Please don t waste your time and money.I went there because car overheated. These folks charge for new part replacements but instead they seal the leakage of my car.I came back days later and they sworn that see what was wrong when I informed them that car is leaking the coolant fluid and I have been stuck on the road.The second attempt I paid Uber while they wasted my time to tell me the news that there nothing wrong with my car.Because life is busy I left, without a doubt days later I m on the side of the road again because the car can not hold coolant fluid that I have added.I called them informing the issue.I come in today before the shop opens these guys told me I may have to pay more money because it may be something else. Like are you serious? You guys lack integrity. Not including when I came back for my car they charge me for an extra 140 for a problem that came up Once I decide to stay and wait instead of paying more Uber, hours later these folks told me I have to wait until tomorrow.I called the police only to get partial refund. Mind I paid all in full. It s sad I have to warn people not to spend with my own kind but you guys should not have a business. You guys are scammers.

I always take my project cars there I receive excellent service this is the fifth car I brought there paperwork to prove it. All the cards I've had done there have run great and have been completed in a timely fashion considering how busy they are I'm a very happy customer

went to this shop to fix an issue with my car for them to hold the car for two days and just add tape to fix the issue even though i paid my money for the parts and labor in full have taken the car to them on 3 occasions to fix an issue they never fixed the first time around they are horrible and lack integrity

The worst customer service I have ever experience in my life. The car was promised to be ready twice and it wasnt. Left me without a car for a whole weekend. It was promised the second time in the morning around 10 am and I came at 5 pm and they were still working on it and I had to wait anither hour. The owner's son that runs this place is very unprofecional where he can give a simple quote the right way!!!

Had me with oil leaking because they didn t put the gasket back on the oil drain plug gasket. Genius!. Do your job right please and verify. You had me spraying expensive oil all over the roads of Florida. Thanks for nothing

As a former mechanic myself I can tell you with certainty the alignment service and customer service is GARBAGE!!!Lies,lies,lies!WONT stand behind their work and are clueless and careless about doing alignments properly.STAY AWAY!!!!

Prompt attention was the first thing I noticed. As you drive up this guy comes out to ask what up. He promptly drove my car in a bay and a nice soft spoken man with good looking skin started working on my car. Just as they said within 45 - 60 minutes my radiator was flushed and I was rolling out. They even did some additional checking. A good experience, polite, respectful and charismatic.

For me it was easily 5stars. My front wheel bearings went literally as I drove by the shop. I limped in with my truck. They had it up on a jack and ready to go in about an hour. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend. Some good guys work here. Thanks and I will be back.

Fast, reliable, and most important: trustworthy!!! Before coming to Atlantic, I went to another local shop and not only did they quote me more than twice as much, but were dishonest about the extent of repairs unrelated to the true issue...Atlantic Tires was able to identify what was really wrong with my SUV and I was in and out of there without a hole in my wallet. It s been a while and I can say everything is running fantastically.100% recommend Atlantic Tires and their knowledgeable staff.

Atlantic Tires & Auto Repair is the best! Fast and Friendly service. I took my car in and was out in less than 2 hours. They were honest and their prices were very reasonable, whether it be a general repair or tire service, I highly recommend this business!!!

Scammer avoid at all cost, they will lie to your face about the work they did and return your car in filthy condition. $2,000 later and still had to take to another shop even though this place said the car was good to go.Took my car to the dealership and there Mecanic laughed after seeing the work this place did and how they tried to hiding different things that they obviously broke.

I trust my car being well taken care of here because of honest, efficient, transparent and genuine good service. You can tell that the manager Sayyid really cares about people here and not just the money.

Wow I spent over a $1000.00 dollars to correct a front end that was a unstable when I drove, first they told me I needed ball joints and a alignment, came back a day later because that did not solve the problem, no refund or anything, came back again for the same problem they said I needed shocks and a tire rod, they did the work and the problem persist, I took it back again and they came to the conclusion that it was the tires that need to be replace, after I spent over a thousand dollars. I was not offered anything for my vehicle for cost of parts and labor that was not needed at all. I strongly advise against having any service done to your vehicle whatsoever.

