Garry is a straight shooter. He tells you exactly what it is and is not one that will change the diagnosis later. When he tells you a price that is the price. No more and no less. He has a great crew working for him and they are fast. When you go there and talk to Garry you can tell right away he has been a transmission guy for a long time and he knows his trade. They say you get what you pay for. I paid for a new transmission, knowledge, customer service and fast service. I believe it is worth the money when someone like Garry is doing the work. I am happy to pay for that much experience and knowledge.2021 GMC Sierra with 120,000 miles. Running like new now. Thanks guys!!!!

Gary, Gary, Gary !!!! He Is The Definition Of A True mechanic/Business Man. Not only is he honest, but he also has 50 years of great service/experience and that is something many mechanics will never match. I appreciate Transmission Express mechanics as a whole

I have had three trucks transmission replaced from this ET starting in 2013 and last one 02/2022 I buy used trucks and put a lot of miles on them - never had a problem on the ones they rebuilt. They even consulted on the third truck with the company I paid for a extended warranty with, I never did that before and had butterflies but it worked out and did not cost me a dime. Its funny the auditor from the warranty company said to ET "your too cheap" he said that's my price that's how we fly here, no funny stuff.Service: Transmission

I called around Transmission places and could tell most of the places I called where all sales, I know this, that is what I am. The classic is, "OK we will give you a price when you bring it in and let me see what parts we need, we will just replace what we need." That is bull__t, it would not matter, they are going to try to get 3k out of you anyway they can. Two reliable people recommended me to Express transmissions, said they are straight shooters and do good work. Then I read a negative review and so was not sure what to do, but after talking to Gary the owner I felt good and decided to try them out. Worked out great, after the work was done after a week I had a little issue and took it back Gary showed no signs of wanting nothing but my complete 100% satisfaction. In fact, because I was concerned with the fact that I pull heavy trailers he installed a new transmission cooler ( I had one but he out a new larger one in ) he did not charge me a extra dime. Everything is good and trucks been working great. The reality is... they have 10 to 15 transmissions jobs a week, so they must be doing something right. One other thing he has been in the same location for more the 15 years. To me that says something.

This is the best business around town and the owner positive attitude shows up in the pleasant attitude of the service technicians they re kind helpful ,professional and respectful service with a smile and honesty is their policy as well as they do a outstanding job.

After many many issues with the car I bought 3 weeks ago It was suggested by my mechanic to go to a transmission shop to get my car checked out. I called Express Transmission asking how much it would be to get it checked out, they said just to bring it in. I went straight there thinking the worst possible outcome for my car and I was greeted by Gary as soon as I pulled in. He was so helpful and understanding and fixed what was wrong and did not ask for a penny in return. Being a broke college student who has put everything I own into fixing this car I was so incredibly thankful. I would recommend Express Transmissions to anyone and would definitely go again if god forbid I need to. Thank you so much Gary!

These great people, including sherry up front, were amazing! They replaced my husbands transmission in basically 24 hours with no advance notice- got the part- Bam- done! They even let me bug them to get something out of the truck in the middle of the day.GREAT service, great people! Totally impressed.A Great THANK YOU from Reliant Construction for helping us get back on the road and back to work!!

Gary was very professional, we took a ride in the Dodge Grand caravan and he diagnosed the problem right away, he said it was a clogged transmission filter and needed a fluid change, very honest and accurate

Roy, the manager, had a bad attitude. Car had to spent extra money on car rentals and not to mention, it took a week to repair a leak for the transmission.

Express Transmission rebuilt my transmission in my 2006 Chevy Express 3500 on Dec 11 2012 they gave me a 12 month or 12000 warranty whichever comes first. After 3 months of it having it rebuilt I notice my rear transmission seal was leaking transmission fluid, I brought it back to them they fix it. After May and 7695 miles later it was not shifting into 3 rd gear and hesitating in other gears I brought it back to them and the mechanic notice there was metal shaving in the pan. They told me they would have to rebuild it again at no charge and I would have it back in two days. I ask mechanic who worked on it was it fixed right and would I have anymore problems and he gave me his word that it was fixed and I would have no more problems. I asked the mechanic does the warranty start from the second time it was rebuilt or does it start from December when I first had it done, he said in December. It is now September 4 months later and 6371 after second rebuilt of the transmission it s having the same problems again. Now that my warranty is over with, I was 3 months short of the 12 months and 2000 miles over the 12000 miles of the first rebuilt. What gets me is they were referred to me from a friend, also my brother recommend them and the mechanic gave me his word that was fixed and now I am going to have it rebuilt again from another transmission shop.
