I live in a very small town, and although I like my small town it has very poor auto service areas, at least for me and my experiences. This could lead to a whole other story, so as far as emerys the staff were delightful ,the service was perfect, and I didn't have to bring it back for anything! They always called before they spent my money and never were scared to inform me of the changes if needed. I didn't mine paying the bill even though it wasn't cheap! I really felt like I got honest work and really appreciate what they did for me!Service : 2003 f350 with new long block installed(whole motor)

We were in town for my husband job and he hurt his back. We needed to get back home to Texas for him to have surgery. The check engine light came on a few days before our 2,200 mile trip back home. Everyone we talked to recommended Emory s. They were so helpful and were able to get us in and get our truck fixed and back to us in just two days, well within the time we needed to have it back. They stayed in contact to let us know what was happening and provided excellent customer service. They reached out to our insurance to see if they would cover it. I would highly recommend them!

By far the most professional shop around. I brought my 2024 vehicle in for some work. Not even the dealership knows much about the 2024. Emery was able to get the job done with a breeze. They didn t rush it, they checked it twice and made sure it was done right before it left the shop. The front desk along with their techs are super professional and pleasant to work with. Thank you for all that you do for me and the community.

I have used Emery for two vehicles so far with all kinds of different issues on both of the vehicles. They are awesome to work with. They went above and beyond on one of my vehicles that helped keep it on the road and me not having to buy a new vehicle. I ve NEVER had a problem with them and they are totally up front and honest about everything on your vehicle. Brought my truck in for a chirping noise and to get a smoke test done, soon after getting home I get a call from them saying there s nothing wrong with my truck. So I go back and the midget sized diesel tech started getting hot headed and upset because he didn t want to work on my truck (he told me to stop being disrespectful) the employees that witnessed his temper tantrum said he has been being a sweaty little cry baby all day long to the customers and the employees, they specifically told me to take a ride with the tech to listen to the noise, at first he refused, then he stormed through the door and said lets go im driving and proceeded to floor my truck down San Casa towards the police station and say nothings wrong with it. So I ended up wasting 2 days of work with no progress with the truck thanks alot guys! Why these guys are stamped all over town is a mystery don t waste your time and money go to a real mechanic that actually wants to work on your vehicle and fix the problem instead of pretending there isn t one.

Needed two new tires, an alignment, and I thought brakes as well. Spoke with Paul about pricing which mind you I called 5 different local shops and Emery Auto was the most affordable. Paul looked over the car and informed me I didn't need brakes at all. They were squeaky and hard to push down. He fixed it up and I didn't need to get new brakes. I really appreciated the honesty when he easily could've gotten the sale because I was sure I needed new brakes. Goes to show what I know lol. Leave it to the professionals. I have recently opened up a business in Florida to help out with the hurricane victims. While servicing my Duramax in Florida I accidentally broke my coolant line to the tank. I called All around every parts House and dealership service place and nobody had I needed. I contacted Emery and they had it in stock and could fix it immediately. I've checked it several times since and no problems. I highly recommend this mechanic and his team. The lady at the front desk was super nice.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I recently stopped by emery auto to have my jeep looked for damages after hitting an animal on the road. I had a 14 hour drive the next day and they were able to get me in right away for a checkup free of charge! I am shocked to see some poor reviews on here. Especially from those who haven't actually had work done. I wanted to share my experience. I couldn't even tell you how many years exactly we have used Emerys.... I would say roughly 10 years? Lost count. Rough estimate. Everyone is quick to remember to leave reviews when upset, we tend to forget when we are happy... so here is my late, long awaited review. Sorry it took so long Emerys. We have had a lot of work done here. We love Emerys! They are the only shop we take our vehicles and have for several years now. My vehicle in particular is older and has stopped working multiple times between the age of the vehicle and hurricane that came through it's not surprising. Things have gone out on the vehicle over the years. Most would probably just go buy a new car. Thanks to Emerys I still have a reliable running vehicle. They have always been honest and take the time to do the work right the first time. They are not scared to roll up their sleeves and thoroughly inspect your vehicle to figure out what the problem is. I feel safe driving my vehicle and do not have to worry about getting a new car payment. It is much cheaper at this point to just take it to Emerys. They have always been honest. Yes you have to pay for the diagnosis on your vehicle but they do the job right and it's worth every penny. You get what you pay for. They have integrity. They will not tell me my vehicle needs something if it doesn't. Which I have had happen at other shops before discovering Emerys. I cannot say enough good things about Emerys. They are fantastic. I have never had concerns following work being completed here. They have seen my kids grow up throughout the years of going in and know I need a safe reliable vehicle for them. They treat us like family. For those who have made comments about them being blunt "rude" I have never experienced anyone being rude... blunt, I suppose. I will take someone being blunt because I appreciate that. I want to know what is wrong with my vehicle and I don't want someone sugar coating or trying to upsell me something I don't need.... again you get what you pay for. If you want the job done right, want to drive away with confidence and are willing to pay for the work.... come here, you won't regret it.... worth every penny. If you are looking for free stuff.... I would say keep on driving... but it might be more like tell your tow truck driver to keep towing your vehicle to another shop. If you are upset about the diagnosis fee... just because you can't afford it doesnt mean it's too expensive or outrageous, it just means it's out of your price range or you aren't willing to pay for it. Pay for the job to be done right the first time. You will find honest work with employees who have integrity. Not many businesses like Emerys left. Support the good family owned companies. Thank you Emerys for always taking care of our vehicles. I had nonstop issues with my secondary cooling system in my powerstroke. After multiple trips to my dealer with the same problem, transmission overheating, I decided to bring it to Emery Auto & Diesel repair. They diagnosed the issue quickly and effectively. I took my car in for an air conditioning leak repair and told the front desk staff multiple times that I had just had the air unit recharged about three month ago and it all leaked out, I dropped off my car. 5 hours later they called and said it was ready for pick up and would cost $258.00. When I picked up my vehicle they told me that they charged the system and put dye in the system to detect a leak and that i would need to bring it back again for additional repairs, All they had to do was tell me up front that they could not repair the system without adding dye to it first instead of wasting my time and money. I will not be returning to this shop again. Buyer beware!

