After several trips to a chain auto parts store, my car was still not running properly. By this point, I had been told by the chain store that my battery was fine but the alternator was not. This happened not once, but twice in a week. The gentlemen at Chrome Rose found this to be odd (rightfully so) and did their own diagnostic of my car. They found my battery was in fact bad, and the alternator was good. Chrome Rome genuinely made me feel like they were on my side and not wanting to take advantage of my ignorant knowledge of car repairs. These gentlemen have earned a new loyal customer.

Highly recommend they do great work , good prices and they won t get you for any unnecessary repairs. I had a collision and got my car work done there , I would take it there again.

Thank you Chrome Rose. Excellent staff. The gentleman with long hair came right over on the smoltering heat and got right to work to try and fix my issue. I spoke with Joel before coming and he got my sorted and squared away. They fixed my problem right away and no crazy fees or jacked up prices. I would definitely return. They have an award stating the best in their office and I see why. Thanks guys for getting me out of my pickle. All the best.

Went into get a battery replaced. They didn t have the correct size in stock but was able to get the correct one there in about 15minutes. Great service

Brought my 2009 golf gti in for a motor mount issues! They hooked me up and helped me out in one day and sent me on my way with a stable engine I decided to use them again for clutch flywheel/water pump/full timing chain/and tie rod service while the car was being working on, I was updated consistently about their progress and also about any issues they ran in too After the car was complete, I immediately took it on a 12 hour ride to South Carolina made it there and back no issues and she s still running strong thank you team chrome rose, y all definitely helped me out and kept my dream alive I ll would definitely recommend this mechanic!Services: Electrical repair, Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission repair, Oil change

This place has the absolute best mechanic in Florida. The BMW dealer sent my car to Speedy at Chrome Rose, because they couldn t understand what was the issue. Speedy can fix ANY type of car... exotic and Europeans cars for sure. Well done!

Chrome Rose has completed 2 different jobs for me, a window motor replacement and an oil pan change. Both jobs were done efficiently and effectively at a decent price. My experience was very poor. I got offered a service when I returned the following day as agreed. Speedy had a terrible fight with his partner over the phone regarding my service, disrespecting me as a customer. On top of that, Speedy was extremely rude to me in the presence of another customer. This is a very disrespectful way to conduct business. I found a better service and price around.

I ve been going to Chromerose auto since I moved to Florida (2 years ago) they ve always been so kind! And treated me like family ! Great auto shop, wonderful customer service from everyone. I always feel comfortable here and each time I visit I never leave with any complaints. Everyone works hard and truly does their best to make the customer happy. Joel and Tina are very friendly and will always take the time to chat with you as well, which is nice when you re waiting. Christian does a great job and is always very courteous. Sorry if I left anyone out but all of you are great! Everyone here is respectful and genuinely nice. Thank you for running your business with honesty and integrity!

This place provides FANTASTIC service. I m so grateful I found this place. After having my wheel bearing replaced a year ago by a bigger auto repair shop, I could tell that it had gone bad again only a few months later by certain sounds my car was making upon accelerating and turning right. Since the work was still under warranty, I tried to get the shop to replace it again but they refused, as they blamed the noise my car was making on rear shocks, which didn t even make any sense. I became furious by their lack of care and accountability, so I searched for another mechanic nearby on google. I needed this issue fixed. My car sounded like a helicopter at times lol. Chrome Rose came up in the results, so I called them and right away I was told to stop by so that they could give me a second opinion at no cost. Not going to lie, I was BIG MaD by the time Chrome Rose staff had to deal with me due to my frustrating day. They handled me and my car with great care. They confirmed the noise my car was making was due to my front left wheel bearing needing to be replaced. Also, they gave me a fair price and fixed it the same day. My car is driving so nice & quiet now! This place not only fixes the problem but also provides fantastic customer service. They never tried to rip me off, never treated me as if I was inferior to them, they were kind & patient & articulate. Bonus points for the fact that while I was driving off, the tech noticed my brake lights were out, so he called me to tell me so that I could replace them. This was actually after hours/after closing, so he really didn t have to go that extra mile to take the time to inform me, but he did. I still feel so betrayed by the other car shop, however I am glad that I found this business. Great shop and amazing, hardworking people! Both Tina and Joel have taken such good care of my car and made sure she was good to go for my long daily commutes. After I recently hit and ran over a large piece of semi-truck trailer tire on the Turnpike they were the 1st place I went to. They made sure to do a full inspection to let me know what the damage was and the best way to fix it. They are truly caring people and want to make sure that their clients are safe on the road and in their vehicle. I have been to many bad mechanics who have taken advantage of me over the years and it feels great to see proud, honest shop owners who are friendly mechanics that love what they do! Thank you both!
