I will start this by saying I don t normally make reviews, but I feel the need to here. Unfortunately, as much as I would like to give a good review based on the customer service I received, I simply cannot because the work was not acceptable. I brought my Audi in to CC a few months ago from a small fender bender to the left side of the car, it took CC a couple weeks to repair, when I went to go pick it up, I first noticed my window tint had been damaged. They told me they would repair it for no charge but that I had to wait another few days. When I came back to pick it up, it was a rainy day so I picked up the car after a quick glance and went home. When I got home, I noticed there was dry body filler or epoxy in the middle of my driver side door, so I returned to the shop to get it removed. Unfortunately, as time has gone by, I have noticed many other sloppy parts of this job. There is clearcoat overspray everywhere. I can see it on my driver window, rear windshield and front fender. I ve also noticed another damaged window tint and lastly, in almost every light reflection on the whole left side of my car I can see huge swirl marks in the clear coat of the paint all over, it looks terrible. Again, I received great customer service but the work to my car and the three different trips to the shop has unfortunately left me extremely disappointed and unsatisfied

From start to finish, the staff at Classic Collision was on their A Game! Even the gentleman mopping the lobby floor when I walked in first thing on a Friday morning offered me coffee and told me someone would assist me shortly. The convenience of having the rental car brought to the Classic Collision location also made this a seamless transaction. I really appreciated the updates received via text every step of the way for my car repair. When I picked up my car today at the completion of repairs, you would never know hard workers were in & out of my car! It is spotless!! I m so happy to have found Classic Collision and will be back should my car need future servicing.

Was looking forward to bringing my car to get fixed . This doesn t reflect service . Front desk staff was really really kind . I don t believe you should waste peoples times when they try to bring a car in and you tell them you don t take rebuilds . I do apologize my car is not up to the standards for your shop, I feel as though there should be a prescreen of questions when making the appointment or speaking of drop off . Wasting both of our times .Perhaps don t keep the doors closed to rebuilt . Very rare do people buy brand new cars nowadays . Not everyone is fortunate

Was involved in an accident on a Tuesday and within three days I was able to pick up my truck and damn was I impressed! They did a fantastic job that went above and beyond my expectations. If I need service again I hope I will have the opportunity to work with them again.

Took my car too classiccollision in commerce and I have to say had one of the best experiences with all of the staff and technicians, had my car repaired in a timely manner and answered all my concerns about the job. I would recommend then anyone in the commerce and Jackson County area!! So stop by everyone for your car collision needs! Search no more! This place is the best. I was shocked how fast they repaired some pretty extensive damage. Plus there's an Enterprise right next door if you need a rental. Very impressed.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!I had a work done to replace front door on the driver side. After i waited for 3 weeks to have job completed, I had to come back to the shop a few days later because I could not open the door on the driver side (the one that was replaced) nor the trunk. Now one week later, the rubber insulation is coming off the same door.DID THIS SHOP REALLY GIVE ME a NEW REPLACEMENT DOOR???I am contacting my insurance company since they recommended them. Going to them the 3rd time will cause me a lost pay, because they could not done the job right in the first place.

Nasty and rude technicians, my car took more than a month to repair, when I left the garage with the car it itill had a couple of issues, I came back to the garage for review and they treated me in a nasty and rude manner saying "I am not here to waste my time pushing buttons on the control panel, really rude people

1) minimal to no communication between shop and me within the 1 month period they kept my vehicle2) when I would call to ask for a status they would give me a date and say they would follow up with me if the date changed; they never did follow up, I would have to call every time.3)The only time the shop called me was to call me back and on the day to pick up my vehicle4) on the day they called me to pick up the vehicle they also decided it was time to tell me about a battery problem in my vehicle that was in their custody for over a month5) there was no battery problem, there was an additional wire issue that either the shop failed to diagnose or causedServices: Electrical, Body & Trim

Judy has been maintaining very good communication with us from start to finish. Vendor dropped the ball but the shop rushed the order to shortened the time to fix. Absolutely impeccable work for a collision establishment five stars all the way management excellent! The office is as corporate As It Gets unbeatable clean efficient knowledgeable staff wanting to make you feel that your car will come out as a new car from a showroom five stars highly recommended! Great customer service and experienced staff! Clean atmosphere and customer friendly. My repairs completed in less time allowed and Mario is considerate and understanding with the job. Geico Auto Express was amazing with Enterprise rental and to help coordinate repairs. Thank you for a job well done and highly recommend Classic Collision!