I went for an alignment the first time I figured maybe it was the employee that did it so it was bad now I decided to give them another chance. The alignment was worse than when I brought it, I drove down the road with my left hand all the way left on the steering wheel and before I went home I had to bring it back and tell them what they gave me. He actually tested it so that was good on his part... and then he told me that it was the tires so I went and got tires the same day and the alignment was still terrible so now I went to another place to get an alignment and they told me it was way off to the left l... so I definitely will NEVER go back there for the rest of my life.

Don t go here it s the worst repair shop ever .I waited months for my car to get out. And the problem happened again and they wanted more money even with the warranty.

This is the best mechanic shop I've been to,very honest people and very good prices actually cheap prices One thing about mechanics you have to trust them these people are the ones that you trust,they got mostly everything over there they got new and used tires they got an alignment machine and they do all mechanic works and they got a very nice waiting area where you could watch them. That's all I got to say.

Avoid this place for your auto repair. They changed a parts for me there last year, and this they told me that the same part hasn t changed for at least five years. Last week on 01/20/21 they charged me to fix a problem, couple days after I have the same problem, I went there this morning they told that I have to change another part. They changed my good parts by brand new parts, and now they want to charge me again for the mistake they made. Please avoid this place, they don t know what they re doing.

I wish i coukd give a zero rating. I called to see how much for a tire patch. And i was told 20.00 fine. I tell tbe guy on the phone be there in a few minutes. Showed up at 6:45 pm and my girlfriend gets out of the car. One guy is working on the tow teuck. The other guy had an attitude. And she had to wait for the guy come from the other bay to tell no they can not do the job. So to let you know now your shop will be on the DO NOT due business at all. And for the fact you closeat 7pm. So i suggest you practice what you preach. Or clise the doors and go out of business.And you had a guy off the click who refused to do ANYTHING.

Worked on my acura rsx for at least a total of 8 hours so far. Not 1 single complaint mess up or fail. Perfect spot to go.

I did my car aliment 2 months ago and they great I am very happy today and doing the second one Jose is very professional I live 50 miles away and prefer to come to this auto repair shop.

I took my car there to have an oil plug replaced due to a major f up by Walm$&!The guys tried everything and with the help of a special nut and strength...it got fixed....I found the place to work on my car and truck from now on ..great job guys!!!!

Cluttered with cars hard to get in and out of I was the first customer to get my tire fixed he asked me to give him about a half hour which he took longer doing nothing so I left and went elsewhere

This place is the worst my car has been here for 3 weeks and some. They are unprofessional pathological liars and full of . It went from 3 days to over three weeks every day it s something different. I will not rest easy.

Went to this establishment on the 11th of may for a Front Driver Wheel Bearing Change. First off before they even got started on my vehicle i waited 2.5hrs. Then 1 of the only 2 "employees" who was SMOKING MARIJUANA while working on vehicles, clearly not in the right frame of mind. They KNOWINGLY used a WRONG part for my car and whether the "employee" was too HIGH or just did not have a clue what he was doing to begin with, he DID NOT secure the wheel arm of my car and while i was driving the entire wheel fell from below me. Nearly causing me MY LIFE. Went there just for them to repair the damages WITH MY RECEIPT and was told I WOULD HAVE MY VEHICLE REPAIRED OR BE REFUNDED BECAUSE THATS JUST WAHAT THEY DO. I WAS THE 3RD CUSTOMER THAT DAY WITH A REPORT OF FAULTY WORK!!! THEY ARE A DEVIOUS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, DEMONSTRATIVE AND JUST TERRIBLE COMPANY. THE OWNER THREATENS CUSTOMERS WITH GUNS ( which he cannot scare anyone with ) AND THE WORKERS ARE INCOMPETENT AND OPERATE ON YOUR VEHICLES WHILE HIGH AS KITES. DO NOT PATRONIZE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELVES ANY TROUBLE AND GO NEXT DOOR TO WHEEL FIX IT !! NOT ATLANTIC !
