After having my car for several weeks, I was informed that they could not do the work. When I asked why they didn t tell me that three weeks ago (the last time I called, and hadn t heard back), so I could find someone else, the owned asked if I was pissed . I said yes, he said find someone else, and hung up. Incredibly rude, no return calls. Poor way to run a business. I m glad that he hung up Service: Body & Trim

My 17 year old daughter broke down while coming home from the store. We immediately called for a tow truck and we re told it would be about 45 minutes. No problem, that s a reasonable time frame. It was a Sunday even a little before 8pm. I went to where she was broke down and waited and waited and waited. Fast forward to over a 3.5 hour wait, a neighbor graciously helped us. We spoke to the tow driver several times, each time we re told another 45 minutes. We got home just before midnight and the driver finally called to say he d be on his way!A 3-4 wait time is ridiculous, especially after being told multiple times it will be another 45 minutes. Unfortunately there s not another tow company open in the area on a Sunday evening.

Would not recommend this place anyone. They took my car for body work from Hurricane Ian and told me to drop my car off they were ready. They had not ordered the parts and my car sat for 2 months before I finally had enough and picked it up. They are rude, unprofessional and the work they did had to be redone with paint correction by another shop. Awful place!!! BEWARE

Great people who are a asset to our community.They are fair and trustworthy. My personal property was safe and my vehicle was safe. I was extremely Impressed with the help they gave me after bouts of hospitalizations I went threw. I will always have them in my speed dial if I need to be towed! I can't put into words how great thier company is! I strongly recommend them if you are in need of a tow! Thank you all at Richie's!

I had a work vehicle breakdown and needed a tow to a different town. When I reached out to Gulattoa's towing it was in the evening and the gentleman who answered assured me that they could perform the service and that he would leave information for the morning so they could take the vehicle where it needed to be. Morning came, no call so I reached out to the office after waiting all night and most of the next day. I was informed that they were not be performing the service for me with very little explanation. A gentleman named Gary was rude when I questioned why I was given poor information. I was nice in my inquiry but he hung up on me. I can understand if the driver was not well informed on the night shift but the lack of professionalism in handling my issue or even trying to help me find other alternatives was surprising.

Gary of Richies Auto Body helped get me my pickup back on the road after being struck from the rear. Fortunately, damage wasn't major and Gary & his shop were able to finish repairs within the time estimated, and at reasonable cost. Looks great, too! I hope I'll not need his services anytime soon but it's great to know that his reliable & reasonable services are available. Thanks Gary, well done!

These guys do amazing work! Great customer service, Gary even called me on the weekend because I had question. Best price in englewood and you can really trust them. I highly recommend this shop

My car died at my home without warning. I called for a tow and was assured that a truck was on the way. Deejay arrived moment's later and quickly determined my only problem was that my battery was a full year beyond dead and quickly advised I go straight to Walmart to replace the battery without turning the car off. One hour later, I was operating at 100%. Thank you Gulata towing....and DeeJay!

Took my 2004 Mustang to have the front bumper painted, new headlights installed, and a chin spoiler put on. When I saw my car I did not recognize it. The paint job was Exceptional and the installed lights and spoiler were perfect.This was done in 1 day! Gary who does the estimates and writes up the service orders is Superb. Easy to talk with, knowledgeable, accommodating and a 'straight-shooter' In a nutshell, someone you can trust.My wife could not believe how good the car looks. I'm still smiling. : )Yes..... Great experience. Very fair, transparent in their pricing and options to fix my car the right way. I would highly recommend, especially as a working mom they took the stress out of getting my car fixed and worked around my busy schedule.

I brought my car in he looked it over and gave me a price , made me wait 2 weeks to get my car in for the work then up'ed the price by 20% when i brought the car in for the work. He dident look at the car again just up'ed the price from the office this guy is full of crap just like most body guys, Im glad i dident leave the car there as after seeing his work it SUCKS and other people also told me he is the worst so in retrospect i guess i got lucky and by the way the owner's name is not even Richie there is NO Richie

Consumer Beware!!! One star is giving them a benefit.Runs in paint, chip marks just painted over, new chips in paint, unbuffed painted areas, Bondo/primer noticeable at all edges, removed fender well and never reattached it with the clips.All the rookie mistakes you wouldn't expect. This was their final product. I have the pictures to prove it. The staff is very rude and any comments are taken negatively and very rudely addressed.

I highly recommend Rich's Auto Body! The owners, Gary and Patty we're very friendly and accommodating. The estimate was extremely reasonable and the work was perfection. Thanks to you both for your help

Friendly and courteous people. Only went there because my car was taken there because of an accident. I had to wait for a ride and my car was totalled so i cant comment on the workmanship or level of skill. Would consider taking a car there if need be.

These people are good honest people. They really care about thier customers and will work with honest people. My car was totaled and my insurance wouldn't pay thier fees, but they worked with me through the entire process.

Let me tell you what.!!! Gullottas towing is the bomb. In hard times. Christmas time, moneys hard to keep. Work slows. Things happen and the Gullotta family will be there for you too. A number 1 in my book. First class business.

Got cut off by one of their tow truck drivers. He was very rude and had some road rage. Not good for a business with the logo on the truck.
