Empire was recommended by my usual mechanic for AC repair on my Acadia. Great recommendation! The staff was helpful, friendly, and very thorough. I liked the detailed breakdown and quote sent through text, along with follow up call. I highly recommend!

So nice to work with them. I am a regular customer and came in for an oil change and they checked it out and told me I could wait a bit longer as not enough miles since my last. I had mentioned noise when braking and they checked that out and said brakes were OK just needed to be cleaned which they easily did. Really feel they put reputation and service over profit. I highly recommend!

The best experience I have ever had with a shop. They were knowledgeable, and professional, and helped guide me through the process of what needed to be done with my car. They were also honest and dependable. Give them a shout if you have car trouble.

This place is TOP NOTCH! They say they will take care of your car they WILL! So thankful to be referred to this shop. The service was outstanding and the customer service Tom provided were beyond expectations. Brought my Chevy Equinox in for a no start issue and I got my car back within a week! FAIR PRICES! They will def. be my go to and who I will refer all friends and family to. THANKS AGAIN, EMPIRE!

Highly Recommend Empire Auto, my GMC 2500 has 268,000k miles on it. I had recently purchased some new tires for my truck and decided to get an alignment to ensure the tires would wear evenly. I was told by another shop that I needed 2 parts replaced to do an alignment and the price seemed a bit high so I shopped around for some quotes. When I found empire they asked to take my truck for a drive and inspect it on their lift to determine if I even needed those parts. They ultimately determined there were several more worn components on my trucks suspension and steering needing replacement to ensure a proper alignment (Not surprising at 268k miles!). I was comforted by the fact Tom the shop manager took the time to show me what the issues were while truck was on the lift. I felt this shops mechanics were highly experienced and knew what they were doing and I added on some additional preventative maintenance items to the work order. Tom and his experienced mechanic worked until 7pm on a Friday evening to ensure I would have my truck back for the weekend. They were unable to complete the alignment that evening and instead of just giving me the keys back and saying they were done, they told me to bring it back the following week so they could get the truck in perfect alignment. They take pride in their work and they had great communication. My Truck now drives and rides like its brand new. If your vehicle is needing some serious work done I would highly recommend Empire Auto.

Empire Auto Care provided me with exceptional service and valuable advice during a routine oil change. They even recommended that I take my car to the dealership to have the upper oil pan gasket replaced under warranty, as it would be more cost-effective. I greatly appreciate their honesty and integrity.

I'd give Empire 6 stars if I could. Cannot recommend them enough. I now just don't generally trust anyone BUT Empire to touch my car. Empire has fair market pricing for many of their services and often has service specials. Also works with many car maintenance insurance companies and its a GREAT shop to work with all around. Definitely recommend anyone in Northeast Broward to take their car to Empire for any repair/ service they need.

Went here for the first time for a oil change and a brake inspection after I was told by my previous service centre "toyota" that I need new brake pads, turns out my brake are just fine, practically brand new. So I extend my thanks to the entire EMPIRE team for their transparency and honesty, as well as Great customer service you guys are a top notch crew who's definitely on the right path.Keep it Up!

I came in from out of town with a broken air conditioner. They had me back up and running in less than 24 hours (they had to order parts). Completely professional, and while I hope my car doesn t have issues when I visit the area in the future, at least I have somewhere I can trust to get it fixed and fixed right if it does.

Very nice reception. Sarah was super. I knew what the problem was going in and the tech came back with same results. Repair took s couple days but mainly due to the labor to remove parts of the engine to get to what needed to be replaced. I would use them again .

First time at this repair shop went in for an oil change on my truck, fast friendly convenient for me in and out very quickly very attentive kept their time frames for my appointments. Will definitely go back and recommend to others.

I absolutely LOVE coming to Empire Auto Care! I always come here for my oil change. The staff is incredibly professional and attentive. I nearly drove to Tampa with a broken oil filter cap, and they took care of me before I left. I'm so happy that I found a trustworthy auto shop for my Lexus! #loyalcustomer!Bonus: they have a nice and clean waiting area with snacks and beverages for customers.

Looking for an auto repair and maintenance place you can trust and not feel you re being taken advantage of? This is it! After years of servicing my vehicles at the dealership, I realized I was paying for their nice showrooms, extensive staff, etc. After a huge repair estimate from my dealer, I checked out Empire. That repair was done on time as promised, all was explained in a way I could understand, AND the cost was a fraction of what the dealer wanted. I was shocked there could be such a difference. That was over a year ago and I ve had all maintenance and repairs on my two cars done with Empire since. Honest, reasonable, friendly, no nonsense quotes and repairs. I ve recommended them to friends and always get a thank you from my friends after. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. You ll be relieved and happy you did!UPDATE 12/2023: I just had service on one of my cars. Empire continues to deliver. Friendly staff, time and price as promised. I'll keep coming back. Those guys and gals over at empire are true professionals. I've gotten 3 of my vehicles serviced there, and plan to use them for the rest of my fleet. I have a few pick up trucks for work, and Empire helps keep my bread buttered. Oh and BTW turn around time, right on time. Want good reliable service at a great (negotiable) price? Look no further.We all know to find good honest service in this field, is a rare almost non existent thing. I found my guy, I'm willing to share him, ask for Tom he'll take care of you

Amazing! I usually use my mechanic but I couldn t this time for an oil change! It was a Friday and they took care of me immediately. Sara was very down to earth and easy to talk to. Today was my first time using Empire auto. I had an appointment and they took my car on time and it was ready within an hour (earlier than expected). I was so impressed when I went to check out and the manager informed me that he applied a discount coupon they had going on to my bill. When does this happen? Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and clean facility. I will definitely be back.Service: Auto maintenance

Absolutely Amazing Quality of Service!!!Tom, Doug, and Billy are The Best of the Best of the Best Mechanics and all are 1,000,000% the most HONEST Business People I have Ever met!!I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this Business.I went back a few months later, and had the front end suspension and a/c blend-door replaced.EXCELLENT WORK as usual!!Thanks Empire!!

I was here today with my work van, got there at 8am just to replace the 2 front tires it s almost 12:30pm and still waiting. I should have went to a flat fix 20 mins done. Unbelievable!!!!!
