Good evening Mr. Michael Mendez, as per your review I do apologize that you have seemed to have had a bad experience. But as you can tell from our reviews and ratings we aren t going anywhere. Your low star rating does nothing when followed with threats. We also strongly believe and will enforce the new rule of you not coming to our property. We will gladly call law enforcement and have the situation handled like adults. Thank you and have a nice day!

Disappointing store I have ever been the owner is very disrespectful. Me and my fianc� went to this location and my fianc� fell on a puddle of water that was in front of the store let him know and he asked was my fianc� okay. He said yes but then the owner proceeded to ask him how he fell and made smart comments that he was running and stupid. My fianc� got upset with him and responded back that he was not running and why are you being disrespectful. The owner followed him outside and began to provoke into a fight making threats that he would put him in a box and send him back to his mother. At that point my fianc� was very upset and the owner began to rush him in a manner I jumped in between both of them and thenhe said it again! No physical act had taken place. But my fianc� was arrested for disorderly conduct on premises because the owner was protecting himself in the state of Florida. Meanwhile my fianc� was never recieved medical attention. The owner has used his favoritism with the law but I believe justice will be served with the court for neglect at that store of the puddle of water at the end of the day!!

On Friday the 18th I was driving through Fellsmere and I needed some milk. It was about 10:15 PM and I was glad to see something open. I bought a half gallon of whole milk and brought it home (Vero Lake Estates) and put it in my fridge . This morning I made coffee and noticed the milk smelled sour. I thought the right thing to do is to bring it back. I talked to the man behind the counter ( there was a woman last night) Who told me he would exchange it. I told him I wanted a refund. I was not going back to my house right away. He refused. Then what really got me is he questioned me saying something like he doesn t know if I left it out last night. Even if I did leave it out, fresh milk does not go sour in 12 hours. I told him to keep the money and the milk. I ll never go there again.

Mr paul your milk was just fine once u bought you and i know that but thank you for the bad review knowing where its coming from i wasnt rude to until you pulled your bad attitude and cussed me out sorry am just as human as you are ..i help lots of customers in need a half ga of milk isnt gonna stop in my way.Dixie you forgot to mention you worked here and your accusation of prices doesnt surprise me coming from a dishonest employee we both know the reason your not there any more but again thank you hope one day you appreciate the ones that helped you instead of biting the hand that feeds you.And to the lady accusing me of trying to fight her boxer u know it was the other way around ms chicago so pull this on some one else cuz here in fellsmere we dont play honey ..we act but thanks for stopping by and i hope your boxer is doing better lolWe appreciate all our customers business but there is one thing we dont appreciate is playing a victim while you are not ...honesty is the key and thats how i run my show and it was proven to work we get our valued customers back.Again thank you all for shopping our store and our clean sunoco gas.
