I don't know if these guys work off commission/tips or if it is that they have good managers but they hustle. They are working hard to get you taken care of quick and the first time I went there with my van three workers rushed to be the first to help me. There is good reason why this place is busy! Also they have a cat so that's a win.

Swung by Dale's a few months ago to get my BMW aligned based on all the great feedback about William. I've been STRUGGLING with alignment issues for over a year, burning through three sets of rear tires and dealing with blowouts and fender rubbing from supposedly "top-notch" shops. None of them even came close to the job William did. He's the only one who really grasped and explained the problem, putting my car back in spec at half the cost of other places. 4 months later, I haven't had a single issue and still using the same tires. From now on, Dale's is my go-to, and I'll be shouting from the rooftops for anyone needing an alignment to hit up Will he'll get you right!

Great experience here. Honest spot, good atmosphere while you sit and wait. Everyone s working really hard but no one seems to let the stress get to them and are all friendly. I did a 4 tire replacement with a nice new set and an alignment. Very fair price on the tires and an even more fair price on the install. No nonsense, no surprises, no why s this cost so much . No haggling at all, pretty rare for auto work. Got the job done. This spot knows how to keep people coming back

A Fresh Prince Pitstop for Tires - 3.5 StarsIf you're in need of tires and a dose of nostalgia, Dale Tires on Sunrise is the place to be! The good news first: They've got tires at prices that won't make your wallet cry.I snagged a pair of Kumho Crugen Premium 33s for a cool $175 each, and they had them slapped on in a quick 45 minutes. The best part? The price they quoted over the phone is what I actually paid. No surprises there! Now, let's talk about the real star of the show - their tabby rescue cat.This feline friend was chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool, right by the tires. I couldn't resist some mid-tire-petting action. So cute, it's almost like a scene from the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air! But, and here's where we get to the not-so-fresh part, I had a little issue with an extra $50 charge for a clip on the bottom of my car that needed some TLC. It's all good, but I'd prefer to approve these charges before the work is done. Communication, people!This place might not have the polished corporate vibe, but who cares? I didn't mind one bit. I sat there, grooving to the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme song playing in the background, and all was right with the world. Overall, I'm giving Dale Tires 4.5 stars because of the surprise charge hiccup and the bundling of tire and labor costs, causing customers to pay more in sales tax. If they consider breaking down these charges separately, they'd easily be a 5-star joint. Will Smith would be proud!

Had a nail in my tire. The Lexus dealership doesn t do patches/plugs. All the big chains assumed I was an easy target and tried to sell me new tires. Dale s got me in quickly and the repair was cheap. Three months later and the tire is still running great!

Franky, Linda, and Dale was amazing. What great customer service I received. I love this place because of the Bahamas flag. Linda is very kind and polite and professional. Franky helped put my tire on professional and efficiently in a timely manner. Dale is the most reliable Boss he guided me through the whole process. What an amazing team great time love this place. Ensure that you come and visit its a must. Hopefully you enjoy the pics and videos in HD

Used to come here and liked the convenience, and the guys are always cool. Purchased tires many times, and swapped some wheels on my car a few times also. Wait times can be crazy, but it s a popular wheel & tire shop so not complaining. I m not someone who leaves reviews and when I do it s typically 5 star . But I have to be honest and say go here if you have basic wheels and tires, stock/OEM all good can t harm. But if you have custom or nice after market wheels I would avoid this place. I have a set of Forgiato three piece wheels and this shop not only damaged them on multiple occasions (should have realized then that this was not the place for me) but held one of my wheels in storage for over a year because the barrel was cracked and they were going to replace I was told every few months when I checked in that it would be there anytime now, so I always kept my hopes up terrible communication, and obviously lack of transparency or customer service after 15 months or so I decided to pick my wheel up and I brought it to Wheel Fix It on Broward. Juan is the owner and not only fixed the wheel in a timely manner, (Dales said it could not be fixed, only replaced) but they also re-powder coated all 4 wheels to look brand new after the damage done by Dales and normal wear of rock knicks etc. Just wanted an honest review here for those who take pride in their cars or wheels, and sorry to the shop for the review but everything stated is honest truth and felt it should be shared. Wheel Fix It didn t put a scratch on the rim when installing and would recommend them hands down over Dales.

The price was good to put on tires and do alignment but you guys broke my lug stud, at least you guys could have replace the single one that you guys broke off, never again to bring my car again.Be Cautious about this location!!!!Don t let this happen to your car

Super friendly. Had nail in my tire, pulled the nail and it wasn t leaking no charge. Tipped the gentleman and they were extremely friendly.

I had a flat on my rental and was getting no help from rental company. I stopped by Dale's and just by the looks of the crowd there I figured no help today. Asked the clerk, great lady, if it was better to come by in the morning, she said no, they can fix it now. The crew went to work immediately on my tire then put it on my car. I have never seen such capable and helpful people.Service: Tires

Great work at a fair price.Update 10/14/22Prices are still fair. The work is top notch and the service is beyond excellent. Drive by any day of the week and see how crowded this place is. Everybody goes here because it's the best!

I bought new tires from them it lasted 9 months these tires have no tread warranty according to hankook. No one told me that their were no warranty on them I wouldn t bought them if I knew that. As a consumer we need to be educated on tires if the dealer know these kind information.Service: TiresService: Tires

This place was quick! If you need ties quick , fast and in a hurry Very inexpensive used tires . There were so many workers and everybody is moving over there! After talking to, who seemed to be the manager, after looking over everything he gave us a great deal for 2 tires .

Wonderful crew and service. They re super busy yet very efficient at what they do. They clearly know how to work together maneuvering the customers cars to ultimate efficiency and cost effective. All the employees were kind and helpful too!
