Shopped around and Southern had the best price and trailer selection. Alec (salesman) was very helpful with our selection of a cargo trailer. Arrived when promised, very pleased. Just got back from a cross country trip and the trailer worked and tracked great. Southern has great customer service.

I drove from Tampa(1.75 hrs) to buy a trailer here. The service did not disappoint and the guys were beyond helpful. No strong arm tactics and a family atmosphere. Not too mention that they were the only Aluma dealership in Central Fl that had the model I wanted.If you need a trailer or service work, give them a shot!

Southern Trailer has a large selection of Trailers. They get new shipments several times a week as the trailers sell almost as fast as they get them in. They have financing available as well as rent to own. Very knowledgeable people on hand to assist you with whatever questions you have.

Bought an Aluma 18 Limited from Alec and Bill and was a great transaction. Got all my extras done super fast. Pricing was more than fair and the trailer I wanted was in stock, and they have a lot of stocked trailers ! Definitely a place I'll do business with again.

If I could rate it negative I would. I called the day before an hour before close to confirm the availability of a trailer and was told they had the trailer on the lot. I drove 4 hours the next morning and showed up at 8am when they opened to be told they sold the trailer a couple days before I even called. Complete waste of my day and the guy there had no care the time and money I wasted even when I did my due diligence the day before.

Bought a Dump Trailer here and these guys were great. Bill was honest and shot straight the whole way. Alec handled all my paperwork and everything was exactly as discussed.The pricing was great too.Really happy with my purchase and the process, I will be sending everyone I know down to these guys from here on out!

Southern trailer was fantastic to work with. As most people are experiencing it is very difficult to find a trailer right now of the exact model and specifications that you want. Often times you have to wait for months and months on end to get what you were looking for at other dealers. I have had multiple dealers tell me they don t know when they can get it and not even worth putting my name on a list or giving a deposit because they can t give or guarantee a timeline for a specific trailer. Luckily Southern Trailer had exactly what I needed. I text them that I was on my way (drove 3.5 hours one way to get the exact trailer I wanted), and when I showed up my trailer was parked out front, ready for me to back up to. A few quick signatures and I was out the door with another much needed tool for our growing business. Their financing was fast and easy. I ve never had financing move that quickly before, it took less than an hour to get approval. I highly recommend Southern Trailer, and I know we will be buying more trailers from them in the future.

Don't waste your time, tried getting a part for a trailer for over a month spoke to Bill, he advised if I need it quicker go somewhere else!!!!! spoke to aluma direct they have it in stock but you have to go through a dealer. I own 2 aluma trailers will never buy another one!!!!

Sent an employee down to Englewood to check out a trailer time we got there it was sold. We were told another would come in Saturday and we can pay deposit once arrived. Followed up today and the said trailer was pre sold and told it is our fault for not putting a deposit. How can we put a deposit down on something that isn t guaranteed to come in nor has a vin attached yet? Then arguing with me stating it s my problem. I know places are busy I own multiple companies but I would not treat my customers like this. Best of luck to them and hopefully they can get their customer service under control.
