Ohmygosh! I have to start with a big thank you! From the minute I walked in until I picked up my truck, this business was professional and very friendly.They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations! I recommend them highly, and hopefully I meet them again only, not by accident. Again, thank you!

I haven t had work done yet, but the guys are very quick to help! I had a mishap where a tree branch destroyed my sunroof and they put crash tape on the glass for free to help me out til it gets replaced. Thinking of getting a paint touch up done soon. These guys do it all from towing to body repair and everything in between. Give em a try!

I would 110% recommend Bay Street paint and body to anyone and everyone I know, the lady at the front desk is so polite and welcoming. Zack was informative and quick to answer any questions or concerns I had.My car was fixed faster than expected and looks excellent. Very happy I went with this business. If I have any more paint and body problems I wouldn t go anywhere else but Bay Street paint and body!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I think that for being a family owned company, they would understand the meaning of people-over-profit, they are nothing but greedy goblins with a sense of entitlement. Law enforcement called on our vehicle for being parked on the side of the road. We called to get information on cost, Christine said, "give us the title," with no explanation. Any other options were met with "we can talk later" and other dismissive remarks (these conversations are likely held by company as well). When negotiating a speedy hand over of title, it would simply cover a portion of tow. The entire transaction was illogical. And we understand that she could be burnt out on customer support tasks, but swindling a woman's only vehicle (myself) was far lower than ever thought possible. People with less have shown more kindness, because real people know that respect is reciprocated. These types of companies/ the greed of the people that own them reinforce the problems society sees today . Seriously, if you can avoid this company, do so.

They have reasonable prices, also you can ask for a quote. Good references from other auto repair businesses in eustis florida. I give it 10 thumps up

I stopped in just for a car bumper issue and as I am an older female usually a target for car repairs but got great advice that it wasn't the problem I thought I had. Rare honesty instead of being taken advantage of. I will definitely go back for any other issues. Thank you Zack!

I have brought my Buick Regal and Tundra in for body work at Bay Street Paint and Body. Both times I was greeted with outstanding customer service and work on both my car and truck. 1 year ago I had a st farm claim to have my drivers side rear view mirror repaired due to someone hitting my parked car. Bay street paint and body did an excellent job repairing my car door and mirror... at that time I got the idea that if they could do that maybe they can repair my dinged up telescope ... I brought it in , he looked it over and sure enough he was able to get most of the dent out and gave me a way to shim it up.... so grateful for these folks!!! good work, great personalities!!!! Thankyou so very much!!! I recommend them to anyone.. God bless you both!!!

Very nice people, reasonable, reliable, they did great work on my Honda CR-V. They finished the job on time and cleaned my Honda, great job will recommend you to anyone who needs assistance with there auto.

Very good work, quality work everyone there goes above expectations to make your wrecked car like new again. This is not the first time I have used them, and will continue to use there services as needed, from the flatbed tow truck to the car being restored to like new condition. I took my car here after an accident and they were the best part of that terrible experience. They did great work on my vehicle and had even better customer service. They went above and beyond many times in the process and I really appreciated it. Damon and Christine took very good care of me and my F150. They did everything...dealt with the insurance company and their adjuster to get all the needed work done, made sure the rental vehicle was extended as the supplemental work orders were agreed to, even let me drop off the rental at their shop when I picked up the truck. And the truck?? I had to look twice to make sure it was mine! Beautiful! Thanks again Bay St. Paint and Body!

Estimate was accurate. Actual bill was even lower than estimate. Estimated completion date was accurate. Communication was excellent. Bay Street paint and body take great pride in what they do and their customer service was exceptional. Will recommend to anyone and will be back if I need paint and body work. Thanks to Damon and staff!

My husband was rear ended. We decided to take our car to Bay Street Paint & Body for repairs. They were so nice and incredibly helpful. Explained every step along the way. Very friendly when answering my questions. Our car was ready within the time they had quoted. Have gone other places in the past, I usually get the runaround and my car was never ready on time. I HIGHLY recommend their business and will not go any where else in the future. Thank you for wonderful service!!

Highly reccommended! I went in for headlight restoration. The price they quoted was more than fair but after seeing how badly in shape my headlights were, they repaired them at no charge because they knew I'd have to replace them soon. Also, I was given a quote for body repair that was very reasonable! I unfortunately was unable to get that repair due to budgeting, but will DEFINITELY be back when I have the money saved. Bay Street Paint & Body is honest, fair, and provide great costumer service/ satisfaction!

I seldom do reviews. But had to comment on Duane and the crew at bay street. Repainted my brand new pickup after a really bad encounter with a mailbox. Did. A. Perfect. Job. So much better service than those artificial places where u drive into a bay and an estimator looks at your car. Highly recommend.

I went to several body shops looking for help with a scratch on a rental truck that was due to be returned the next day. Everyone said they couldn't help me on such short notice. Then I went to Bay Street Paint and Body. Damon said he was backed up with work, but would see if he could fit me in. An hour later I drove away with a perfectly scratch free truck. When I tried to pay, they wouldn't let me. Great service, great people! I will never go anywhere else -

Less than impressed. We had our car repaired there and they did a horrible job, not only did they not even bother to line up the panels on the car but the paint they applied has already come off while the factory painted parts are still great. The mirror the installed on the drivers door has been defective since the day we picked the car up. When we asked about it they told us that they would fix it and never did. They also told us the work had a lifetime warranty however since we live out of state we couldn t get it fixed unless we came back to Florida to have it done and when I took a transfer back to Eustis, they gave me a few bad excuses to why they didn t have to fix it. If I had it to do over again I would and have gone elsewhere. They come across rude and do sub standard work. The car has since been fixed by a family member who owns a body shop and after working on the car he said that they shouldn t even be trusted with finger paint.

Both owners ( husband and wife) were so kind and helpful. They were easy to talk to and understand my situation re insurance. Although it took time to get my parts to arrive, it was a wonderful looking vehicle when I got it back. I Pray I won't need to be there again, but I know that's where I will go.

I have never had a better experience at a body shop! My bumper fix was super simple, and while all other places wanted to charge an astronomical amount, the owner took a look at it and in less than 5 minutes it was done. The owner of this shop has restored my faith in humanity, as going to the body shop is almost as painful as having teeth pulled for me. He took a crappy situation and turned it all around. Their work ethic is awesome, you can tell they just really want to help people out. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for auto work, huge or small jobs. The staff were all so nice and accommodating. So thank you, Bay Street Paint & Body, for totally making my entire week, you're the best!
