Great service and price! Made an appointment online for new tires, dropped off at my time, they called me two hours later to let me know my truck was ready. Very nice and professional service! Will be back!

Absolute terrible experience, had my car towed on a Friday with a flat tire, they ordered the tire, said it would be ready Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday I get the call that they received tire, went to put it on and broke the wheel lock key. They said it was not their problem, had to get it towed to Benz, payed $300 for new set, then towed back. And they put tire on 6 hours later, with residue all over tire. Josh was very condescending. He s the GM. Didn t offer anything for dropping $550 because their shop broke my part. Last time I ever go to Pep Boys. They are dishonest about prices also, never want to show you the bill. They just say this much is due how would you like to pay? I m like show me the bill dude. The previous time a month ago when I went in I had already paid for repair and when I went to get the key he tried to charge me again. This place is a joke. Also they hardly ever answer the phones

These guys are so kind and professional! I had some wheels balanced twice at another pep boys and they couldn t get it quite right, they sent me to the Destin pep boys for road force balancing, what a difference! Problem solved and they didn t charge me a dime. The staff at all the local pep boys in this area really seem to care about customer satisfaction which is very refreshing. I will happily take all my vehicles here whenever I need maintenance or repairs

I was treated with prompt kindness and courtesy the minute I walked in the door. I had an appointment for a tire leak possibly needing a new tire. My car was lifted and looked at exactly at my appointment time and I was in and out within an hour exactly as promised. It s rare to have this kind of service these days and I appreciate it so very much! Thank you PEP Boys! I m glad I bought my tires from you last year and bought hazard road service since there is so much construction going on and road expansion due to the population growth in our area!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this pep boys! Greg, thank you SO much for everything. Car trouble is never fun to have to deal with and you made the whole experience delightful. You were so kind throughout the entire experience and I felt you provided the most exceptional service that I have ever received from a car mechanic shop EVER. I was expecting to come in and spend hours waiting on my car (like I have a several other mechanics in the area) but I was in and out so quickly. This is so rare! I will definitely be a returning customer!!! I just can t say thank you enough.

Very good experience with Pep Boys. I ordered my new tires online via their website and was able to schedule the installation at the same time. When I arrived at the shop, they checked me in quickly, installed the tires quickly, and kept me informed via text messages along the way until my vehicle was ready. Very efficient and good work.

Extremely helpful and friendly. Went in for a tire rotation, then they made time for an oil change because of a request to look at/temporarily fix an issue with a splash plate that would have essentially blocked off the oil filter, so instead they made that time AND zip tied up the splash plate for a temporary fix so I could get going on my road trip

Do not go here. They charged me $1200 to fix a spark plug and a coil pack. Told me that they had to take off the bumper and got at it from the bottom of the engine. It happened again. I didn't have the money so I YouTube the fix. It took me 5 minutes, $74, and took out 2 screws and one clip. Robbery. I don't understand. Do you charge like that because you think people are stupid don't know what you are doing? You're payed by the hour Pep boys doesn't gaf about you. Straight robbery. Take the part times that by 3. $225. 1 hour work cost $20 times that by 3 $60. Really took 5 minutes. $285 fair deal. I'm coming back. Yet I will forever tell people to never go to this place.

Was stating a a a nearby campground and took a ST trailer tire off my RV too them. It has a slow leak. Repair was done with an inside patch to remedy an old plug repair that had an old leak. They replaced the valve stem too and refilled with Nitrogen for <$26. Great service and right across from Bass Pro, so no problem waiting! :-)

Had 4 tires replaced. I had made appointment so I was on the schedule. Office personnel Josh and Les were both polite and helpful. Service was completed in the time frame promised.This is a busy place...make an appointment.

I'm not sure where to start here. Wow. Les was unbelievably rude. He absolutely refused to get my vehicle in in a timely manner. He stated that he hated working with people who use online tire vendors that Pepboys approved of. After having an attitude, he then walked away and seemed to have forgotten what he was doing. Incredibly unprofessional. Who would ever want someone like that working for them? Judging by his reviews, it's clearly not the first time either.

Made my reservation online to replace headlight bulb. Staff was friendly and helpful. They gave me an estimate and finished the car in less than an hour. Very good service!

While in Destin we got a nail in one of our tires. They were able to fit us in to their busy schedule at the end of the day and get the tire fixed. The staff was very friendly and fitting me in at the end of the day made my evening. They saved us from having a completely flat tire in the morning.

Took a little longer than I wanted (alignment) but then again I scheduled my appointment in probably the busiest time of the day. Advisor was friendly and respectful.

