Painless experience.I am someone who does not like the process of going to a dealership, sitting and waiting, small talk, and negotiating.If you know what you want as I did, and state the terms clearly, they are good. I ve purchased from 3 other dealers in 4 years.Ivan in sales is good, there was no pressure, not pestering.Purchased a Yamaha waverunner and did everything remotely, just signed when they delivered. Everyone was on point, highly recommended, and I will certainly return when necessary.

I bought a CBR 600 RR from Broward Motorsports. Very beautiful and well taken care of. Exceptional machine!My sales representative was Cory. He was very informative and very quick on the transaction. Had a few issues with the financing department however, it Was out of their control and they were very clear. However, everything was solved with the finance department and the manager there. Cory did a very good job and making me feel comfortable with my purchase and delivering it. I definitely recommend going there and will be coming back for more toys!

Broward Motorsports is top notch in every aspect. I called about a month ago searching for a brand new white R7 as they are extremely hard to come by and Julio answered my call and went above and beyond to get me one. He was extremely thorough and had outstanding communication during the whole process of letting me know when one was being shipped, coming in to put down a deposit to secure it, running the credit application once they received the VIN # and finally the day that it arrived and got assembled for pick up. I just drove it home and John was very helpful with how to properly break it in on my 3 hour ride. Abby in finance was awesome as well and helped guide me with the most important things I need to make sure my new bike is set up for maintenance and warranty so that I am covered should anything happen. I had the best experience and highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a bike to go here and will be referring everyone I know and have been meeting that are already complimenting on my sweet new ride. Thanks again to all who helped make my dream bike happen today was unforgettable and it s just the beginning!

I am super pleased with my recent Kawasaki KLR 650 purchase. I got approved for a loan in minutes before I even went to the showroom. The bike was exactly as described online. The sales rep Sean B. was great and I rode it home that same day. The customer service made for a great buying experience.

Great experience all the way through at the Fort Lauderdale location. My sales rep Sean was great as well as Kyle and Mike the sales managers. Also Felipe helped me get my bike loaded out in the parts department. The whole team stayed on top of my purchase the entire way start to finish.

Overall, I had a very good experience, Cory the sales person was very tentative, patient and helpful making sure I was able to get one of the two bikes that I had budgeted for. Eric in the financial dept was very helpful and kept it straightforward. I had some things that I needed adjusted and went back the following day and no questions asked he got it taken care of without giving me the runaround, I highly recommend that you go through these two gentlemen when you decide to make your purchase. proud owner of a brand new 2024 Z900.

The team at the Ft. Lauderdale store are quite simply the best product-sales-related customer service experience I've had in years. Ivan, Abby, and Jonathan went above and beyond in every way to get me the bike I wanted and make it financially possible to own it (it was only me who impeded carrying it through; sorry again guys, but I'm still working on putting my end together, and I will be back, promise - that orange and black beauty has my name on it!). I can't recommend them highly enough, SEVEN STARS out of five!

Grateful for our brand new out of the box jetskis. A big thanks to our sales guy Julio and manager John for making this dream happen for us and for your excellent customer service. Everyone here is like a family and you can feel it in the atmosphere inside the place.We love our 2023 rxtx 300 seadoo pwc. The dealer is beautiful and big, filled with all kinds of toys and different brands for you to choose. All the personal is extremely nice, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Philip was also extremely kind in helping us buy some accessories, but everyone is amazing! We had the best experience, and best deals and that s why we decided to buy here. Great prices. Great jet ski inventoryMy sales guy Corey was easy to deal with, replied to emails quick and texted as well. Good communication from finance person. Easy couple of signatures and deal was done. My only complaint was they had the wrong JetSki ready when I arrive, but turned mine around in an hour. Gave me some time to walk around in the store All of the dirt, bikes, motorcycles, and other inventory. I ve already sent my buddy That s interested in a jet ski, Corey s number because they were such a good place to deal with.Best of luck to this business in the future seems to be a great operation

OK, I've been riding for 27 years on the road and have purchased several new bikes in the past. Cory is one of the absolute hands down best sales person I have ever met. Based on the information I gave him he was able to determine the bike being ideal for rider capabilities. He answered every question promotly, was professional, accomodating and courteous. I strongly recommend and encourage anyone within the state of Florida to take the time to contact Cory and drive by every other dealership in between you and him. He and his team will not disappoint and it will be worth the trip. If you're local to him even better. Let Cory take the lead and guide you through the shopping and buying process.