I am so VERY impressed with Carolina Auto Body. My car was pretty damaged in a recent car accident and my insurance company quoted it to take about 20 days. After 10 days it was finished and looks amazing!!! From the moment I met with Sean Moran, the Collision Repair manager, I knew my car was in good hands. He was very informative and explained how the whole process of the repair was going to work. My estimator Matt was very courteous and communicated with me many times to keep me updated as to what stage of the repair my car was in. I would highly recommend Carolina Auto Body and I LOVE that they have a kiosk at the Coral Springs Auto Mall for convenient drop offs and pick ups.

Unforunately I had tree branches fall on my car which caused damage to the windshield as well as to the hood and fender. I was hesitant to use an auto body shop that my insurance company recommended but after reading all the positive reviews, I decided to choose Classic Collision. The process was very quick and easy. After scheduling an appointment online, I met with Judy who went over the damage to my car. She was very friendly and put me at ease. I also requested a rental car which was waiting for me after the appointment. In total, my appointment lasted just over 30 minutes. Over the course of the next few days, Judy would text me to keep me updated with the status of my repair. I really appreciated this amount of customer service. When I picked up my car, they went over the repairs and did a walk around of my vehicle to make sure I was satisfied with the repair. The car looked brand new and there was no sign that there was any damage. They also detailed the car both inside and out which was a nice touch. As a bonus, they actually fixed something that was not part of the initial repair at no extra cost. I would highly recommend Classic Collision and will bring my car back to them if I need any other repairs in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place does a outstanding job. Jake the Manager keep this place spotless l have never had service like this at a paint and body shop. I had a piece of molding came lose on the driver side not only that was taken care of they want ahead and took care of The passenger side. To make sure that would not separate from the car. It was all part of a accident. The Job was outstanding. Never once had to call them they kept informed with me constantly. My car was very clean when it was all finishes. I have had Allstate insurance for over 30 years. I would like to see Allstate insurance hook up with them. Customer service was outstanding. Work was done perfect. It was Done on time. Highly recommend them.

Got to admit they were very professional and courteous. They took very good care of us. Especially Mario. When I called them 3 days later because my windshield washer tank seem to have been cracked in the crash and did not get replaced. They had me come in and a half hour later I was gone with it replaced repaired no charge. Not their fault that the tank was not noticed but they did an excellent job and I was very happy and highly recommend them to anyone.

Cab was amazing they took care of me from the beginning to the end. I worked with meka and she was absolutely the best she answered all my questions and made sure to contact to me every step of the way with my car repairs. She was very knowledgeable and made sure to get my car in and out ! They even made sure to get me a rental while I waited for my car to be done which was really convenient. I will definitely recommend their services if u looking for great quality work. Thank again CAB I APPRECIATE EVERYTHING!!!

Took my Ford Focus here through my insurance (Geico) and they handled everything perfectly. The customer service was wonderful and they were very punctual in fixing my car. Took no more then one week, I was very pleased with the result! Thank you Carolina Auto Body for the experience.

I had to get my the body of my car repaired after an accident and Carolina Auto did an amazing job. I am very satisfied with the customer service i received. I was informed about everything every step of the way. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will absolutely recommend to everyone.

Wonderful experience. Staff's very professional. At the time of drop off, a rental was waiting at the front door. My vehicle was ready by the time promised. Updates were provided throughout the process. My car was returned, as if it came off the assembly line of the manufacturer. I would definitely recommend Carolina Auto Body, for all your Auto Body repair needs.

I couldn't ask for better sevice and willingness to work with my schedule. They did the repair work on my truck after an accident in June of 2017. In May of 2018 I discovered an issue that wasn't repaired. I went back and without hesitation they made an appointment for me to bring the truck in. On top of that I told the manager that I was going out of town for a week and he said "no problem".You don't come across to many companies these days that are so polite and professional. I surely appreciate them and recommend them.

Everyone is super helpful and reliable! Highly recommend them for absolutely any body repairs needs! I came in for a headlight replacement and the team was able to do it quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price! Sean is a pleasure to work with. The best car repair experience to date!

Impeccable work, very reasonable prices and one of the best customer service experiences that I ve had since moving down to south florida, from New York. I only do business with people I know, like, and trust. As soon as I walked in and spoke to Jake for five minutes, I knew that I would be doing business with them. He did not disappoint me. Al followed up with an amazing quote and delivered my car with lightning speed. They will be my go to guys for any body work I need done on any of my vehicles, and will refer my customers to them without hesitation.

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond what is expected and that's very rare. I had my car at another body shop and Carolina Auto Body actually fixed what the other shop did not do correctly even after I brought it back to them . I felt as if I had known the entire staff for years because they pay attention to you as an individual not a customer. A++++ is my bottom line. I reccomend to everyone.

CAB provided me with great FAST service and amazing communication from the whole staff. All I had to do was drop off and pick up my car. Everything in between was taken care of with so much ease. This was honestly the best stress-free experience ever. I ll definitely do more work with them in the future.
