DeFiNeTlY I do not recommend Doral Lincoln Service. The first day that I purchased the Aviator, the service advisor was rude, then I requested to get another advisor and Brisaida was assigned. My first impression was these she was not happy doing that job since she barely talk to explain or even smile. As time passed my car was full of issues and I had to go back. Brisaida was not courteous at all, she never replied my emails, never updated on the status of my car, I was the one calling to find out and she gave attitude. Finally, I was trying to schedule a loaner and I emailed her, called and left a message and she never returned my call or message. I decided to go in person and as soon as she saw me, again her face! She forgets we are the clients, no clients, no job. I discovered Doral Lincoln. How funny, the way she manages that!!! I m wondering how a good manager can accept that, how funny.I decided to go to another Lincoln Dealership, I highly recommend, North Miami have professional and courteous staff.I will give a ZeRo star but, google doesn t offer the option

After Lincoln of North Miami destroyed my car with their (service/diagnostic) I took it to Doral Lincoln! Everything was taken care of by Abdiel, he called numerous times to give me updates, had a loaner brought to me, everything was perfect! Thank you!

I made an appointment to address a wind noise, an oil change and two recalls, I took my car on Thursday 12/15/2022 today is Saturday 17th and still not done , but what is worst and irritating is the poor customer service, I was told yesterday by Flor, the car will be ready in 1-1/2 hours and I will have a call back with an update, that was a response on "5 different times" and nobody ever bothered to call back, nor once, Flor the service representative, looks that she do not represent well, neither the dealer or the client. Today Saturday at 4 pm a technician took my call and courteously told me the hard truth, but truth indeed, the car will not be ready until someday next week, at least I can rent a car in the absence of mine in the meantime. Very dispointing

*UPDATE ON PREVIOUS ISSUE & REVIEWThe service manager, Cristofer Romero called me back today in response to my issue and apologized on behalf of his department for my bad experience. He was very helpful and corrected the problem by offering my next service appointment to be complimentary, as well as pick up my vehicle with their valet service to be washed and detailed. Thank you to Cristofer for meeting up to the Doral Lincoln promise in my case!.........................................................................To start off I scheduled my silver oil change service via my Lincoln app 1 week in advance with the valet drop off & pick up. This service includes up to 7 quarts, car wash, tire rotation etc.... My car was picked up at 8:45am & not returned back to me until 7:30pm that night and to top it off after keeping my car at dealer for 10 hours which caused me to lose work because I was scheduled for my return at 3:30pm, it wasn't even washed!! I called and left messages for Brisaida the service advisor as well as emailed her to not even get a response back! I left voicemail on Chris the service managers line as well as emailed the service director & dealer GM & it's been 2 days later & still I haven't received not 1 call back nor email reply. To top it off I used my Lincoln reward points to cover my $79.99 service that includes everything mentioned above and I was charged $145 for what reason? Brisaida the service advisor who hasn't bothered to return my call or email, used more of my points than needed to charge more for services as $79.99 for labor & the rest in parts! & return my car back in filthy condition as I didn't wash it myself over the weekend expecting the included wash service Lincoln provides to be done on Monday Jan 16th as scheduled! Seriously?Service: Oil change

I love Doral Lincoln for numerous reasons; they really go above and beyond to please clients. It's the little things that set them apart. For example, I noticed one of my tires was losing pressure and it turned out to be damaged. I have their tire protection plan, so I called late on Friday afternoon and Brisaida was able to help me! I did not have an appointment and they were busy, so she explained I would have to wait. I was fine with waiting given the circumstances and how busy they were. She offered me a complementary Lyft to a restaurant so that my son and I could eat something while the tire was being replaced. By the time we finished dinner and returned to the dealership, my tire was ready and my car had been washed. Keep up the excellent customer service! Brisaida, you are the best at what you do, and DL is lucky to have you (and so are we).Service: Tires

I've taken my car several times to this dealer and it's always a mission, they give me the run around and nothing gets fix. I have taken it multiple times for the same issue and they say they fixed it but they never did. they claim they don't know what it is. They just took my car again for another issue. I was given a loaner that was under someone else's name and super dirty and disgusting. I got my car back worse then when they took it. I needed a part on the dash replaced that I've waited for the part for several month and they finally received it and "fixed" it but it looks horrible and worse than before. It looks like they got this part out of a junk yard. I am very disappointed and will not recommend this dealer to anyone. Take this as a warning, do not use this dealer.

I must say I had a wonderful experience with Doral Lincoln. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle online and it was so smooth and easy. I love in Alabama and of course Doral Lincoln is in Miami Florida so I had to rely on what technology offers us now in video and pictures as well as what Frank was telling me. Frank was absolutely amazing and a joy to work with. He was very quick to respond to my messages and stayed on top of everything. He answered all of my questions and sent me a wonderful video of the vehicle. He assured me that everything was as it should be and secure. I must say this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing any vehicle and I have purchased many over the last 20 years in owing vehicles. Thank you to Frank and the finance department for a wonderful job and pleasant experience. I love my new Telluride!

I was contacted by someone from the dealer after looking for a quote to sell my cars. I spoke about how much I wanted for the car and I was told by Allison Flores that the prices would be fine but I had to take at least one of the cars to the dealer to be inspected. I went and this person only works online, has no authority to give prices and the dealer would not buy any of my cars unless I buy from them. I had to speak to somebody there at the time and explain everything again. I am extremely disappointed. No respect whatsoever for people's time. I hate when I am manipulated. Very unpleasant experience.

