This is a very friendly tire repair shop, I highly recommend it!!!Thank you very much, Tires Plus staff... Here's what happened. This afternoon, I was Inflate the tire of my 4 runner and found that the tire valve of the right rear wheel seemed to be cracked. It would leak when I moved it left and right. This scared me. I searched for this tire repair shop with good reviews on Google Maps. I arrived here with a nervous mood. The shop was very clean. The Receptionist recorded my information in detail and gave me an acceptable price. I asked worriedly: Do you need to go outside to check the condition of the tire valve? He replied to me with an experienced look, no, you just need to wait 20 to 30 minutes, my repairman will fix it... Then, when my car was driven into the repair room for less than 3 minutes, the repairman and the receptionist came together to tell me that there was no problem with my tire valve, it was just loose, just tighten it again, no charge... I was so surprised, there was nothing wrong with my car, and they were so nice. If it was someone else's shop, they would charge me.This is a very friendly tire repair shop, I highly recommend it

The Englewood Florida store handled all of our automotive needs far beyond our expectations.From Mike, Desmond, Anthony, Eric, Kevin and Cody they are truly an Allstar team.Their expertise and customer service are the benchmark on how a facility should operate. We are happy that we discovered them by accident and they will continue handle all of automotive needs moving forward.

Right front tire blew out on the way to work through my donut on, drove there in 20 minutes. Minutes I was on my way. Scheduled an appointment for a few days later to get the other three as all we're in need of replacement. Been going to tires Plus for 20 plus years here in Englewood Florida. Love the same as cash 6-month card always comes in handy when emergencies arise. Thank you so much to all of the staff at tires. Plus. The service man even pulled my car right up to the door so I could walk out, jump in and get to work. Would never think of going anywhere else!

I didnt have a great experience here last year. I was pleasantly surprised this visit. They were very busy but still got my vehicle diagnosed and repaired well within the time they estimated. Englewood's population has grown exponentially. A little patience and grace goes a long way. Thanks!

UPDATE!!!!!!!! well it was a fluke, I returned to this location in Englewood Florida to have my wifes Jeep aligned ON 3/16/2024, Yes it got a 2.5" lift installed, it drove in straight, no pulling and not traction control light on and the steering wheel was straight. When it was Completed, "THEY" said it was ready, I asked about the play that was in the wheel and he said thats just the way Jeeps drive. Funny, Mine does not drive that way, Oh yeah, I lifted my jeep and had them do an alignment on it but it was completed by a different TECH....."CODY" it drives well. I took my wifes jeep and now the wheel in off center to the left, pulls to the right, Traction control light is on, I turn around ant take it back and "KEVIN" tells me they are going to make this easy and give my money back, "I WAS A TYPICAL JEEP OWNER" "YOU'LL NEVER BE HAPPY" I could be wrong but who is happy when they pay a service and the vehicle is worse when you leave than when you came in. Long story on the shorter side, refunded y my money, called corporate 4 times with the response "YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY A MEMBER OF MANAGMENT WITHIN 24-48 HRS. Well today is 3/11/2024 and not a word from managment, I do believe they are ok with employees pour customer service. Says a lot about this company, I am embarassed for TIRES PLUS. So I made an appointment with MAVIS TIRES literally 1/4 mile down the road on 3/9/2024 and they explained and took me out showed me what they were doing and how they were fixing and setting alignment. will never recommend or be seen inside another tires plus, I have also requested the many friends I have spoken with noit to stepp foot in this place and will from this point on be telling all my other friends and people I don't know to go somewhere othere than this place. They are hacks, except for CODY, seems to be the only one that know his job. This is my second occasion using this store in Englewood Florida. I have known it for some time since I have literally lived here my whole life. I have nothing but good thing to say about this store

Service was good though took a little long. The oil change price fair but I ve had to go elsewhere for new brakes on my cars because they are quite expensive in comparison

nobody seems to want to answer the phone at this location... and if it does get answered every once in a blue moon, it's a recording of all the services they offer... do yourself a favor: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE(one star because we can't "post" if it's left blank)

Honest and truly professional manager and mechanics. Fast service too. Brakes done and tires were replaced in under two hours.

