Lee (the owner) went above and beyond to fix my car. These people are kind and extremely knowledgeable. You can feel confident that when you bring your car to this shop you re getting the highest quality repairs. The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable. It s rare to find a mechanic shop that genuinely cares about their customers and you can tell they do here.

I recently had the pleasure of having my Honda Odyssey's AC fixed at this auto repair shop, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding.I initially spoke with the manager, Adam, who is a genuinely nice and laid-back guy. He made the entire process remarkably easy and even allowed me to have a conversation with their master mechanic, Andrew. This level of transparency and willingness to engage customers directly is something I truly appreciated.To my surprise, after discussing the issues with Andrew, I learned that the problem wasn't related to the compressor, as initially suspected. Instead, it was diagnosed as a faulty blower motor and relay. Andrew's expertise and honesty shone through, and I am genuinely grateful for his thoroughness in identifying the real issue.Andrew is an incredible mechanic, and I'm delighted to have met him. His dedication to his craft and commitment to providing honest assessments are qualities that are increasingly hard to find in the automotive industry.Despite the shop being about 30 minutes away from my residence, I am now committed to bringing my vehicle here for any future repairs or maintenance. The distance is inconsequential when compared to the peace of mind that comes with knowing my vehicle is in capable and trustworthy hands.In a world where honest service is a rarity, this auto repair shop and its team, particularly Adam and Andrew, have set a commendable standard. My experience with AAMCO was BY FAR the best mechanical experience since moving to Florida 6 years ago! I give it up for Adam who helped me through the process from beginning to end, helping with the best solutions for my car and my pockets! If I could ve select 20 stars I would ve. Will definitely be returning in the future if need be.

Called in for a brake quote on my F150, sales rep/owner with a very condescending attitude seemed annoyed I did not know which specific brakes I wanted. Customer service pro tip: How about you walk me through all the options available, instead of berating me for not knowing exactly which brakes I required? Ridiculous. Case study in how not to treat customers.

Bad business! Gave them $4,000 i towed my truck more then I drove it .Truck caught on fire they didn t even report it every one acting lost smh.If you have a business vehicle they will make you loose business

Adam the manager was great. Fixed up my truck and was a good communicator.Update, had a different problem with my SUV, was told by a dealership that it was a major repair. Adam and his team found out the real problem and fixed it way below what the dealership quoted me.Wish I could give more stars, happy customer.Services: Transmission, Engine repair

AAMCO Fort Lauderdale is the only place to get your car serviced and fixed! Adam the manager there is amazing and was so helpful during a stressful situation! I got my car back quickly and even had an option to finance it! Also it came with a warranty! Tried to give a few more stars but wasn't successful. The service was second to noneThe office rep and service tech were very honest and professional and explained in great detail everything about my vehicle. Upon leaving I felt like I had a new car and with their very affordable prices I still had money in my pocket. I won't trust my car to anyone se in the future. Those guys rock

We were traveling from California when our transmission started to act up. Worried about the season and time we had, Lee, Ciara and the rest of the staff were very understanding and were able to assist us right away. They kept us abreast of the work being done and they they were able to fix it in a timely manner. Truck feels great . Thank you all for your hard work. We are back on the road!Service: Transmission

This is easily the best and most honest shop I have ever been too. Not only did they confirm that I did not need certain work I was told I needed by 2 other locations. One for my ac and one for my brakes. They literally saved me over $500. Thank you Ciera, you are amazing! Ask for her, she is the manager and an amazing person. Finaly have a little more faith in humanity. Nice not to get ripped off for once. I will be a lifetime customer! Services: Air conditioning, Battery

My car needed the transmission replaced and drivers side axle replaced. They had my car for 2 weeks, when I picked it up the axle was making the same noise. I bought it back 2 times and was told it was replace and Not to come back again. Took it to another shop and the axel was never replaced. Next call will be to my lawyer. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Very professional and prompt, no over charging or trying to fix things that aren t broken. I needed such an extensive brake repair, that i knew I needed from pushing it too long. From fear of dealerships and mechanics, being a woman. Ladies this is great repair shop and LGBT friendly legit, I found it through the reviews. After all the work I needed done, they also realized I needed an oil change and threw it in no charge. They will definitely be my mechanics from here on out, HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! HORRIBLE customer service. I was put on hold when i came in person so she could answer her cellphone then told to wait over the weekend. When I called on Monday and verified who I was I was put on hold by Ciera for over 20 minutes only to be told at she was"busy" and what could she help me with as if we didn't already discuss it many times. I will not be doing anymore business with them. The previous manager was more helpful when they fixed my 2008 Tahoe.Services: Transmission, Engine repair

IO had my transmission rebuilt at this location and am very satisfied with the quality of the repairs and the service. My car runs better than ever!I am very impressed with the interactions with Jesse and his technical people. They were transparent with the specifics of the repairs, along with explanations of what I was getting and how it would improve my car's performance.I would gladly use them and recommend people to them in the future.

I have a '98 F150, it's my work truck and my clutch went out. I needed it to be fixed quickly and the work was done immediately and I was able to go back to work. It feels as if I am just driving my truck out the lot. It's driving really smooth. It was 50% cheaper then what my research told me, but the professionalism was priceless. Thank you Jessie, front desk. And thank you to the mechanics. I recommend this shop to anybody!

I took my Camaro SS in to have the clutch checked. They couldn't find any issues and instead of finding something else that needed to be "fixed", Lee, the owner, told me nothing needed to be repaired. When I inquired about whether or not I needed to flush the transmission fluid, he could have said yes to atleast charge me for something, but he was honest and said that my car didn't need it. There was no charge for the diagnostic at all. I have literally NEVER left a mechanic's shop without being charged for something, whether my car needed it or not! Will definitely recommend this shop no doubt!!

It was my first time dealing with this establishment process for diagnosing my vehicle went over a 3-day process the first two days was pretty decent I must commend the office manager Ciara he is awesome person dedicated I'm very gorgeous however the job that was done to my car was pretty decent my only this appointment was on day three where I dropped the car off at 7 a.m. in the morning and was told to pick up at 4:30 p.m. upon arriving for picking up my car they're just started on my car and I ended up being there until the shop was closed and I was very disappointed in that level of commitment at the last minute here go this is the reason for the rating this tablet meant as received

What I can I say about great service? How about Exemplary service. These guys are so good at what they do I would never bring my vehicle anywhere else. Very organized and very accommodating. Brought my car in with blind estimates from everywhere else coming in over $2k, wanting to replace my entire transmission. From the first phone call they had a good idea that my issue was hardly transmission related at all. Brought it in and it was inspected and cared for thoroughly, only needed to spend 10% of what everyone else wanted to charge me! These guys are honest, which is the best trait to look for in mechanics in my experience.

I had a positive experience with AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care when my car broke down due to a transmission problem in last September. They gave me a reasonable estimate, accurate diagnostic, explained to me the problem in very detail, the parts involved, labor hours, etc and why the had to charge the dollar amount of that repair. I received a good customer service when I needed and also they gave me a ride to my home to arrange a rental car mean while they fixed my car. The day that they promised to have ready my car was true and ready. Since that day the car runs perfectly.

Manager tell me if I leave the car at the shop he won't know when my car going to be ready he tell me like this "I don't know when is going to be be ready maybe n"ext week who knows" very comfortable opinion from him lol
