When you pay for a service, whatever it is, you hope to have a good deal and guarantee for your money, that is the idea, clients are the most important asset for any company since without them they would not exist, or if not, ask companies like Amazon, Publix, Apple, Facebook among others, the mission of these companies is to be the best in their work area, you may say these are multimillion dollar companies and cannot be compared with a small business, but they are wrong, because all of them started from 0 in a small premises or garage and with the idea of making customers to grow, that is being Smart.I went to Frontend Performance because my 2013 Jeep Wrangler had the Dead Wooble problem with only 45,000 miles. Apparently, this problem is very common but not everyone knows how to fix it. Kyle from Frontend advised to replace the Drag Link, the Tie Rod, and to replace all 4 tires. I told him to go ahead and replace everything that needed to be replaced. He also did the alignment and the problem with the Dead Wooble was solved but the alignment of the jeep did not do well, when the steering was handled, it went to the right, and the rudder was not straight ahead, it was leaning to the right,. Kyle was called and he was told what was happening, we arranged an appointment to take the car and correct the error, when I picked up my jeep it failed again. I called Kyle and I told him what was happening and he answered me in a bad way that he could not do anything and that he had already done everything he could, but the attitude in which he answered me was very rude. I was very decent and he hung up the phone on me. I called him three times in total and he hung up all three times. Hes attitude is not the attitude to take with clients and if they are speaking to you in a respectful way, then you owe your client some respect. I am an educated and respectful individual and my philosophy of life is to show respect so that you get respect in return. I should have known better and not bring any business to an individual such as Kyle. Customers beware! You have been warned!From the first day I took the jeep to the workshop, Kyle's attitude was not the best and that is a warning sign that one cannot ignore, but the truth is I was already frustrated with the Dead Wooble problem, it is horrible drive like that and I let it pass, I paid him without delay and in cash what he asked for the job and I didn't ask for a discount so that later he wouldn't say that he had no right to claim for such a cheap job.I decided to take my Jeep to the Goodyear that is located at 4699 S.W. Volunteer Road in Southwest Ranches and these people know how to treat their clients and guarantee their work, the alignment was perfect, my recommendation would be if Kyle is the owner of the workshop, improve your attitude towards your clients since they are the ones that provide to you so you can make a living, if you have problems ask for help, see a psychologist, if you do not like what you do stop doing it and dedicate yourself to something that makes you happy but for God sake DO NOT take it out on clients! BE PROFESSIONAL! And If the owner of the workshop is someone else, I would tell you be careful because your business may be going bankrupt thanks to the bad attitude of your staff �Kyle�.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

What can I say! Front End Performance by far is the best alignment shop in the tri county still doing It old school unlike all these fly by night hunter alignment rack shops! Specially if you have a specialty vehicle like a lowered car or truck! even old classics with upper control arm shim adjustments! Hell even big large trucks on mega lifts with over sized beefy meat tires, duallys or simple moving style box trucks that need a big overhead door. I ve lost count on how many vehicles I ve brought in to be corrected or maintenanced from lack of proper care. Front End Performance is THE alignment shop to go to. Don t hesitate! call and make that appointment!

Best place in town, Kyle gives you prompt personalized service at a fair price, responds back to you in a timely manner. Dropped the vehicle off in the morning and got it back by mid afternoon. I was having some steering problems with my Model A street rod that I could not figure. I went to Front End Performance upon a reccomendation from a friend. Upon meeting Kyle at Front End. I was immediately impressed with his demeanor with a walkin he's never met before. I left my car with him with no reservations as he was not immediately able to assess what may be wrong. He called me in a timely manner and explained a couple of problems that he had found. I authorized for him to go ahead with the repairs which he completed again in a timely manner keeping me informed as to what repairs were being done. I got my car back and I am very satisfied with the work and cost of repairs. I highly reccomend this shop and very thankful that my friend reccomended me here.Service: Wheel alignment

UPDATE: So, I eventually took my car to a different chain shop. I was talking with the mechanic that was going to perform the alignment before he started working on it, and asked him how much of an impact the subframe would have on the alignment and whether or not I was ripped off. He said, it could be the case, but he'll have to get it on the lift and try to align it. After about 30 minutes, he brings me back into the shop and shows me the alignment on the screen, and gives me the bad news. I was ripped off! :D I had my wheels aligned for real this time, and it drives straight. Oh, and if you noticed I said I was upsold me on a 4 wheel alignment. Well, apparently on my vehicle, there is no way to actually align the rear wheels. So, yeah!Original review:A friend of mine recommended me to take my car to Kyle at Front End Performance to have my wheels aligned after I did the front suspension myself. He was rude and short with me on the phone, but I figured I'd still take my car there off of the word of my friend, but that was a mistake. Now I'm out $100.After I did the work on my vehicle, the steering wheel was not straight when the car was moving forward. I took it here to have that issue fixed. Kyle up sold me on having the four wheel alignment done. It took about 30 minutes before he gave me the keys back.My steering wheel was still off centered when I got the car back. I drove it around and then took it back to him to see what the deal was. He blamed it on the sub-frame which makes a lot of noise when the car is going over non-smooth terrain. However, prior to my front end work, there was no issue with the alignment caused by the sub-frame. I went back and fourth with him, and decided to leave it.Instead of arguing and having him upset, and mess something else up on my car out of spite. I decided to just sit and deal with the fact that this guy essentially robbed me for $100.Take your vehicle somewhere else. This guy thinks I didn't know anything about cars, and took advantage of me based off of that. Likely he'll do the same to you.Service: Wheel alignment

Took my car in to have the air-conditioner fixed. Had to take it back seven times. Still was not able to fix it. Charge me $1600. Had to take it to the dealer and they charge me an additional $1700.00and they-replaced parts he never touched and damage he cause in trying to fit my car. I find he is very dishonest. The original owner was great and has sold the business to his helper. This the worst place for any service. The so-called Ac compressor he installed failed within one year. Had pay a other $1600.00 to the dealer. Run don t walk from this guy. He doesn t know what he is doing. This a very dishonest person.

the only place the you can take any of your vehicles to do a top profesional job at affordable prices, I do recommend this place to anyone, they been in business for some many years they have the experience and honestly the most people is looking for someone they can trust with their vehicles. I took two of my limousines which they are not many places the work in this type of vehicles do to their size and they performed such an amazing job. They are not too many mechanic shop the you can't trust with this type vehicles, i always have trust and cofidence on their work and performance . Especial thanks to Jim the owner as well the great mechanic in there very professional top notch thanks a million for everything.

Very friendly staff made time for me when they were slammed with work . Answered all my questions on my f250 Ford truck and was able to squeeze me into there to perform a front end alignment. I will be back! Thank you again for everything.

Took my truck in for an alignment, rotation, and balancing. Kyle took good care of my vehicle; he runs a solid shop, would definitely recommend!

Absolutely the best... my mechanic had suggested some new suspension work... I went to Kyle at FEP and he said all I needed was a front end alignment, which he did at a GREAT PRICE and now it drives like it should...Honest, professional and he gave me a ride back to my shop...
