After my gas class A motorhome suffered an electrical casualty Nichols RV was able to solve the problem where roadside mechanics we're unable to. This is now my go-to for all my RV service and repair needs, outstanding friendly service Great technicians add extremely competitive prices. I highly recommend for anyone needing any RV servicing needs.

WOW,WOW,WOW !! This place is GREAT, We had a blown shock and bottomed out all the way from Arizona they ordered the shocks squeezed us in and got it done. Ian also found that our air bags weren't working due to a blown fuse. This rig rides great now and we can leave right on time. Thank youIan, Jackie and David job well done !!

As an RV Inspector I was pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome by the staff at Nichols RV & Truck center. As an RV technician I browsed their wide selection of parts and witnessed excellent customer service. The lobby is so beautifully decorated for the Christmas season too!

I would like to thank the staff at Nichols RV for the outstanding customer service and support. They were very helpful. We had a Baseplate installed on our tow vehicle. The were very thorough when showing us exactly has to hook and unhook it to the RV. We have towed it about 400 miles and alls well. Rey helpful and very courteous.

Everything i asked to be done on my RV was done quickly and professionally. Ian, nechanic was awesome and very knowledgeable and caring about details. The office girls also knowledgeable and frienly.Dave is all about customer service and quality mechanical servive.

Our rv would not start. I think it was david walked 2 old women through diagnosis rather then a huge bill to just come out. It turned out after his working on phone 30 min to be the battery. We replaced battery w help from people in the park w just battery cost. We r so thankful for people like this businees

Highly recommend! Great experience from start to finish on my awning fabric replacement. Jackie was personable, well informed on parts and service pricing and called me when they completed the job on time. I was in RV sales for a number of years and know how valuable a reliable, honest and reasonably priced parts/service department is to an avid camper. I'll definitely be back!Service: Body & Trim

Great local place for RV maintenance and repair. They also sell RV equipment as well as RVs. Everyone at Nichols is very friendly; you feel like part of the family as soon as you walk in. Most of the people I ve had the opportunity to meet at Nichols are active RVers, so when it comes to anything about RV s, they really know their stuff!

My son s RV had a chewed up propane hose that was not available at a Camping World where he purchased it a few years ago. and Heartland, the manufacturer couldn t figure out a replacement part without seeing it and the only ones that were able to come up with any type of assistance was Ace Hardware, in Eustis but it was the wrong size and they directed me to Nichols who had it custom built and installed and the repairman came back to even show my son how to be sure that he Operated the propane distribution correctly They are fantastic people. They are educated and they are caring and they work quickly and do what they say. I have nothing but good strong things to say about Nichols and Jackie in the office is superior when it comes to follow up and taking care of customers.

We were beginning to pack up and plan our trip north with our travel trailer when we discovered the AC was not working. We took it to Nichols and explained our timeframe and Jackie got right on it. It was under warranty and they dealt with the AC company and always kept us updated on every step. I didn't think we'd make our dates but thanks to Jackie at Nichols, we got the TT back with the AC replaced and were on our was as scheduled. I highly recommend Nichols RV.

Can't thank Jackie enough for all the help she gave us. Jackie waited until 6:30 PM at Nichols RV & Truck repair for us to arrive at the shop. We waited for 5 hours before the tow company came. She was so kind and considerate. Our RV brake line was repaired promptly . Nichols RV & Truck repair ensured that our RV was road ready. Thank you so much for your prompt repairs, courteous staff and all your help! We will certainly use your shop again! We will gladly recommend your repair services.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change on a gasoline engine in my rv. When I arrived they quoted me a price of $239.68. What!!!!! For an oil change? That is Highway robbery. I left very disappointed. Taking advantage of older folks in RVs.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Caveat emptor!! I had this company service my Cougar 5th wheel RV. The service writer provided me a verbal parts estimate of $40 per wheel for replacement wheel bearings, the actual price charged exceeded the quote by 150%. Additionally, I directly observed the service technician working on my RV and while I'm sure he's a very nice guy, it looked to me that he spent as much time walking around, carrying tools from place to place, as he did actually working on the RV. I was charged 5 hours at $145 per hour for one axle wheel bearing repack and inspection, one axle wheel bearing replacement, and replacement of two complete spring shackles.At this point, I cannot comment on the quality of workmanship, it's only been a few days. Only time will tell.My recommendation is get a COMPLETE written estimate, including ALL labor, before you let them work on anything. Fast, helpful service. We were staying at a nearby RV park and in need of some engine service ( the check engine light had come on). They provided prompt repair. I found their service and service attitude to be excellent. I had tried to make arrangements a 2 other, larger shops. I believe the repair cost less from Nichols while the service was definitely superior.

I am very impressed with Nichols. They went out of their way to repair my RV before we were scheduled to leave for a camping trip. They are very professional and gave me regular updates on status. Jackie and David are great.

Very impressed! We had a heavy metal hinge break on our coach's basement door and pulled into Nichols RV & Truck Center for help. Their man welded the pieces back together, cleaned the hinge mechanism up and reattached our door in a short time so we could be back on our way. Their new lady answering the phone was very friendly and helpful, too. Thanks, guys!

Had terrible experience with this RV repair place. Sold me an RV water heater unit that didn't fit my RV and refused to take it back saying they don't take back electric items after I brought it back.My negative review was removed so I am posting it again because I think customers deserve to know this place is a scam and you have to be aware. Also it only has a good rating because they remove negative reviews.

Nichols RV is a fantastic place. They have the best staff. The service department was very helpful and very kind. They answered all my questions and explained everything in detail . Repair guy showed up 45 minutes late for appointment but was great once he got there. Told my husband to go to the shop to get our invoice. When he shows up the RUDE lady helping him said the service guy just got back and youll have to wait as I have another invoice to do before yours. No one else around. Tell Ms. RUDE PERSONALITY she just lost you any further business. Happy Friggin Holiday. Not how you treat customers

I have to pass this on........ I needed service on my motor home. I was really nervous about being in a strange place, Eustis Florida, and needing help.(awesome city) I was so blessed to have found the best place ever. They not only were able to fix my problems they were the nicest people ever. What a beautiful family. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like I was in not just good hands but the best hands. They went way above and beyond what I have ever experienced in any service oriented business. If you ever need anything done on your RV and or diesel vehicle and your passing through this is the place to have it done. I am so hoping I am always able to get any of my work done here. They are for sure the best at what they do. I'm passing this on because I have heard such nightmares about service situations. The name of the place is Nichols Diesel Engine Service 2900 Kurt st Eustis Florida 32726. What an awesome family that own and operate this place. I feel I gained a Florida family. They had experts work on my RV. Prices on all their parts and service excellent. I can't say enough positive things about my experience here. I feel Blessed to have met them and done business with them. Anyone in need this is the place to go. You will not regret it and unlike most RV repair businesses you won't feel like you have been raped when you leave you will feel confident you went to the right place.
