. but they will block me. I do not recommend dealing with these scammers. Do not use seller person Felix Garcia

Andrew Silva, Andrew Quinonez, Darwin Pardo and Jose Hernandez were the best here! What a fast and easy buying experience! My kids came with us, and they kept them occupied! And they were very knowledgeable and friendly! I would definitely come back to buy another Tahoe! I would definitely recommend this dealership again and Andrew you need to come by and check it out!

Our experience buying a car with this dealer was not good. We found the dealership to be not trustworthy. When we test drove the vehicle (granted it is a used vehicle) before buying, the steering was "loose' but the service manager said it was normal for a Jeep. They claim a 138 point inspection was done. 2 days after we purchased the vehicle there was a loud noise when the 4 wheel drive was engaged. They said to bring it in and they'll check out the vehicle which we did and they produced a service estimate of $14,000. They warranted nothing and said I should have purchased the Warranty when I bought the vehicle. If they did a 138 point inspection how come the estimate is $14,000?Needless to say I took the vehicle to a Jeep guy who repaired everything for $1500. Moral of this story don't go here, if there were 0 stars I would have given them 0 stars.

Buying a car should be fun! It was! Joe, Felix, & Brandon kept in touch until it was time to afford a new SUV & my credit score was fixed. Old car was ruined in the Floods It takes a long time to recover financially from a natural disaster. They all worked together & gave me a great deal so I could afford to drive to the hospital 40 miles away & take care of my Father, who is a veteran. All my friends are jealous as their cars are complicated & expensive. They loved the price, the color, & the simplicity of Chevy.

I had a wonderful experience with Grieco Chevrolet. My sales person Abriam Fonseca was great. He was very easy to deal with and was very thorough. I highly recommend you request him if buying a vehicle from Grieco Chevrolet. The only thing I did not care for is the high pressure or lecture that you get from the financing dept. when you pay cash for a vehicle or refuse the extended warranty. I get this from other dealerships as well so I guess it just goes with the territory. Overall, I had a great experience with this dealership and will not hesitate to use them again.