After a long trip to Florida from Arkansas with constant vibration, I decided to purchase a new set of tires to resolve the issue. After the new tire install, my 2022 F-150 still had a shimmy in the front end at interstate speeds. I took the truck back and they went over the wheels again and determined that the previous owner of my truck had installed aftermarket spacers on the front wheels and they were out of true, causing high speed vibrations. Pep Boys re-balanced the tires, removed the spacers and had me perform a test drive. I returned to their store to inform them that this fixed the vibrations. They did not charge me for this service and wished me a safe trip back home. Great service.

Just a heads up. I booked an appointment online and walked into the office to be told you need to call since that really doesn t mean much. I was able to still leave my car and have the work done in a timely manner.

I've never had bad service with this location until recently. I came in with my mom to have a flat tire looked at and Les acted like it was a burden to even speak to us. He immediately told me it would be impossible for me to wait on the car and a minimum of 3 hours before we could be seen. I was going to ask if I could make an appointment but before I could finish my sentence hescolded me and told me no one makes appointments for flat repairs and this is the busiest store in the south east. Completely rude and unprofessional. I came in the next day and Greg was the exact opposite. Took care of us and back on the road in less than an hour.he was great but Les is absolutely horrible. He's your typical grumpy old man and a sad individual.

Great experience !! Greg and Rishon(sorry if spelled wrong) took excellent care of us today !! Greg went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our choice and purchase at pep boys !! Overall, a good experience. Just a little snafu losing my paperwork to start work on my car that resulted in 2-hour delay. Once paperwork was found, service was immediate and satisfactory. I would go back.

Woke up to a dead battery while on vacation. Had a tow service jump my car and they recommended I still get my battery checked out. Pep Boys was closest to me so I headed there. I wish I had gotten the nice guys name, but he said it would take about an hour to check my car out. Waited around 45 minutes and he told me no charge to check the battery. Great service! Would definitely use them again.

Will never be back. The elderly man on the front counter either has health issues or is just plain mean. I came in needing a tire. As soon as I walked up to the counter he says whatever you need it's gonna take several hours. There wasn't a soul in the shop and the techs were walking around the parking lot picking up trash. I told him my tire size and he goes to the back to look for it. I stand there for a solid 5 minutes before another young man from the back comes in and asks if I've been helped. I told him I was waiting for the other gentleman to find a tire. He goes to look for him and comes back to tell me the other guy took a break and is sitting in his van!!!!! Left me standing there for that long and no one else on the counter and this guy takes a break??? When he finally comes back he acts like he has no idea who I am??? I told him he had been helping me and he starts telling me that this is the busiest store in the area and I can't expect him to remember everyone!!!! I've never been treated so poorly in my life. This man acted like he was mad at me for setting foot in his shop!!

Dynamite service! I had a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon and they squeezed me in and replaced two of my tires. They were so kind and helpful, I would recommend them to anyone in need of help!

I m a local and brought my car here for an oil change on 7/16. Yesterday (9/30) I got a notification on my dash that I have low oil. Shouldn t happen when I ve only driven less than 3k miles. I took it to Grease Monkey in Navarre (AMAZING, by the way) and they discovered I had ZERO oil. The dip stick was completely DRY. Pep boys left everything loose after my oil change and my car has been leaking oil for MONTHS. Who knows what damage has been done to my car because of their carelessness. Avoid this place!!!

We were on a short vacation getaway to Destin, FL, when I noticed my front tires on our 2021 Genesis G70 had what looked like rubber peeling on the outer edges which understandably concerned me. We had to drive home nearly 400 miles and I didn't want to risk having a blowout. So I called the Pep Boys location in Destin on hwy 98 and spoke to Paul. I brought the car to him to look at and he immediately noticed places where the wires were exposed on the front tires (which had 30K miles) on them...original tires. So I asked can you get the tires to change them before we were scheduled to head home. He looked at local inventories and found the tires I needed. He quoted me, and I left the car with him overnight so we could continue on with our vacation. What I appreciate from Paul is not just his professionalism and service, but he explained to me something my own Genesis dealer had not...that those tires are only rated for 30K miles, so they had lived their life. The back story is that we recently changed the back two tires for the same reason, but according to our dealer the front tires had "half life" left in them...which now tells me they were no being honest and potentially threatened our safety had I not noticed the peeling when I did.So I am grateful and thankful that I called Pep Boys and ever so appreciative of Paul and his outstanding customer service with us. It will not be forgotten.Thank you from the Watsons

Came in on a Saturday to make an appointment for Sunday. Some older gentlemen told me there was no way I would be able to get seen until Monday. Mind you, we are on a family trip and need to head back by Monday.I checked online and saw that there were plenty of appointments available for Sunday morning. So I scheduled one and got my bad tire changed.Unlike the older gentleman, Paul was really helpful at the front desk and helped me with everything that I needed.
