I've been using Michael for all my business vehicles (10+) for close to 10 years now and he's always done right by us with the repairs and estimates. Very trust worthy and always gave us his honest opinion. Would recommend car doctor to everybody

My son and his friends were in the area for a vacation and were rear-ended. We needed to have the car and damage inspected to ensure they could safely make it home. Mike was extremely accommodating, fitting us in for an inspection just a few minutes after our call. He followed up with me and my son to share his findings. His call was very reassuring, especially to this parent who was hundreds of miles away. Solid, old-school customer service! Highly recommend!

I'm from out of state and came to Miami to buy a car and I wound up having a lot of problems with the car. The check engine light was on the emissions light was on. The airbag light was on. But I really liked the car that I bought. I was driving the car back home 800 miles away. So I got a motel room for the night. I got extremely lucky that the room was just a few blocks away. I Googled car repairs in the vicinity from where I was staying. Car Doctor came up as one of the results. I called them and a man by the name of Michael answered the call. I told him briefly the problems I was having with the car. He said that it would cost me $45 to diagnose the car. That price in its self was very reasonable. I explained to Michael that I was staying in a motel and I was from out of state and I had to be out of the room with a few hours. About an hour after the dropping the car off he called me and said that the car had so many problems with it that it would cost thousands to fix. Michael was extremely helpful and saved me from a nightmare. I really appreciate his time in his help with this matter. He could've easily charged me a couple hundred dollars and sent me on my way. I can tell you Michael is a very nice and honest guy. I saw his wife and his little girl at the shop. I would highly recommend Car Doctor for anybody that needs their car repaired. It's nice to know there are some honest mechanic out there still trying to make a living and NOT ripping people off. Car Doctor is a great place. I also really appreciate that if your family run business.

I can't recommend a place more than Mike and Car Doctor...he took such great care of my Mom. I live 700 miles away and its hard to make sure she's driving as safe car. I inherited my dad s pickup 2007 pick up truck and the AC didn t work at all. Even for us Florida natives thats a bit of a problem. So i took it to firestone around the corner. They were like its needs a coolant recharge and we found no leaks . Cool paid them a couple hundred bucks. Two months later - no AC again.So i searched google maps for local places and found Michael - short bike ride away which saved me an uber ride home, and an uber ride back to pick it up when it was fixed.He quickly determined the evaporator is bad . Fixed and and boom! back to the ice cold air Chevy pickups are known for.Crazy as this sounds, i was riding my bike to go pick it up, and my very very old neighbor [75?] needed help moving something and was struggling with it. So i stop to help him. The convo ends up with him asking where the pickup truck was? did i sell it?I told him the AC died, he asks where i took it, and i say Michael the Car Doctor. He says, tell him i need to have that other belt replaced . I m like, you know him? . And he has for many years and the only place he goes.As hard as its hard to find a good dentist you love, finding a mechanic you trust is equally hard. And thankfully i finally found one.Val

Mike is a great mechanic a hard worker & offers great prices!!!! It s difficult to find an honest mechanic these days I ve been ripped off more times than not & mostly by larger corporate shops but not at the car doctor. so if you re looking for a great place to fix your vehicle then look no further!!!!! Extremely grateful for all the work he s done to my car even tho it s old & falling apart mike keeps bandaging her up for me so I can keep saving to get a new one beyond grateful for this awesome mechanic!

Mike has taken care of my trucks for years. Truly an honest mechanic. Let's you known what you need, and does not add on items or service that you don't need. Saves you money and keeps your vehicle running smooth. Nice family run shop. Recommend highly!

Mike is a really great mechanic and diagnostician! He helped me with my last 2 cars and everything he told me and he did was spot on! You can trust him, he knows his stuff.

I had amazing service at Car Doctor. Mike made sure I understood everything that was going on with my vehicle and took care of it very fast. They even provided me with a ride home when I had to leave my car there. Shi at the front was such a breath of fresh air! I've had many experiences with mechanics that weren't good but Car Doctor went above and beyond! I will only be going there for now on.

Been going here for a while, at first it was great Michael seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I went for an estimate for my ac and was told i would need a new fuse box. Never got a quote because eveytime i asked Michael he was either busy working on another car or would say to call back. Days went by, kept calling and got the same response. Until I finally could get a hold of him after days of requesting some sort of estimate. He then tells me my car is ready and that the TOTAL IS 941!!!!!! that made me instantly lose my appetite. He then explained this madness to me by saying he added a new blower motor along with the fuse box. I knew nothing about this blower motor being added but he did it anyways. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN. His labor charges are absurd!!!! I asked other mechanics roughly around how much would i have paid and i was told 500 MAX!!!! I got played and don't want others to experience this type of unprofessionalism. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Micheal is extremely knowledgeable and very fair priced. I ve had him work on my Benze, Firebird and Wrangler-three distinctly different vehicle but with the same great results and I couldn t be happier. Give him a shot and you will get the good mechanic everyone needs.

This mechanic is not worth going to. Misdiagnosed my failed ABS module, never plugged back in o2 sensors after changing them without asking. Parking brake failed days after they cleaned it up for $140. I regret tipping. Legally obligated to call if anything over $100 never called! Find another shop and beware of a reply to this review by owners, it s probably bologna.

Fantastic place! Very nice, dont try and rip you off and they were able to fix my car quickly after I ran it into a parking curb. If I lived anywhere close, they would be my go-to mechanics for life. Thank you so much for making my car safe to drive 500 miles to get home! <3

Best mechanic ever he diagnosed and fixed a problem that dealership was lost on.. prices are great work is fast and reliable... Mike is a car Genius I wouldnt trust anyone else with my vehicle!

The AC Guru of Broward County who truly looks out for his customers. Not so pompus as to not look your vehicle specs up when necessary and gives helpfull insight to take care of your vehicle over the long run. Reasonable prices. Hats off to this small shop owner!

I had a flat tire, and I googled this place. It is really close to the I-95, so if something happen to yo traveling I95 NB it is really convenient. They fix my car in 5 minutes and the prices was incredible, very cheap.

My first and every expirences with Mike and car doctor has been exceptional his shop in s one of the most honest,affordable and customer orientated shops in South Florida I would recommend his shop to every and anyone that wants there car fixed right for a very affordable price

I finally found a good Honest shop Mike the owner of Car Doctor Has very good Mechanics, Gino is great, he works on on my Muscle cars also, he is old school and knows them well,I own a small business and have several vehicles that always need work because of the high miles driven ,I have been thru many shops ,You cant trust most of them and the work is usually sub par costing me more money ,I was referred to this shop from a friend ,Best move i have made in a long time ,My vehicles are diagnosed correctly,The workmanship is very neat and detailed and the price is very fair ,Dont waste your time looking around.

Worse mechanic ever, replace the wrong piece a $600 dollars piece and didn't fix the car and still charged me $300 dollars. I will Never recommend him.