The service they provide is honestly horrible. I purchased a luxury car that supposedly came with luxury perks. I have the maintenance plan and it is worthless. Each time they take my car I honestly don t even trust they have actually serviced it because of how disorganized and unprofessional the service team is. My car has not been washed, no one vacuumed my trunk even though I specifically asked Abdiel my supposed advisor too and the tires are making a horrible noise so I am not sure they actually checked the tire pressure. No one has yet to get back to me about my front camera error and that was reported last service cycle and again this one. The first time they said they didn t have the part and now they didn t even bother to follow up. Which considering it is a life safety issue you would think they would. This is the 3rd chance I gave them but I have no choice but to give them a bad review. Honestly if you want to buy a car don t do it here!Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Unprofessional business that makes unrealistic promises only to make a sale. I ve been waiting for 3 days to receive my new car and they just keep pushing off the date stating the car hasn t arrived yet. First and last time I purchase a vehicle from Doral Lincoln. Best part of all the owner sends an email says after thanking you for your business. This truly demonstrates the lack of communication and self awareness of what s going on in your business and carelessness to customers service. Truly disappointing.

Terrible experience. So unprofessional and lack of attention here. I paid 600$ for three hours inspection and couldn't get my inspection report more than one week. Service advisor (called Bri) didn't return back to my calls to receive my inspection report. I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely unprofessional and seem to be running some type of scam. After they collected all of my information, with a signed bill of sale in hand, they told me that the car I had already paid to ship had been sold. They basically said "oh well" to my time and money lost in the situation and did not even offer to help me find a similar vehicle. They also continued to try to sell this same exact car that they claim to already be sold, to my mother. They still list the car as being available and when you call they will tell you it is still there and ask to set up a test drive. Not sure what's going on at this place.

As they have been, for many years, again today they were very attentive, courteous, pleasant, and expidited my oil change and Lincoln check up very rapidly. Washed my car and sent me on my way expressing me to be, and stay safe with a big smile

To be completely honest.. i would never recommend anyone to this place.. I purchased a car over a month ago. And my car didn't come with a manual nor an extra key in which i asked for over a month ago. Still no response.. during my process of buying the car.. i came in with a pre-approval and asked them not to run my credit for a lender... Guess What.. they did it anyway.. how am i supposed to trust you guys when you guys are sneaky. I REPEAT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

The bad review has nothing to do with the selling team or the financial team, which are both amazing. The bad review comes after picking the car that I wanted online only to learn that the car has a problem and it was not for sale. Ended up buying a car that costed two times the amount I was ready to pay, which has resulted in a ridiculous and obscenely high financing with unnecessary monthly payments. The worst part is that two weeks after purchasing a car, the original car that I wanted is still listed on their website as available.Those are the kind of practices that I do not understand in the car selling business!

When i leased a vehicle from there I had a great experience absolutely no issues and the transaction was smooth. However, I had a leaky rear taillight which looked like a fish bowl when it rained. I spoke with the service department , they advised they ordered the part . Well lets say I waited over 1 month and no one called me back..I spoke with Brisaida Almora . She said the part should be in in the next few days and she was 100% sure that she would call me as soon as it comes in. Another month passed again Almora said there was another issue...Well now its been 4 months and still no rear light lens. Brisaida Almora has not answered my calls nor has she reached out to me. She is very unprofessional and her poor ability to communicate to a customer, I will not be returning to that dealer for another vehicle. The worst service department person I've ever delt with .As long as she is there, I will not be doing business with the Doral lincoln dealer. I will take my business to other Lincoln dealers.Service: Body & Trim

It took over a week to fix my car when they said it would take two or three days. It was also very expensive. Although they do a nice job clean job and fixed the problem. They also wash the car before they return it.

I drove all the way there to find out after they called to confirm my appt with the car that it had been sent to an auction. 1 hour drive for nothing.The salesman was really nice and I appreciated his kindness but the overall experience was not the best at all.

I made an appointment to see a car there with "Roger." He stated that he verified that the car was there and I could view it, test drive it etc. I drove 80 miles one way for this "appointment" to find out that the car was NOT even there and the purchase price was actually $2000 more than the price listed online. The place is a joke. No accountability.Take your business somewhere else!.

Horrible. Those thieves sell lemons! My car which I bought 1 year ago now has electrical issues and they refuse to stand behind their piece of junk cars. I will never recommend them! First and last time I ever buy anything from them

I dropped off my vehicle with Brisaida Almora. She told me it would take a couple of hours for the diagnosis. Its been over a week and I still havent heard from her. In the mean time i am still on a rental paid for by my own pocket.

What a terrible experience with the girl at the front, I've always seen Antonio, even when he left, I used to see the tall guy in the back, this time I was assigned to the girl in the front office, and it was the worst ever! Doral is never seeing my money/business again! She's arrogant, disrespectful, I've never been talked down like that before in my life! A girl that works there (which I won't mention her name) even told me she gets away with all of that because she's "friendly" with the owner, disgusting!!Services: Battery, Oil change

You guys just lost my business as I am in the market for a new car. Keep thinking that your unprofessionalism is okay and watch how the Internet will react. Besides the rude and terrible customer service let me tell you all about how they have the Scientology channel playing as you wait in the lobby for your car to be serviced. This is disgusting and low.

They won't ever stop calling you. I've even asked directly to be taken off the list and they haven't.Do not ever inquire unless you want to be harassed for over a year.
