I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried this place out. I would recommend it to anyone. The staff was very friendly and professional. I felt comfortable having them work on my car.I needed an oil change, and that was how I ended here. They took me right away. The waiting area was small, but I did not have to wait long. They gave me suggestions and advice after the service was done. I loved that I got one of those stickers for the next oil change. It is so helpful for me lol.

One of, if not the place to go for not just an oil change. I recently went for an OC, but at the same time inquired about changing a high beam bulb on an LS460 - I had told them there was no need to take the front bumper off as the bulb casing was behind the wheel lining, not only did they follow my instructions, they did it in record time and could not beat the price. Place is convenient, accommodating and more than fairly priced. Service is exceptional.

Richard, the manager, his daughter Sofia and the entire team were SO very professional, knowledge, reliable AND NICE!!! The service bays were impeccably spotless. It was a real pleasure doing business there!

Love these guys! They never let me down. So convenient. It may me a little cheaper at a dinky place, but here, I can sit in a clean waiting area with WiFi and coffee. And they keep the Keurig clean. They are also from NYC so the work ethic is on point.

They were way over priced for a simple job and tried to sneak another fee in there for something that was not done. Other places cost about one hundred something for a simple oil change with inspection, this place was two hundred plus and they didn't even have the competence to reset the oil life meter on the dash.

They were a pretty good company yet the prices inflate very time go to the place to get an oil change. But the customer service is honestly great. They inform you of everything going on with your vehicle.

Nice about changing the oil, but then tried to sell me a engine oil flush because of 'dark oil' - c'mon! Oil is supposed to be dark!This is a known, but harmless, suggestion by many quick lube joints to make you feel that there may be an issue in the future, when there isn;t anything wrong with it at all. And yep, for another $145 they will 'fix' it. Nope.Also, beware of them showing you an old dirty filter, and then the new one they are going to put in. What they showed me was not even an oil filter lol

Absolutely Amazing!!Professional services @ a justified price. I've been taking all my vehicles to them for many years. (Ford F-250, Mustang GT, Cadillac Escalade & a few others. I highly recommend Flash Lube to all my Friend's & Family.

Nice family run bussiness! This place has earned my trust and future business. I m new to Fort Lauderdale and this was my third visit; Two regular oil changes and an urgent tire repair. I drove up 5 minutes before closing and Richard stayed late to repair my tire with a positive friendly attitude. The cash register was closed and he said I could call the next day or mail in a check for payment. It s rare these days to find this kind of service & trust. Had the most wonderful experience today! Thank you Richard and staff for being so professional and kind. Called in to find out the cost of an oil change after getting what felt like a crazy high price at a competitor. Richard answered and told me about their price and a special they had so I said I would be by. Dropped in, they got me right in. I had some previous damage to a part on the underside of my car and he showed me a picture and said he would be happy to repair it for me for $28! I was thrilled to get it all taken care of at the same time! He then took the time to show me the filters and how dirty they were before recommending I have them replaced. Most oil change places just tell you what they want you to add on - these guys took the time to SHOW me. Thank you so much! I will be back!

The only place I go to change oil & filters for more than 5 years. Team is very professional, polite, welcoming and fast. They check your car for any other services that might be needed. They did fine changing the oil, but disappointed they first tried to upsell me into a engine oil flush, they were not able to show me in the owners manual for my car, where it is mentions doing a engine oil flush, because the manufacturer does not recommend doing an engine oil flush ! Totally not needed or necessary. ....Told my daughter to stay away with her car.Service: Oil change

Went for a Oil change- wanted to give them a chance because they had $15 Off special for Regular Oil. Needles to say they did not wanted to give me the Special written on the Banner and created a story that my 9 years Old Corolla need "special filter" that "surprisingly" cost $15 more. When I asked why a young man at front of me is paying for the oil change of newer Camry $16 less they told me that "every car is different". I have changed the oil on this car at least 30 times and never heard of "Special Filter" for Corolla! They lost my business - I moved into the area and could became regular customer, but reading the other reviews better stay way and you should too...