I would first like to say I have never been to this particular garage before. I have a Maint light req'd light that is lit on my dash. When I attempted to request to have it looked at, he interrupted me, saying "It just needs an oil change." I then informed him saying "I just had it changed". Now my car has other issues!,if he had taken the time to hear me out. Maybe he just selects who to service and who not to service. What a rude man. I will pray for him.

Frank did a great job getting our newly purchased 1993 Toyota RV running so we could trust it for long trips. Brie, the receptionist, was very helpful keeping us informed on how the work was going and the cost of our repairs. I would recommend Emery's for any of your automobile repair needs.

Brought my CR-V in for oil change and brakes. The front office crew is knowledgeable and friendly. Paul was great at calling to inform me of exactly what needed to be done and pricing. They fixed my diesel truck up. Even installed the fuel filter housing I had in a box in the passengers seat. Great crew, fast, and most importantly very knowledgeable.

Downright HORRIBLE experience with Emery auto. I own a medium-sized shuttle bus that is having some mechanical trouble. When looking for shops to go to, I came across this place and saw that they work on large motorhomes so I was hopeful they would be able to work on my vehicle. I called emery auto and explained what the problem was and asked if it was something they could fix. The guy on the phone went to confirm with the tech that this would be something they could do and he said YES. He even made sure to schedule me far enough out so they would have enough time to do it because he said it was a time intensive fix. I told them the size of the vehicle, the fact that its a bus, and what needed to be done. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, I get there and the first thing the man at the desk says to me is "We're not going to be able to do that" and then goes on about how they don't have the equipment to do such a thing on a vehicle this size. I explain that I explained everything over the phone (including the size of the vehicle) and the person who answered it confirmed with the tech and told me that they could fix it. To make matters worse, I have actually scheduled two appointments for the same problem and had to cancel the first one. So that was TWICE that I had called and explained everything and was told that they could fix it just for them to turn around and say that they cannot. I will never be reccomending this place to anyone.

Made an appointment at 8am for a diesel oil and filter service on a Mercedes Sprinter Motorhome conversion. Explained our needs throughly on the phone and drove 20 miles for the service only to be curtly told that they no longer work on motorhomes They were rude and inconsiderate considering this was a service for my 86 year old mother s rig I would go elsewhere.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My large RV needed air in the tires. Could not find a place that could or would accommodate my size. I rolled into Emery, asked if they could add air to my tires and they did. That simple. No cost.
