Kyle, Blake and the whole team at Caliber helped turn a frustrating situation into something I was able to deal with and put me at ease through the process. I am so grateful my car was repaired here. They communicated clearly throughout the entire time via text and phone. My car was repaired on-time as promised and was even fully detailed upon return. Thank you !

Excellent customer service! My car was there for four days after an attempted theft left door lock damaged, one window smashed, and all ignition wires exposed. Car was at the shop for four days and Joey Wallace proactively called me every day with updates. And when it was ready late on Good Friday afternoon and I was hesitant to uber there in rush-hour traffic lest I miss the 5:30 p.m. closing time, Joey and a colleague delivered it directly to my home! Have never experienced better automotive customer service and can't recommend Caliber Collision more highly!

As long as they say a picture worth 1000 words I m gonna let you read it. By yourself.You see the before and after work it was great and the people are very friendlyThey even buffed out the other headlight so it doesn t look yellow while the new one looks new

How to say this body shop has world-class service. From the moment we drop the car off, the vehicle was in good hands. Even had a rental car ready for us. The repairs were done horribly. My car needed paint and they gave it back to me with paint drip and orange peel. My tires had 3inch gashes in the side from accident...they just but armorall on them. Two tires missing lug nuts. The back bumber was not even fixed nor the under neath damage. My AC was leaking like a waterfall...was told that was normal..BS. wasnt like that before the accident. I had to leavethe car with them after they had it for 2 months to fix. Would not go to them or recommend them to anyone.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I have a Stage 3 Roush Mustang that has a world class paint job. For that reason, and the value of the car, I am extremely picky about who touches my car. I had some minor damage to the front bumper that required its removal and repainting with the same PPG Deltron system the car is finished with. I had no prior experience with Caliber, but a very highly qualified auto body person went to work there which is the reason I took the car too them. The manager allowed this person to work on my car and as expected it turned out fabulous.After dealing with Caliber Collision and the service I received it was very easy to see why this auto body expert went to work for Caliber Collision. They charged me 80 for a "betterment" fee on a tire because insurance wouldnt cover it. That's fine no problem. However I never recieved a new tire. They just rotated my tires to the back and otherside. They let me leave their shop with a tire that had a one and a half inch deep gash on the side of the tire. While still charging me for a new one. Also took 34 days to get a dent out of my door and one fender. The paint job was applied with a wet rag, Mark's all over the place in the sun. Pay out of pocket and go somewhere else or your vehicle will be in the shop twice.

Would post pictures if I could. They charged me for a new door, when you can clearly see where they grinded tha paint and repainted that one spot. When the sun hits it looks like the paint was put on with a wet rag. The "alignment" and new parts they apparently put in pop under the truck and creak. Mechanically the truck is worse and my door looks like a botched up job. Would never come here again or recommend
