So, they finally got ME to complain as well, as I have been going to this gas station location for years. It used to be a little bit more decent a Few years back. And I never went much at nightime hours, and thank Goodness. Cause I've had the worst experiences with The Bald headed White guy who works on The weekends. He has no customer service skills practically and hates to walk to get anything for you. GOD Forbid u Make a little mistake we with a drink and he has to go back for you! YOU never hear The end of it. Just held my tongue for a while, but then he had The Nerve to tell ME to don't come back anymore. And he is losing so much money for The owner at night. Hopefully she will figure it out and retrain Him or just get rid of a guy like that who lives ur business a Bad named!!

I went there to fill my tire with air the machine took my money and did not work I went inside and I asked for my $1.25 back and the employee Cecilia told me the machine is broken, so I said why don't you put a sign out there to let people know and she said that's not her problem. she said to contact the name on the machine. REALLY!!! Oh and thankfully I spoke Spanish because she did not know any English.

The worst place to put gas....if you have an issue, you can not speak with the manager, and the staff is very rude...whoever owns the place need to pay for his staff to go and get customer service training

Very rude employee. She Didn't want to take the time to check my lotto ticket. I was going to get some snacks and gas but because of her lack of attention to her job I decided to go down the street to WaWa. Got a discount on my gas too. Thanks to her laziness. WaWa is the best place to go for gas and snacks.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEI have pumped gas and used this carwash every Friday at this location for years. Today, I had a problem with the carwash.The clerk on 1/17/2020 at 5:06 p.m. was very rude and demeaning.When I called to speak to a manager she hung up the phone 3 times.Taking my business elsewhere!

Do not go to this Chevron station. The hispanic lady cashier will make up all kinds of excuses so you don t use the restroom. I stopped by to put some air on the tires and needed to wash my hands afterwards. The lady said I couldn t wash my hands there. In addition, she will make you buy something in order to give you change for the air machine.

This gas stations pretty clean never have any problems in and out pump easy exits in and out no complaints

Every morning the Spanish lady gives me a hard freaking time I just asked for change for the air machine she said I had to buy something every morning she has an attitude like she s the owner I won t be going back til she gone or fired period
