I would 100% totally recommend these guys not only for your transmission needs but for any of your automotive needs. I needed a transmission rebuilt in a 1990 Chevy S-10 I am restoring and Chad did exactly what he said he would do and then another issue arose after I got it home that had nothing to do with the transmission and he and his mechanic came out to my house, which is about 25 minutes away, took the truck back to their shop found the problem fixed it and didn t charge me anything just thanked me for my business. I plan on using on anything I cannot do myself. Thanks again guys for going above and beyond and thank you Julie for being very nice and easy to talk to!

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Transmission Physicians. This was a very easy and seamless experience from the time they started all the to the end. They were very honest and professional and explained everything step by step what was going to happen and what to expect after the service was complete and was very reasonably priced for the work that was done and the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing transmission service.

Very good honest service. We were told by "another professional" we needed a transmission. The owner test drove it and turned out it was the wheel bearing ( much much cheaper than a transmission) he fit us in the day after Xmas & we were happily on our way a full week before the other 2 transmission places could even put it in for the diagnostics. Well worth the extra hours drive. Great job & thanks again. Will definitely be using them for any future repairs.

I recently changed my car s transmission in another mechanic and the transmission was having trouble shifting, gladly I was passing by TP and spoke with Julie, she was amazing best customer service ever, she spoke with mechanic he saw my car right away said what was going on. Because I did the transmission in another mechanic Julie advised me to go back there, explain all and ask them to make it right, she even called them to let them know what was happening and wrote a letter explaining all. Never had a better service than here. I wish I knew this place before. Totally recommend them for anyone that needs a good and trusting service.

They have worked on my trucks for close to ten years , not only do they do great work they stand behind it , we all know a transmission repair is not a over night repair but Chad and his crew have always got to me in a timely fashion and have kept me updated on the progress , some things you can't put a price on and transmission physician service is one of them , I highly recommend them for professional services and standing behind the work

Chad Logan owner is hands on owner/mechanic now s everything going on in his shop. Quality control. Has done several transmissions for my Street Rods, and rear end work on my commercial vehicles as well. Known him personally for many years.He does it right,or he ll make it right .. Spent 3 grand on my 97 ram 2500 turbo diesel manual having my transmission re done.... yet they didn't replace rear main seal while they had access to it bc "it's on the engine and we only work on transmissions". Well now 8 months later my clutch that I had replaced a year ago is shot because it got covered in oil.... they had my truck for 3 weeks when they worked on my transmission... I use it to make a living it's not like I can let it sit in a shop whenever I have a problem... what's wrong with people these days? You can't trust anyone to take care of you even after u spend 3 grand... I'll never recommend this place...Service: Transmission

These gents did a wonderful job fixing my 2011 Grand Caravan trans, Shifty flawlessly and everything is sealed tight. Chad took care of me in a timely fashion and so far the cost was worth fix. I had them rebuild my trans mission and they suggested doing the transfer case as well on my super high mileage 05 Chevy Avalanche. The work was done right and timely. I had one small issue after the rebuild and they were more then willing to help resolve it. There was great communication between the shop and myself. Based on my only experience with them I would reccomend them.

Excellent place to have work at a fair price.They overhauled a transmission in my 06 chevy 1/2 ton just before a trip to Boise pulling a 4000 lb trailer .It preformed perfectly.Plus a nationwide warranty.Thanks Chad and James

I was recommended this place and was very disappointed. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday to be diagnosed for lights being on. When dropping it off I asked if it would be diagnosed the same day as I had to go to work the next day. I was told yes. I then called around 3:30 to check and verify it would still be diagnosed before close, trying to plan ahead in case I needed to get a rental. At that phone call I was still told yes they were working on a diagnosis and it would be ready for pick up later. 5pm came around and not another phone call, rental car places also close at 5pm. I then had to scramble to make arrangements to get to work. The next morning I got a phone call saying my car was running high and needed a new transmission. Afterwards I went to the shop to pick up my car. I was told that it really needs a new transmission ASAP and that it would break down at any moment and the transmission was slipping (I had no issues with the transmission slipping). I then took my car to the dealership for a second opinion. Unfortunately that day the dealership could not diagnose my car because this place erased the codes. The dealership recommended I continued to drive it and bring it back when the lights came back on. They came back on a week later. I brought it back to the dealership and they ran more tests. Turns out my car had a circuit issue and did not need a new transmission as I was told by this place. I paid $170 at the dealership whereas this place wanted me to pay $3400 for the new transmission.

They've helped with my cars twice now and both times I've had good costumer care, fair pricing and above all very timely service. They cared for it like it was their own car. Will always go back when I can.

Bought a rebuilt transmission for a little over $1000 from Chad with a one year warranty. It was assembled with a broken kick down rod which enabled to transmission to leak. When I approached them about the problem, they said they couldn't find the correct part and that is why they did what they did. After 10 minutes on eBay, I found eight. Then I could never get them to call me back after they promised me numerous times they would. Needless to say I gave up on them fixing their mistake and took it to another shop. (I realize that their are two sided to every story and this is my side.) It was also is leaking at the rear seal.

I finally found a mechanic I can trust. Chad had done everything from a simple service to a total rebuild on my 2005 ram 3500 transmission. I pull a 16,000 lb. trailer and it shifts better now then it did when I bought the truck new. I have also sent 4 of my friends to Chad. Again he's done every thing from oil and filter service to dropping the transmission fir larger repairs. If you need transmission work don't go anywhere else.Todd Schnitz

Worked on my 2004 dodge ram 3500. Torque converter, transmission flush and filter. Done in a week and going on over a year no issues.

Dirty money greedy mechanics. If you ever fear of stereotypical mechanics this place has them!! They fix your car a then still have issue so you go down street to Tires Plus for them to tell you that the car was never fixed or look like it been touched and you still paid a lot money for work that WASNT EVEN DONE ! Lazy technicians.... I ll take my business to Tires Plus where the techs ACTUALLY GET THE JOB DONE!!!!

We had a transmission replaced by Transmission Physician on a 2001 Chevy S10 back in 2010. A recent accident had totaled the truck and the insurance company said if we could prove high end expenses put into the vehicle they would increase the payoff on the truck. We could not find our receipt and called Transmission Physician. Within minutes they found a copy of our receipt and faxed it over. Very good customer service!

Very knowledgeable, Billy changed my rear end great job, the bill was less then the estimate. Dropped off after lunch and picked up next morning. Great service.

I needed a transmission installed in my truck. I was quoted a fair price. They installed it and had it ready the following day after transmission was delivered! As promised.If you need transmission work done.Let the physician's fix your transmission!

Took my truck in after losing an overdrive servo. They were quick in getting it repaired, did a great job, and the price was very reasonable. I will certainly recommend them to others.
