So glad I am now apart of the Holman family! My entire experience with BMW Ft Lauderdale was incredible. My salesman, Sam Reidelman, was incredibly helpful without being overbearing or pushy. He helped me every step of the way and was willing to work with me until we found the perfect car for me! (And yes it took nearly a month for me to make up my mind.) But the wonderful experience didn t stop there, as every employee who I interacted with was warm and welcoming. Including both the GM Keith and Warren in financing.On top of the incredible staff, the facility is immaculate and well maintained. Offering a mainly indoor sales experience.I really can t speak highly enough to the level of customer service and experience that I had while at BMW Ft Lauderdale. You truly do feel apart of the Holman Family.

Extremely happy with the service provided. Thomas Luciano was not only patient, honest and respectful, but most importantly he prioritized all of our requests. I am located all the way in Boston, MA. They had the exact package and color combo we were looking for in the X7. He accepted our trade and made it all happen in less than two weeks for us!I couldn t be happier with his professionalism. I would recommend him to ANYONE looking for a BMW. It s true when they say you get what you pay for from the experience, to the service and quality of the ride. Thank you again Thomas. This has been the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. Randy our sales advisor was amazing, he was very knowledgeable and gave us the best price we could find. Jonathan Carvalho, my service advisor, makes everything seamless and easy for me. I really appreciate the videos from the mechanics/service technicians and they re very detailed. Finally, even the drivers bringing the loaners are kind and professional. This BMW dealership is doing a great job and I truly appreciate how easy you guys make it for me to get my car serviced!

A real nice dealership with lots of available cars. Justin was very helpful and answered all of our questions regarding our test drive. The place is easy to find, has a covered parking garage. Coffee, snacks, water and etc., are available inside for guests. The staff are very nice, right when we were leaving the dealership, our own car s battery died and one of their employees Tod was his name I believe was very kind to help us to jump start it. A great dealership with real nice staff!

Special thanks to David and Mike, they did a phenomenal job with all of the paperwork and making sure the car was all set up when I got there. We were attended to by Thomas Rodriguez. He was very patient and cordial right through. He should us all the vehicles that we showed interest in. Was willing to work to fine tune the purchase. He was extremely helpful and soft during the dealing. He was quick and efficient. I will highly recommend that you ask for Thomas if you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle. Nice salesperson, not pushy like many.

I bought a BMW x3m, Less than a month ago I purchased the vehicle from an authorized BMW dealer located in BMW Fortlauderdale, Florida. I've used it just under 10 times. And it was already damaged. When I bought it they told me it was in perfect condition according to them. When I turn it on in cold star mode it makes a noise; as if it were an old tractor. The worst part of the case does not lie there, it lies in the fact that I have already taken it to several BMW dealers and they returned the car to me. Why don't they know how to fix it! It is covered by the warranty and they give me the car telling me that they do not know how to repair it. THAT IS, BMW DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO FIX BMW! ON THE OTHER HAND I LIKE AN M CAR FOR OVER $58,000 AND IT DOESN'T WORK WELL! I WILL ALREADY BEGIN A LEGAL PROCESS ALSO, I HAVE ALREADY STARTED ASKING FOR HELP FROM PEOPLE WHO CAN HELP ME PUT THE CASE IN LOCAL NEWSPAPER, SOCIAL NETWORKS AND OTHER MEDIA; IT'S NOT FAIR THAT THEY PLAY WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS

This dealership is one of the best I ve visited. We were greeted right away. The person who greeted us was with a customer and promptly found someone else to help us. Vaso came right away to help us with the purchase of an X3. He was wonderful to work with. He is so friendly, caring and passionate about the BMW brand. I will definitely recommend him and this dealership to others and will likely purchase another vehicle from him in the future.

