After encountering a mix-up with the brakes for my Camaro, I was truly impressed by Jackie's exceptional commitment to resolving the issue. She went above and beyond to ensure that I received the correct brakes promptly. What truly stood out was her dedication she even personally delivered the brakes to me while my car was already elevated. I went in today looking for a new car battery without having any clue on what type I needed or anything but thankfully Willie was there to help me out! He was super nice and patient. He answered any questions I had and was extremely helpful. Very funny as well!! 10/10 great customer service and experience with him.

Brandon Semoy was so very helpful. Came in first thing in the morning and he professionally changed my battery, showed me what windshield wipers to get and helped with changing them as well as windshield fluid. Best help ever!

My visit at autozone today 3/16/2024 was awesome I purchased an air filter and was confused on how to put it in my car Marcos an employee said I ll help you I know how to put it in there for you with no hesitation he was very nice and cool about the whole thing and explained to me why I should change it every time I get an oil change other employee was very helpful as well didn t get his name but I thank both of you guys so much

This is the best auto zone location. Jacqueline is always so helpful and knowledgeable. She's always so nice and goes above and beyond. Makes the process so easy. Never went in and they did not have my part or couldnt get it for me first thing the next day. I'm very thankful for this store and her help

I was having a hard time locating a radiator for my 05 AltimaBy chance, I saw Auto Zone on Sunrise Blvd. in Ft. Lauderdale.I was fortunate to have Anthony look up stock. ONE left in stock!He took the time to make sure it was the correct part for my vehicle.It s not easy getting professional service these days. Anthony is the man! Check engine on Toyota. Helped me get the code from the car and identify the part I needed. Kind enough to show me under the hood of my car what I needed to do to change the Mass Air Flow Sensor. Detailed explanation. Did it at home myself. Saved me the time and money of going to a shop. I had 2 front wheel rotors that I was told were under a 3 year warranty, but come to find out it was 2 years and my rotors were in fact expired. I spoke to multiple store managers hoping they can override and honor the warranty, especially because they expired just a few days ago, but they all told me there was nothing that they can do. So I called customer service reported the issue and was connected to Andrew the district manager in my area. He went above and beyond to satisfy my issue. Didn't hesitate once, he even spoke to the store staff on my behalf to insure that warranty was honored. Thanks again Andrew.
