STAY AWAY!!! This shop is a con. The owner took my truck in with front collision damage. He told me I needed to pay $7200 for parts to start. I gave him the money 8/4/22. Every time I called to update progress he would tell me parts are on back order. He did that for 6 months. When he wouldn't answer my calls any more I would just show to his shop. He told me the parts are in and my truck will be ready in a week. That went on for 6 more weeks. Finally showed up to his shop and told him show me the parts. He told me he didn't get any because he didn't have the money. He flat out told me he spent the money on personal things. I couldn't take the lies anymore so I went to get my truck and he didn't even have the key. This is a con man I lost 7200$. I have reported him and now taking legal action. Stay away. This is his means of operation. Don't be another victim. Its 7/1/23 and I have to towe my truck out of there worse than it went in.Service: Body & Trim

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!! I JUST CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!!HE WILL ROB YOU!! NOT FIX YOUR CAR!!!! PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS REVIEW. IT WILL SAVE YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!My son's car has been there for OVER a year now.So my son brought his car there after his accident because of reviews and seemed like a great place to bring his car to. Quote was for about $14,000 and 10 days to fix. Each week my son called he was told they couldn't get the parts. Several months later we find that he admitted he spent the money. Never intended on fixing the car. Geico ins paid him in full which was stupid on their part but they have turned this place in for insurance fraud. This is a felony. We have been trying to get this guy to fix the car. He keeps telling us "next friday" it'll be done. My son spent his savings, wracked up his credit cards, not to mention not having his car and all the stress of that in car rentals, still making his car pmts and ins pmts without being able to drive his car. had to move back to minnesota after living in Florida for 8 yrs. This shop........I'm telling you, STAY AWAY. The owner is a pathological liar. Tells you what you want to hear. But does absolutely nothing. If you drive by, look at the gray nissan sitting there. See for yourself. It's still there! My son can't be the only one this has happened to. It's almost a year now. My son did everything right. My son even flew down there from Minnesota in early March because the shop said his car was done. Guess what.......he hadn't even touched it. What kind of guy tells you it's done, let's you fly down there, only to say oops. Not fixed. Are you kidding me?STAY away. In the pictures is my son's car. Dark gray one on the corner.

Stay away from this shop. The owner refuses to fix the car and has lied to me several times. The car has been at that shop since June 2022 and it's August 2023 and the car has not been touched. The insurance company, GEICO, paid this company in full (which was a mistake). The owner has told me over and over that it was almost done, but he's NEVER worked on it. The owner admitted he spent all the money on things other than fixing the car and he was embarrassed and would get it done ASAP. He finally told us it was done so my nephew, who had to move back to MN because of financial hardships caused by this company, bought a plane ticket and flew to FL. He called this company when he got there and said he was taking an UBER to the shop to pick up the car and Evagelos said ok. When he got to the shop he saw the car had not been touched. You can see the car in the corner covered in dust. What kind of person would let someone fly from MN to FL to pick up a car that has not been worked on? Spare yourself the misery and from being ripped off by this guy and choose a different shop.

Stay away from this company. If I could give negative stars, I would. They have been ripping my brother off for over a year now, claiming "financial troubles". They have put my brother through the ringer, claiming the car will be done next week, and then next week, and then next week for over a year now. They've caused a great deal of financial trouble for my brother, and they owe him a lot of money. Not to mention the cost on his emotional and mental well-being. This company deserves to be put out of of business. They'll keep your car for a year, claim that parts are on backorder, then take the money you paid them to fix your car and spend it on personal things. Save yourself the time, trouble and stress, use another company.

This is not a very good business. My brother brought his car here a year ago after an accident still does not have his car fixed and back in his possession just a couple weeks ago my brother called and asked about the car. The owner told him it was ready my brother had to move back to Minnesota from Florida so he flew back to Florida, talk to him and told him he would be there in 10 minutes. The guy said OK but when my brother got there, the car was not fixed and the guy told him sorry I should ve been honest so he literally flew from Minnesota to Florida for no reason because after a year his car is still not fixed . It is so so wrong with this man is doing to my brother.

I highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of car repair. About a week and a half ago someone bumped into my front bumper and had knocked it off. I was googling around the area since I am from out of town and came across Fastrac Collision. I called and immediately was serviced, communication was amazing, professionalism was very present, and my car looks so amazing only after a 30 minute service! Amazing prices and amazing staff

Hi everyone!I can t say enough about this place and how well I was treated in regard to fixing my car. Angie went above and beyond explaining all the details and I felt I was not taken advantage of. I will bring all my cars here for auto and body repairs going forward. They are professional and experts in their field of work. I highly recommend Fastrac !!!

Great service! I took my car here to fix broken window glass. They turned it around quickly for a good price, and the owner Angelo even offered to give me a ride to the nearby Enterprise to rent a car. Would def go back and recommend them.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