A legit service ctr. I have a BMW 535 GT (27k miles) that required new brake pads. Normally, I would take my car to Holman BMW but due to incredibly, incredibly sloppy work that required 3 revisits out of 4 scheduled services (on one of the service visits my vehicle cut out 150ft after pulling away from the service center. Really?). I didn t want any drama or unnecessary time wasting.Flash Lube came through.The price - very reasonable.Parts - Quality parts were usedService/work quality - ExcellentCustomer care - Excellent. Succinct, polite, accurate quote and honest. No schmoozing, upselling hijinks, surprises etc..A solid brake service, you can t ask for more. If you value your car please avoid this place at all cost. I chose to look at the reviews and ignore them, but decided to take a chance considering it's down the street and my dealership is a further distance.Literally went there for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Left there with multiple issues and now, have to go to the dealership and get my warranty involved. They took apart my car, trying to get me to buy other parts which I knew wasn't necessary. Didn't even bother to close and lock the parts back property.Left there with my alignment aggressively pulling to the side meanwhile I never had the issue before. I avoid highways and don't drive fast even. The manager tried telling me it's a defect but it's interesting how that problem occurred right after leaving their shop.Their employees are inexperienced, slightly rude, and will dirty and take apart your car without putting it back in its proper place. I feel like my brand new car is now jacked up, all cause i went there for an oil change and rotation!! Definitely letting every person I know to avoid this sketch shop. Very unprofessional very horrible service. Thanks for nothing flashlube.

Do not come here. We have a new Kia 2022 and went to this specific location for its SECOND oil change ever. Left there and realized the mechanic trying to get me to buy a air filter didn t place the items back in the car properly, which can cause major issues. Thankfully we fixed it at home.Second, the car starting pulling to one side right after leaving their shop. Manager wants to tell me it s a defect and recommend we take it back to the dealer. It s all very fishy and very unprofessional. Please look at the reviews and don t trust this place. Take your new cars to its actual dealer for any tuneups and oil changes!!Services: Tires, Oil change

I came here for an oil change and the guys were very cool and down to earth. I waited no time and in addition to the oil change they vacuumed the car, cleaned engine, cleaned air filter and filled air without me asking. I was surprised as no other place had done that for me.

If I could give these guys zero stars I would. I went in for a routine oil change which cost me close to $150 and everything seemed fine. When I left next day my car started losing all power and the lights on the dash started flashing. Thankfully, I was able to make it into a different service station where I come to find out. These guys changed my oil, but they didn t tighten the oil plug or the new oil filter that they put in for me which caused the plug to fall out and all the oil to spill out all over the ground. The guys I change my oil for the second time told me I m super lucky because any other time they ve seen this happen the car seized up and then it s done for. Then on top of it/loop did not want to give me a refund or do anything for the hassle that they caused me

Staff is friendly and helpful but mostly about money than helping. I came there for a basic oil change and they rigged up the price to $280 and mentioning that I needed certain things which I felt like they were non emergency services. The manager told me there was a 10% off coupon online but even after the sale taxes it didn t do much because the cost was still high. Usually I pay $60-$70 for a oil change, at the other location but it was in desperate timing and this location was closer. Next time I will take the drive because I honestly believe I wouldn t paid that much money if I would have went to the Miami location

Bring both my cars here and consistently good service, almost no wait, and good prices. Lobby is nice with coffee, and today is a beautiful day so I sit on the bench and enjoy the sun. Always support small business and family run.

Took my car in Saturday for an oil change, and received great, fast, service. The technician clearly explained what I needed, before he proceeded. The service was so good, I went back yesterday to get my AC fixed, as the price was very reasonable. They even picked up my car for me, since I couldn't drop it off. Excellent Customer Service and prices!! Highly recommend Flash Lube for your car needs!Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Buyer beware went in for an oil change and the guy running the place immediately started hustling us pushing items that weren t necessary. When we said we weren t interested he said that he couldn t guarantee the work I told him ok and to proceed. He then listed another item that he said was required to do the oil change. I m pretty mechanically sound and knew we didn t need the part, I said no thanks and the manager told me he wouldn t do the service. We left, went to jiffy lube and while there, I asked the service manager if we needed the part that fast lube was saying was required and he chuckled and said we didn t need it.Service: Oil change

This local auto service offers great Oil Change Service, Automatic Transmission Service, Differential Fluid Service, Cooling System Service, Complete Oil Clean System Service, Fuel System Service, and Power Steering Services. Their friendly qualified staff are quick, clean and professional and go out of their way to explain what's needed and not trying to sell you something just to make a buck. That kind of integrity is rarely found in the auto service sector. This is why I have used their services on my cars for the past 10+ years. They also give back to the community with charitable causes they support. Great job, guys! I highly recommend!

The staff could be more communicative, especially at check-out. Got a fine oil change and was treated just fine, but the service itself was very hands-off and the price felt a bit high, even with a coupon from the website.