Had a pretty mid experience at bmw, I was greeted by a rookie salesman who introduced himself as Julio Blanco and presented himself as soon as you get on the floor, on the first desk. He seemed uninterested in the sale as I may look young, but never judge a book by its cover because I actually make $10k monthly and can easily pay this car. First part he messed up was making me walk the parking lot alone, looking at the car options. This builds no rapport with your customer and immediately made me not want to give him my sale from the beginning. Then he began to kind of be little and give me a little bit too much attitude for my liking, and then low and behold I realized his neighboring salesman (the second desk, since his is the first) had 10 trophies and Julio didn t have a single one. I realized he is new to selling and if I have to give someone who is representing such a big company, any piece of advice, as I am in sales as well: always take your time with people(it s better than twiddling your thumbs at your empty show room, I was the only one there) and try to build a connection. Because even if that person doesn t work out, they might bring u 20 people, who knows their connections! Anyway, not that I want to teach someone who treated me like a scum bag anything, but the guy barely said bye to me even when I decided to leave. Poor service brings poor future. Be better

The valet guys are welcoming and helpful. Glen Alvarado has been our advisor for a while and is always on point. The enterprise guy, unfortunately I don t have his name, took care of me and was very helpful and welcoming too. Car was spotless when I picked it up too.

Traveled from Tampa, it was a busy day for as I left to go straight from work, picked up the car and had to get back to Tampa and go directly to work. Process was speedy and efficient. Filling up the car with gas was overlooked but you guys made it right by sending rubber floor mats that I asked for. Thanks

Our first transaction with him and it was a delight. The finance guy Isaac is so down to earth and on point with all of his numbers.Our type of guy. Jimmy Crippen, Eddie (in finance dept), and Carina, were great to work with! All were very professional, personable, and patient with me and my husband throughout the car pick-up/buy process. Jimmy reached out to me immediately through our introduction by Steve Pelkey. Jimmy was extremely informative, efficient and effective in organizing all of the paperwork and details for same day delivery of my car (I had inquired that day about eta of my new BMW x3). And when traffic held us up, arriving late in the evening, Jimmy and Eddie made us feel very comfortable with their calm, hospitable, and professional demeanor. Carina was wonderful in orienting me to my new car's dashboard details, she had complete knowledge of the product and delivered information in a patient and instructive manner. Eddie also was very patient in explaining options for future maintenance packages, etc. We finished our visit well after business hours, but never felt rushed or unwelcome. I will highly recommend Holman BMW of Ft. Lauderdale!

The whole process was surprisingly smooth thanks to Gabriel!! He made me feel like family and was extremely knowledgeable on the cars and different questions I had. Unfortunately, when I went the first time the car I wanted wasn t in stock but everyone assured me they would reach out when some come available. A few days later I received a call to come few the car . I feel in love with my beautiful 2024 330i M Sport!! I end up buying the car the same day! THANK YOU AGAIN Gabriel and Isaac !!!

I stopped by shopping for a new car. At the front desk I was told there was no one available to help me because it s Saturday and everyone was busy taking care of other clients! They told me to wait around if I liked until someone was available. I walked around; waited and then grabbed a sales man who had just finished with a client. He showed me from his computer what they had available. No true effort in trying to get my business. On that note; I left the dealer.

Excellent experienceTom is the best!But the 2024 BMW XM is lousy as the extra 200 horsepower derived from the electric hybrid battery disappears after 30 miles of driving , or 45 minutes of drivingThis is inacceptableFurther , the battery takes 4,25 hours to recharge to 100% ,only to vanish again after 45 minutes of drivingThis is incomprehensible and Bnw should do some thing to assist me

If I could post less than one star I would. I was a long time customer of this dealer purchasing 4 cars but never again. My daughter came in to buy a 2023 X3. Jerry Gruher was assigned to her. Not only did he belittle her, telling her he had his own clients and didn t need walk-ins, he made it clear he felt she was wasting his time. She left there with the thought he would let her know about a car she wanted as it may have been tied up in a sale. He then gave her the run around for 2 days via text and never called her again. Her sale was a sure thing and he could not be bothered. The following week, she bought that 2023 X3 from Fields BMW of Winter Park and they were incredible. BMWs are the only car I drive and have been for over 30 years. As a result of this horrific service, you lost me and my family as a customer. I guess a $55k sale was not worth it to Jerry and in the end your dealership.