I have always used the tiresplus in Port Charlotte or Sarasota for my tires and alignments. Always great service. But since moving to englewood after hurricane Ian, I have tried taking my vehicles to this location because it is closer. Each and every time I have called in the last year- it rings and no one ever picks up. I didn't think anything of it after the hurricane or even months after. But this is now. And still no answer. What the heck? I guess I'll keep going to the one in Port Charlotte. Shout out to my mechanic on San Casa they always answer the phone and are reliable.

Looked on line for a place to take car for oil change. Entered all info & booked appt. Site fed me a digital coupon for $29.99. I arrived & as soon as I presented coupon he immediately said (1.) Thats for regular oil-we don't have any. LOL. (2.) Your car requires synthetic only, it's all we got. LieOutLoud. (3.) Your oil change will be $126.99, after discount. "Can't stop laughing"I Walked out. Drove 2 blocks to Walmart Auto Center & got synthetic oil / filter for a fraction of their Rip-Off price. My car is a 12 cylinder high performance Lamborghini Just kidding...an old '07 VW Beetle.

Said they could look at my flat tire in about a week. Can't drive on a flat tire! I was ready to buy 4 new tires but guess I will go somewhere else. This guy was not helpful.

These guys dont even want to help anybody. Ive had mutliple cars serviced here. Never again. I have a tire leak. I brought it Saturday at 11 and told them i could wait, as im on job site mon thru fri. I was told to come back at three. I told him i dont mind waiting. He told me come back at 3 again. I come back at 3 and the guy laughs at me. Says the other guy is leaving at 3 instead of six and they could schedule me for Monday. Lazy dont even want to help people. Completely wasted my time when i told him i had to get it done on the weekend. What a disservice. Opposite of customer service.

I was able to drop my car off in the morning and pick it up in the evening for an unexpected flat. The representative I spoke with was kind of off-putting. Also when I came to pick up my car, the phone was ringing for like 20 minutes and no one was inside to help customers.One of the people in the shop seemed very frustrated with the guy who was supposed to be at the desk helping customers.

After having tire repair and rotation in February, I scheduled an appointment for oil change and rotation again for 4/26/23, 11 am. When I arrived I was told the schedule was overbooked, an employee or two didn t come to work and it would be all day if it could be done. So I said I ll do you a favor, take me off the schedule, I ll come back next week. We scheduled appointment for 5/4/23, 9:30 am. So I drove to their location again. When met at the counter I m told it would be a couple or a few hours despite having an appointment and they couldn t do the tire rotation as 35 tires were too heavy. They were aware of the tire size the entire time. Their employee Kevin told me I could take my business elsewhere. I called the corporate office and spoke with Atlanta who was helpful and now waiting for call back from Regional Manager.Service: Tires

I was given an email on how much my repairs were by pdf, and when i went to pay the price was about $170.00 more then the first email work order pdf and then another pdf work order, the laber went from around two hundred and sixty to over four hundred and i ended up paying almost $800.00 when the first one was little over $600.00, and as a female I'm always nervous to get something fixed for reasons like this!! And my car is still making the same noises, the reason i brought it in the first place.

booked appointment on line. Email said they would contact me if date and time is not available to reschedule. Heard nothing from them so went to appointment and was told that I was not on schedule and no one had checked online appointment. Could not help me today. I needed a tire repair. Wasted time and gas. Called Tuffy s in North Port and they got me in. Will be moving my tire business to Tuffy Tire .

I had a flat tire on Memorial Day. Called 1 local tire company, they said if I could leave the tire, they could get it repaired in 24 to 48 hours.Called Tires Plus and they told me to come on down and they would take a look at it.Desmond at the front desk was very helpful. After a few minutes, he had his Tech Brandon come and evaluate the tire for repair or replace. They had me on my way with an hour!Both Brandon and Desmond were honest and professional. I give them 5 Stars!
