Rico was the nicest man in assistance with getting new brakes and rotors for my car, personable, knowledgeable and double checked everything to make sure it was what I needed. He's a keeper! Thank you Rico! Brakes are great.

Refused to honor warranty on a battery, stating it's the alternator. Thorough check by mechanics and it is the battery, but they still refused.

Great staff! Very helpful. They checked our battery and it was bad. So we purchased another one and they put it in for us in a matter of minutes. This will definitely be my auto shop place. Thank you guys for all your help

O'Reilly Auto Parts South McCall Road across the street from Englewood Collision Center. It's the only O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Englewood Florida. They have good sales and a low price guarantee

I recently had a problem with my trailer. The staff was very knowledgeable and helping me find the right adapters. Unfortunately it didn t work and we had to order it take me to return and refund I m hazel that s always a good thing

Great place to get all your car parts. There prices are very comparable to other auto part stores if not cheaper. If they don't have something you need and they can get it they will order for you. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The store itself is well stocked and very clean.

Steven is so personable and helpful, O'Reillys need to give him a raise. I can't thank him enough for guiding me (70 year old woman) in helping me do a minor repair on my car to save some money. He guided me fully and offered to give additional help if I had a problem. What more could a person ask for. Old school service, thanks O'Reilly.

They kill it there. New to town and have been sold wrong parts, more times than I can remember, from two other local chain parts stores. They are knowledgeable and curious. Didnt have all that was needed in stock, but got everything there in 2 hours.. Even gave me a courtesy call after not showing up later in the day.Update:Monday May 9th 2022.Oh yeah they still kill it I paid more tonight a hell of a lot more for some parts because of the customer service I get at this location absolutely worth it I know without a doubt I'm going to get exactly what I need when I need it and they will call me and follow up I didn't answer the phone the one time they called me back an hour later to make sure I knew my parts were in remembered me and it was important.The best customer service I've ever had at any auto parts store in the country

Awesome, you have a great crew of people running this location. Many other car parts stores basically right next door but I will always go to o'Reilly in Englewood first every time. The are always very nice ,caring and helpful and very personable. Didnt have a special motorcycle battery on hand but had one for me within two hours today. Thank you very much

We had a great experience! Our break light was out and the manager got us the light which was $8.50. He walked us out to the car and installed it for us. Took a total of 15 minutes. Which saved us from a $150 ticket! Thank you guys!

On my latest visit I was not very happy with the manager. He left to go home in the middle of assisting me without even telling me he was leaving and could use a little training on customer relations. The rest of the staff was and has been excellent with my problems and finished helping me.

I was changing my brake pads and rotors, they had what I needed in stock, and the staff was very helpful. The only reason it wasn't a 5 star is because they were a little too pushy on up selling me on "special rotor grease" or something that wasn't really necessary. Always call and make sure it's in stock before you make the drive!

My car battery died and after calling a few other places, I called O Reillys. Steven answered the phone and gave me info on 3 batteries, ( ratings & fees). I told him we got the car started but the engine light was still on, Steven assured me he would check to make sure battery was dead & if the engine light didn t shut off after he placed the battery (for no extra charge), he would see if he could find out why. He put me at ease and made me feel comfortable so I didn t call other stores, I went to O Reillys. Steven was true to his word. My battery was dead, he replaced it for me and the engine light went off. I was beyond satisfied with the service and will recommend highly.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I went in because I had a headlight out. One of the clerks supposedly looked up my car and what I needed. I work until after dark. So when I got off of work I tried to replace the headlight. NOT THE CORRECT SIZE. So, I went back to exchange the light, risking getting pulled over and recieving a ticket because if their mistake. Upon arrival, I asked to use the bathroom and was told that I wasn't allowed. Even though I was a paying customer. I left and went next door to AutoZoneand recieved exemplary service....and was allowed to use the PUBLIC restroom. Never again will I go to O'Reillys where they treat people like this. I also called to try to get the names of the employees that were working, and I was hung up on. So....Jacqueline and John....as I said when I was leaving after having to come back in just to get your names, I hope no one ever treats you the way you treated me.

Waiting for the location in north port to open... But the customer service in Venice that was shown to me as a woman I couldn't be more mad and upset than the last time I was in there... I have been in the automotive repair and or parts since 2001 and when I was in the Venice store and the old guy behind the counter looked thru me and asked to help the man behind me I was passed... I have never been so disrespected in a place of business like that before... I am used to she is just a girl and don't know cars but that just was not right... Women don't go there unless you want to be disrespected and thought to be stupid.

James and Charles, among others, have always gone out of their way to be helpful. They will make every effort to help me save money. And when I have questions about installations, they are right on. I don t go anywhere else for auto parts. Glad they are in our community.

Great store, made my order good.... didn't have my oil filter, another had one, but, some how it got confused, but, I'm good, left with a better one, for the price of the other cheaper one