Great dealership and sales team. Sean Burns was my sales associate. He is a straight shooter and provided me with the best no hassle price which was more than fair. It was extremely easy to purchase my BMW motorcycle. I live 200 miles away and was able to complete the transaction remotely and then pick up my mc. I wish all dealerships were as good as them.

Called them up talked to Luis R, told him what I m looking for and the price I wanted to pay. Got the deal sorted out within minutes. Went to the store and worked out the finance with Gio V quick and easy. Within 2 hours of me contacting them went home with a new jet ski and trailer for an amazing price!

Go to Cory, in sales. Let me explain.I bought my first bike with Cory, although I had spoken to two other representatives before him. Although I did research, I'm still pretty ignorant on things. That said, I have gut feelings that I generally trust.I spoke with someone in the Miami branch and they were awful. I felt they were covert, manipulative, pushy, and disingenuous. Perhaps I'm weak, but it made me sick to my stomach. I almost gave up on finding a bike.I spoke with someone else at the Fort Lauderdale branch, and they were fine. Not a great experience. It wasn't manipulative, but it wasn't friendly.Then I spoke with Cory. He's a good dude that listened to me and helped me to find the right bike. He was super knowledgable and genuine.I'd like to note that I hate businesses that have incentives to take advantage of people like me, naive and inexperienced. I wish prices were non-negotiable and transparent. But this is the world I guess. I honestly can't tell if I got a good deal, neutral deal, or bad deal. I just don't know because I bought a used bike and I'm not knowledgable on bikes. No one I know rides.Still I trust my gut, go to Cory. He's great. Trust me.

Great experience buying my new watercraft! Everyone is really nice, Shawn helped throughout the whole process, he answered all of my questions and was super helpful. Abby and Erick helped me with the financing, also very nice and professional people, they made the whole process quick and simple. I ended up buying a brand new Yamaha GP HO 1800R at a very reasonable price. I will recommend this dealer to anyone looking to get a new or used ski.

After several visits and deciding factors met I purchased a Seadoo FishPro Trophy from Broward Motorsports. Great time with excellent knowledge and experience. It s a time consuming and expensive process but I hope it s well worth all the money and time spent. The team at the service counter, sales, and finance department did an excellent job. Delivery was quick and without any major issues. Sales team was attentive to my concerns and addressed the concerns cordially and expeditiously.

Visited Rick Case Honda powerhouse to make the purchase and everyone ignored me as I walked around. Decided to try out Broward Motorsports and as soon as I walked in Ivan greeted me with a smile and asked me what I was looking for. He told me they were out of stock of the Honda XRs but they could find one at there other locations. Hour later I'm a happy owner of a brand new Honda XR150L. They even delivered it the next morning. Ivan and all staff were amazing and super friendly! Go Broward Motorsports!!

It was a slow start to buy a dirt bike for my son But when I stopped by personally I literally finish the whole process in about an hour and a half . Jonathan was kind enough to give a discount. Gio was amazing in doing billing and other papers . It s awesome to see a successful well mannered knowledgeable and professional young men to work as a great team . They work well with customers. Randy Montalvo and his team at Broward Motorsports were amazing they solve all my issues regarding my slingshot the communication was amazing I got updates via text messages and calls every step of the way they where able to resolve all my problems with finding solutions and had my slingshot fixed in a timely manner I been servicing and maintaining my slingshot with them from the start they my go to shop thank you Randy for everything you did to make my sling back to tip top shape

I just want to speak about my experience with broward motorsports of ft lauderdale where I Purchase a golf cart. They charged me $1500 inbound transportation fee, when it was already on the lot. $400 dealer fee and siad they have to do the Tag and title for $800. That's $2700 fees to buy the golf cart. They also wouldn't let me test drive it. I bought the cart anyway and when I got it home i noticed the batteries were leaking and the cart didn't drive very well. Sent it back and didn't get anything done until 2 months to change out a battery and speed up the cart. In which I had to call once a week to babysit the project. I finally got it back home only to find out the front was damaged and nobody said anything. I called the service manager did not get a call back . Horrible customer service. The service department always says they're gonna call you within an hour and they never do.They love to just ghost people here. They have lots of nice expensive toys but so do other places. I REALLY REGRET USING THIS COMPANY. I have 2 friends who I have talked out of buying from this place. Horrible experience.
