The assigned service representative Eduardo ( Edy), provided to us missleading information related the repair guaranty and we waisted more than 5 hours due miscommunication. Hi left for lunch by the time hi was supposed to let us know the car malfunction diagnostic solution. We had to wait until he came back , from lunch to decide if we would leave the car to be repair, at least for one more hour. After this we were told that the car would be ready in 2 more hours. We came back to the workshop before in less than 2 hours, we were waiting for Edy for more than 30 minutes, during this time nobody told us that he already left the office, we asked for him in the cashier and discovered that the car was ready for more tha one hour ago. We will never come back to this place.

The service is good, but I have seen in a couple of different occasions where they messed up on the car repair and then they don't take responsibility. If you have a better place go that other place otherwise is fine
