I've hesitated to share this, but the evidence on our cars serviced here contradicts positive experiences. Despite investing approximately $30,000, over 2 years the work was subpar, incomplete, and often took weeks. Unfortunately, a substantial portion of the work on my classic 92 Porsche needs redoing from a $2,000 battery leak check to a $3,000 gage and clock repair, multiple dead batteries, a $3,000 steering refurbishment, to losing my remote key and receiving a cheap replacement. All receipts are available, and I'm deeply disappointed with Robert's refusal to provide quotes beforehand. Regrettably, the investment in servicing our classic cars here has been unsatisfactory, not to mention the issues with the classic BMW, including gas leaks. A word of caution to others. I am so thankful with Robert and all the Mechanics! Extremely PROFESSIONALS and they deliver very fast! No need to look around anymore, this is the best shop for your BMW, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Land Rover, NATIONWIDE!Thank you Robert! Because of you, I am a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

complete crooks, had my car ran through the scanner and quoted and went to robert for a better price, he starts giving me all different types of issues saying my car wont turn on and theres major issues wrong , so i had it towed back to the previews mechanic and had the one issue fixed and i was gd to go. these ppl will lie just to get you to pay.

If I could've given European Auto Service 10 Gold Stars I would've! Robert and Alejandra have provided me with excellent customer service! As a Porsche owner I was adamant with my insurance company that original parts were being used for the repairs. I had also expressed this to Robert. Once I received quote from the insurance company I had Robert review only to find out that one of the parts was truly an aftermarket part! I then contacted my insurance company about this and I must say they were shocked that I was able to find this information out. They revised the quote for the repairs to be original parts. If it wasn't for Robert reviewing and taking the time to help me with this matter I would've known no different. With this being said I highly recommend European Auto Service!Service: Body & Trim

Wish I could leave negative stars because I would. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I ve worked in the car service industry for 10 years and this was horrible. He kept my vehicle for 6 months ( he has all the parts after 3) then when I actually got the car back the body work very bad. Imperfections and missed paint spots. The back seat wasn t even installed. Just laying there. The front door won t won t from the inside. The windshield is cracked. Ants are covering the vehicle. Numerous tools and things from the shop left inside. The entire passenger side doesn t even line up correctly. He was fully paid for the job 2 days after having the car by Allstate. He gave me at least 5 different dates of when the car would be ready and it wasn t. I m a single mother and that was my only car. This caused me to have to purchase a new car only 1.5 months before this car was finished and now I m stuck with this car that needs to go to another shop to fix his horrible job. So if you are needing body work on a European car DO NOT go here !!!!!!!!!

Nice little shop, knowledgeable friendly staff and waiting area with wifi. The reason I took off 3 stars is due to false pricing. I called twice got quoted for an oil change and installing 2 tires (called in the day before). After the work was complete I was charged an ADDITIONAL $110 for the oil change, and a few dollars more for the tire install (didn't really care much about this), which I wasn't aware of and ended up paying. You can't just spring extra cost after the work is complete, specially for an oil change. Didn't have time to argue as I had to get to work. If prices were honored I would've rated 5 stars.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Had an electrical issue with my BMW called them up they took the car and even gave me a ride home granted I live very close to the shop but that was very nice. They explained exactly what needed to be done to determine what the problem was, Mel the mechanic that took care of my car was very honest with Me and fixed the problem. I definitely recommend European Auto Service they are professional, trustworthy your car will be in good hands.

When having issues with your vehicle, unless you know where to go, you can find yourself in a pickle dealing with unreliable mechanic services or at least that has been my experience. I can honestly share that the minute I stepped into EAS I could tell the difference. I experienced cordiality and professionalism, I truly felt safe leaving my vehicle there, my vehicle was inspected by a certified mechanic, I was timely informed about the electrical issue on my car, the owner showed me specific details of the problem and explained alternatives, cost involved, recommendations, etc. I did not feel pressure or left without options like l felt at other places I ve been before. I appreciate the transparency and quality of service. My car was timely fixed and feel I paid a fair price. If you ever need reliable and professional mechanic services I highly recommend to try EAS. I am confident you will appreciate it afterwards.

Awesome service and repair work. These guys definitely know there stuff. They helped me out alot when my car started giving me problems on the way to work one morning. They accepted the car that morning plus gave me a ride back to work. It took a day to get the parts in but had everything completed by the time I got off work the next day. I highly recommend this shop above all else.

I brought my BMW X5 in here to get the shocks fixed. They were very professional and extremely nice. They worked with my warranty company and were able to get everything fixed in a timely manner. When my car was done and I did not have a ride to the shop one of the employees came and picked me up. Great staff and great service. Will definitely use them again and will recommend to friends in future.

After years of frustration with the MB dealer for service, I am so happy to have found these guys. I went here because I have several friends who get their BWM's serviced here recommend them.If you want high quality service, great customer care, and up front people, this is where you want go. Every single person that I came in contact with was professional, courteous and helpful. They gave me a ride to work, took care of my car quickly, and helped me immediately when I had a follow up question.

I took my Mercedes there because a friend recommended it to me and now I'm gonna start recommendig it too!The shop was clean and spacious, the people was really helpful and polite. They gave me an excellent price for the job and my car was ready on time. Way much better than the MB Dealer. This place is definitely a keeper!!

I called for my beetle since it's a european car and they wanted to stick me with a 125 labor charge to switch my battery... I'm thinking since they are european experts you would think this isn't a 1hour job and they would charge you more like an oil change... I worked in car shops before and that's just not customer contious at all. Shops that charge any clients like this are not thinking of clients just about their pockets... please price out a better place befor going here... I'm 1000% sure you'll find a reasonable service elsewhere, I did.

