These guys redid the heads on my vw years ago, when i got them back they where perfect and performing a+, and they sent me a free Shirt. For some reason that shirt has become my lucky mechanics shirt. If i can figure something on a car out, i put on this shirt and like magic , BAM its fixed! Hahha You guys don't still sell these do you. Would pay a nice price to get another as mine has been through the ringer!

Fast and friendly, they are the best head shop in the area. Would not use anyone else. Guy at the front counter is like an old friend, really nice guy, he gives the experience a family feel. They are very professional and look forward to using them again. I paid $535 for a 2.4 liter head including bolts and gasket kit. Highly recommend this shop.

These guys did a good job for me. It took a little linger than I thought, but as Jim explained, they were super busy. Being busy is usually one of the clues that they are good. I definitely recommend them.

Worked with Jim on a classic mustang head. Sadly, head was bad based on Dye Test and Jim was able to source new one within a few days. Also found hard to find push rods and shipped to me. Very pleased and highly recommend

These guys take it above and beyond. Left behind some ARP bolts that were mistakenly left on my heads and they kept them for over a month until I picked them up. Great job at a great rate. Cant go wrong with them.

My family s small business contracted all of our cylinder heads with this shop in the past. This is an excellent shop. They never let us down and were always on time. The quality of work spoke for itself.Recently, I had some Subaru EJ25 heads worked on by Cylinder Head Exchange for my first project car. They made getting those heads rebuilt proper, easy and informative for me. They fitted my big cams, installed titanium springs, ported the intake and exhaust, polished the combustion chamber, made the valve seats new, installed new seals... the works. I m very proud to have their heads on my engine, they turned out beautiful. The port work they performed is so good, I took so many photos that felt like magazine shots of them.Tldr: Cylinder Head Exchange worked on my cylinder heads, they always have, and now I know why they always will.

I bought a new engine from The Local Ford Dealer for my business truck which served me well for 20 years. Ford tried to glue the old aluminum manifold on with sealant rather than take it to a machine shop when they could not get it to seal from a enlarged hole . This resulted in a failure on the highway with coolant loss along with 4 weeks of downtime due to the dealer trying 3 times to repair it. Long horror story...Meeting "Jim at Cylinder Head Exchange" I told him my situation and he repaired the aluminum manifold and solved the problem. Jim delivered the manifold to my business and I put my own engine back together. I highly recommend ***Cylinder Head Exchange*** . It is local and been around for a long time. Five Star work!!! Jim and his guys did a head for our 2010 Toyota Matrix XRS with the 2.4L 2AZ-FE engine. The motor was an oil burner that had leaking valve stem seals, and I rebuilt the motor with new OEM pistons, rings, etc., to correct the oil burning (very common with late model 2AZ-FE engines). I am HIGHLY appreciative of the detailed work put into the head. They even returned the small studs out of the head for the valve cover and timing chain cover with my name on a little baggie. Their practice of business has been SO refreshing to experience, an art seemingly missing in this world now. Cylinder Head Exchange performed an exemplary record of work for the now closed Maximum Auto Care in Margate, the former owner of which recommended this business for working on the head. The head sealed up great, had no leak-down, and is running great. My girlfriend drives the vehicle long distances to work as a Paramedic on the front line with Volusia County, FL, driving from Orlando for 61 miles one-way. It is evident Cylinder Head Exchange's detailed work will assure those many miles driven will be reliable miles, aiding the relief of the pandemic in the Volusia County/Daytona area. She is thoroughly pleased, as am I, and you will be too if thinking of entrusting them with your job. Thanks guys, and God Bless!

I don t know what their service is like but if it s anything like how they drive on the road it must be horrible. Being ran off the road by one of your employees isn t a good way to represent your business.

The gentleman that took care of me name was Jim everything he said was right I didn't tell them um I blew my head gasket on the number one's owner when I came there he showed me my head and right on the number one cylinder there was a crack Thank you guys
