I don't typically write reviews but had to take a moment to tell others what great service I received at Advanced Auto Diagnostics. I worked with David, and I really appreciated that he communicated with me every step of the way. He also spoke English, which was an extra bonus for me since I don't speak Spanish. I know this isn't important to everyone but when you are discussing a car with someone and they can understand what you are saying when you don't really know what your talking about is critical.His team evaluated my car and he called me to walk through what was wrong and what he recommended.� There were a few things they could have done that weren't necessary and he was up front about that so I could decide if I wanted to spend the money. My car drives like new! Oh...and then they followed up with me to make sure everything was good! Bonus! I will be taking my car there for all of my future service needs!� Highly recommended!!

Advance Auto Diagnostics is the place to go. They always work on my bmw M850, they do a much better job than the actual bmw dealer. Thanks David and the rest of the team for the great support!

My RS7 experienced a coolant leak after going wipe open throttle . Called Advanced Auto Diagnostics to see if they have any open spot, Fernando recommended me a towing company which charged me very fairly.Brought the car to them on Friday afternoon, and got it back on Monday noon. Fernando was quick, straight forward and honest, instead of making things up and charging me extra money for unnecessary stuff like many other shops out there. It ended up being a simple coolant hose problem. Will recommend this shop to all my friends and family out there. Thank you Fernando.

Used to go there for two years. Spent a couple of grands on maintenance. They lost me when they charged 50 dollars to replace a headlight bulb without even telling me. It's literally a 2 min labor time at most.No longer going there

I ve taken all of my vehicles to Fernando and his team always takes great care of them. They keep me informed if they find potential issues and always offer multiple courses of action. There s never any pressure, just an honest shop that keeps me on the road. Fernando and the guys are very helpful and professional. They get the work done properly and efficiently. I drop off my car and my kids cars, and I get them back the next day or same day. I have 3 cars, soon-to-be 4, (Porsche, Mazda, Kia) and all are taken care of with great care. I appreciate them very much and they don't rob you with the prices. I love recommended them to others whom have also had favorable experiences. Take your car over there. I am 55 years old and not a fan of the online world but I felt compelled to put a review for these guys. I must thank David and the staff behind him for their honesty and integrity. They saved me around $3,000 in unnecessary repairs that were suggested by my dealer!!!I ran these guys through 2 honesty tests and they passed with flying colors.Good people still exist !!!!

Fernando was very professional, using only German oil and filters. Perfect time to work. Only 40 minutes. They also checked the entire vehicle function with their system, as a plus service. This place is phenomenal. We've been taking our cars there for a while now so I have always experienced their professionalism, care and attention to detail. This last visit they were able to diagnose and correct a parasitic drain my car was having that NO OTHER place or mechanic I had taken it to could. They did so for a reasonable price in a fraction of the time. This is a place I trust wholeheartedly, and I know they take care of their customers. I've been to many mechanics on my years and to be honest this shop is one of the best in South Florida. Fernando is a very professional and respectful man. I met him when asking different quotes from several shops and he gave me the cheapest and most honest quote of them all. I've been going back ever since. Its been like 5 years now and I go to him for any little problem or maintenance my car needs. I moved to Ft. Lauderdale and I still brought my car to him because once you find someone that cares about your car this much, it's really hard to go to someone else. He will tell you what you don't need and need and will never take advantage. All his mechanics and staff are knowledgeable and kind. He goes far and beyond to help you and all within a fair price and all honestly, cheapest. Definitely recommend!!!

Fernando and his staff always take care of me and all of my car troubles. Great service here at AAD. They always give me detailed and honest information about any repairs I might need or not need. I've been taking my cars to them for about 5 years now and will never go anywhere else. Fernando the mechanic is the best! I have had my vintage Porsche Boxster serviced by Fernando for years. He always gets it right. He is one of the few mechanics that have a genuine Porsche testing system which allows him to diagnose the problem quickly and remove the warning lights from the dashboard. I ve never had to wait for parts. If you own a luxury car and don t want to overpay at the dealership, this is the place!

Not only a reasonable price and the best quality, but also a well-mannered manager, Fernando, answered all of my questions eagerly . My car was making a strange noise and I happened to drive by so I called. Fernado told me to bring it in the next day and he would take a look at it. When I arrived David took care of me immediately. Within an hour Fernando was calling me to tell me what the issue was and how much the estimate would be. Everything seemed in line with what they were saying and by 5 o clock the same day I had my car 100% restored. Great service thank you so much.Service: Exhaust

Great service. Not only that but they went the extra step to facilitate that I get my car back when needed. They contacted the warranty directly, took care of the paperwork, repair the issue and I only had to show up and sign. Fernando and his team really took care of me. Have used their services many times and I trust them with servicing both my Mercedes and Maserati. Prices are considerbly lower than the dealers prices. This is a family run business with good people. Staff is very knowledgeable in all types of auto repairs. Owner takes pride in the work done they his business. Terrible communication with costumer. My car broke down, towed it to them even though they had already installed a part it was not original, but decided to trust them again. I received a diagnostic and fix quote that later changed to be something much simpler not included in the invoice. One week later, the car breaks down again with the exact same problem and we called for an explanation but the only thing the mechanic does is mansplain his way out of it. Ended up taking it to the dealer who said it is a very typical problem with Mercedes cars which surprisingly this place never even thought about after paying more than 1K. My 2nd Review for Advanced Auto Diagnostics after having my car s 2nd Annual Check-up and Maintenance. Read on Feb 15, 2022Fernando is a man of honesty and integrity who lives and works by a set of prioritized values in his life/work and a lives by a set of guiding principles who could easily be a role-model and mentor for any young man. As a business owner, he truly is a humble leader. His behaviors and the manner in which he interacts, clearly sets the example for how those who work for him "show up" when at work. And, no doubt, just by observing some of his employees interactions with him, he is admired and respected. I focus on the qualities of Fernando only because after talking with him, I can tell he is a man who can be trusted to realistically analyze the issues with your car, as he did mine yesterday, and advise and confer with you before proceeding with any work needed. I dropped my car off late yesterday morning and was very happy to see that he was able to have it ready within 6 hours (even after needing to get parts delivered) to get the job done. If you are looking for a trusted, reliable and valued auto repair business to take care of your auto, you can trust that with a business owner like Fernando, he'll have your car repaired and ready for pick-up in a very reasonable amount of time, and with fees that are reasonable and reflect the quality of work that comes out of his shop. Although I was happy to have my car in good shape again yesterday afternoon, I was more honored to have met and talked with the man who stands behind it all. I highly recommend Advanced Auto Diagnostics to anyone within 50 miles of where Fernando is located. It's worth the trip knowing you're your car or truck is in good hands with Fernando.Jan 2021I called Advanced Auto Diagnostics to have my Maserati Ghibli SQ4 serviced (annually). It was explained to me what would be done and I dropped the car the following day. As promised, I received a call shortly the following day from someone letting me know that my car had been inspected, along with a requested oil change, and what additional work was needed (new filters and front brake pads). Work was completed very quickly and my car was ready to pick up sooner than I had expected. I believe this to have been a very honest transaction, and am happy to have found an honest and reputable mechanic. (Pricing was a little steep for the work done).
