I recently had the pleasure of working with Augustine and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. They are the best car dealership ,I have ever worked with. They are very professional and everyone at the dealership was super friendly. I would definitely refer them and I would also buy another car in the future from them. This dealership is a step above other dealerships because they have a great selection of vehicles and knowledgeable and very clean and the personal touches make a memorable experience.

Excellent service from start to finish. Yessie was kept me informed and returned my vehicle when he said he would.Deandre was amazing, I was unfamiliar with the pickup process but she was very helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. She went out of her way to get me a coffee while they were washing my car and followed up when it was ready.

After dealing with the dealer I purchased my vehicle at and being disappointed... I came to Alfa Romeo Fort Lauderdale and learned what true Grade A customer service and integrity. My car runs like it did when I purchased it, and they kept me informed the whole time. With having been my second time doing business with Alfa Romeo of Ft. Lauderdale, I have to say the Customer Service is Top Notch . The whole team from sales (Christopher Carpani) to finance (Christina Athanasiadis) gave me the best deals and incentives they had to offer. I wouldnt hesitate to do business with Alfa Romeo of Ft. Lauderdale in the future and neither should you! They are the Best in the Business!

If I could put zero stars, I would. The service department is horrific to work with, and I am convinced that all of the 4/5 star reviews do not pertain to the service department. They are lucky that they do not have a lawsuit on their hands. I brought my vehicle in for the first time mid-July for an electronic throttle control failure and check engine light, and when I picked up the vehicle the invoice stated that the vehicle was in working design. Well, 5 days later I was on 95 and the same warning flashed and my engine died in the middle of a busy highway. When I reached out again, the service manager Eddie (who needs a major lesson in customer service) told me that wasn't what the car was initially brought in for (it was?) and that we should have checked the invoice more carefully to ensure that that's what was fixed (I'm not a mechanic lol). Anyway, they had my car for another 2.5 weeks, weren't able to provide a loaner at any point, and I picked my vehicle up on 8/31 thinking it was finally fixed. Yesterday, the SAME WARNING CAME ON. Eddie is trying to tell me that each time a different part is failing and that he's unable to see any faults when they "fix" the issue. I find it extremely hard to believe that a three year old luxury vehicle has had 3 separate part failures in the timespan on 1.5 months... I am also at the end of my lease, so you would think they would do everything in their power to keep the customer happy, but Eddie is more focused on putting the blame elsewhere than his own team. I spoke directly with Alfa Romeo customer service yesterday, and was informed that when the Fort Lauderdale team opened up a star case for the issue, they were advised by the Alfa Romeo engineers to change the PCM- that was NEVER done according to the invoice and the updates we received throughout the process. I ended up picking up a car that was still malfunctioning and is a literal death trap without being fixed. They are lucky that I wasn't seriously injured or worse due to their negligence. I was strongly advised the the Alfa care team to bring my car elsewhere, so I did. I can't believe how they've handled this the past month and a half, and I seriously hope they get it together before someone else goes through the same issue.

Big Thank You to Hank for sharing some time on a test drive of this sweet ride. Loved the sport mode, adjustable suspension, ergonomics, for an SUV this thing moves quick !

Just picked up my new Stelvio. Such a wonderful dealership! Everything went smoothly. Farzan was extremely attentive and had everything ready when I arrived. The finance office was thorough with explaining the paperwork. This is my second Stelvio from Alfa Romeo Ft Lauderdale. I will definitely come back when it is time for my next car.

Watching the new Alfa Rameo addition to this dealership going up I was thinking I can't wait to take my Alfa there if and when I need service. I also was thrilled that my sales guy Danilo made the move from where I got my car, to Alfa Romeo Ft Laud. I phoned to make a service appointment and was impressed with their procedure from the first greeting to text messages and emails. I was assigned William. He reached out immediately and set up my appointment. Driving up for service I was warmly greeted and guided into a large air conditioned enclosed garage. I was then introduced to William. He explained everything to me with an ease and professionalism I would have expected. William even introduced me to the head technician that would be handling my car. Leaving my car for a few days I was given a comfortable loaner. William kept me up to date regularly. Picking up the car was simple and easy. Danilo and William are both a great asset to the Alfa dealership.

I am so grateful for the great customer service and attention to detail from Danielo. This is my second vehicle that he has assisted me with and he made both transactions seamless. Danielo also took the time to drive 2 hours to deliver the vehicle because my schedule prohibited me from getting to the dealership. He has always s been pleasant and extremely courteous. Finance and paperwork was also a breeze!!!