I highly recommend European Auto Service. They did an excellent job on the service of my Mercedes E300. They completed the service on time and they are extremely thorough and knowledgeable. It took me a long time to finally find and trust a mechanic, but seemingly at last my problems have been solved. If you have a Saab that needs repair or any European car for that matter, take it to European Auto Service. Warning: only take your vehicle here if you intend for the problem (and other previously unknown issues) to be fixed. This is not your "hey lets rig this on real quick" type of place. More like "explain the issue so I may diagnose the problem" prices seem on par with quality. Quality is determined over time so I will update around my next oil change .

Came here with my R350 for several issues my car had. Excellent professionals, called me to keep me posted, performed a good job at very good price. Customer service was great and they even gave me a ride back home when I dropp the car there. Highly recomended.

I bought a Porsche 928 which was needed a lot of work, I took it to a few places and they just didn't seem competent or were overpriced. The 928 is a difficult car to work on and Robert ended up taking on the challenge of repairing it. They did a great job with regular communication - the car is working great now. Found them through friend of a friend. Never taking my business elsewhere. Are they the cheapest game in town, nope. But when it comes to my transportation, I'll pay a small premium for quality work. Best recommendation I can give them is my trust. If they tell me it needs to be done. I do it. Conversely, never felt pressured or cornered into work that was extraneous. They are always busy so don't go if you're in a rush. If you want quality, this is your place. And I CINTO! If you found this review helpful please it. Thx. !

Took my 2008 Mercedes to European for service, they exceded my expectations.. Gave me a free ride to my offc after dropping off the car and picked me up later... Saved me some good money, compared with the MB dealer. Very professional people, they know about cars!! will recommend to my friends. Thank you guys

I was referred by a friend to see Tony (owner) at European Auto Service after an incident involving the rear door on my Merc S500. I was originally going to take it to the MB Dealer, however I was told that Tony's shop had a superior paint and repair shop, BOY WAS HE WRONG! My only issue was the dent in the rear door. I picked up the car a WEEK later than originally told, not only to find the paint was not correct AND things were broken that were working PERFECTLY fine when taken in.I took the car in for a dent. I get it back AND::1. The driver door lock was NOT working.2. The seat belt was LOCKED/ not working.3. The rear door interior skin was NOT hung properly (there was a gap between skin and window glass.4. The exterior door trim (plaque) DID NOT MATCH, They tried painting the front and rear trim so it would match. It all pealed off in a few days. I asked why they didn't take the trim and put it on the new door:: Response:: We threw the door away, buy new trim YOURSELF and we will put it on.** It was a VERY SLOPPY JOB, they were LATE, the paint does NOT match, I went in with ONE problem and came back with FOUR! **DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, BREAK YOUR CAR, AND YOU'LL HAVE TO GET IT REPAIRED SOMEWHERE ELSE.THIS WAS ONLY BODY WORK, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE IF THEY TOUCHED MY ENGINE. NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!!!Go to Merc of Ft. Lauderdale! You'll be very happy!-----------------------------YOU Say you don't know who I am? Tony? Mark Moretti referred me to you. Your shop took an excessive amount of time to follow through with my repair. WHEN I got my car back YOUR shop painted OVER door moldings FLAT BLACK, WHEN in fact they were NEVER supposed to be painted to start with! I came back to your shop and your shop manager told me to go by the part from Mercedes and HE would install the part. The MOLDING should have been removed from the OLD door and transferred to the door that you put on my car.The paint began to peel off a few days after I took delivery of the vehicle.When I came in I had a dent in the driver rear door. WHEN I TOOK DELIVERY, I had the following problems::1. SEAT BELT STUCK2. REAR LIGHT SENSOR WAS BROKEN3. FRONT DOOR LOCK WAS NOT FUNCTIONAL WITH AUTOMATIC LOCK FEATURES4. INTERIOR DOOR SKIN NOT HUNG PROPERLY RESULTING IN GAP BETWEEN GLASS AND DOOR SKIN5. EXT. DOOR MOLDINGS PAINTED FLAT BLACK. THE WERE NEVER SUPPOSED TO BE PAINTED.YOU however honored 2 requests... Fixed the dent and re pinstriped the passenger side.I would have had a DENT in my door, than to have 5 other problems.YOU know exactly who I am, I brought a check to your house in Wilton Manors (Tony)it's a "black opal pearl" 1997 S500, the rear driver side door was to be repaired.the interior wood piece adjacent to the rear window control and rear seat heater fell off this morning.The work was PAID for mostly by ALLSTATE INS CO. I paid a deductible ( of which I brought to your house).I'm back in SAVANNAH,GA now and cannot bring the car to you.I want my car fixed properly and I have a quote of almost a thousand dollars to correct the problems YOU made!I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR WORK AND YOUR FAILURE TO MAKE RIGHT WITH THE REPAIR.Again, Mark Moretti ( the Air traffic controller down the street from your business referred me)My name is Ben Wells, you have my information. My number is 954-299-8***. That should help you locate my information. I would like a response from you ASAP.

Best shop for MB classics, i been taking my 1974 Mercedes 230 here for a while, professionalism and knowledgeable is not enough to desctibe how they are.Great job Rob

Charged $119 to look at my vehicle only to tell me to take it to the dealership? Felt ripped off. Never again. Turned out to be nothing but the air mass sensors.......
