Keeping in mind that many people are more inclined to post a negative review than a positive one, its understandable that there are a few poor reviews here. They do not paint a complete picture, so I want to give Dominick credit for the excellent experiences I have had with his shop.My father and I have been using this body shop for close to 20 years (it was called Performance Auto back then). Previously it was owned by Dominic Addeo, who now continues on as manager. The quality of the work has always been fantastic and "good as new", and my family's vehicles have always been completed when promised. On the rare occasion I have ever noticed a defect after a repair, Dominick has bent over backwards to make sure that I was satisfied. Even when I had no collision insurance, he was able to work with me get things done at a very reasonable cost. Dominick may not always be as polished in his interactions as a dealership might be, but he has an excellent crew and runs a tight ship. If your primary concern is getting your car back to new at a reasonable price, when promised, and with very little hassle, I strongly recommend using Direct Auto Body.

Just an awful experience! I don t even know where to begin. Upfront, they seem so friendly but beware. The lady on the phone is so rude... Every time my girlfriend would call for an update she was beyond rude to her. The owner (Dominique) is a total scammer. Rude and dishonest. On top of that, our car doesn t even look that good. Complete scam. Avoid for the best interest of you and you insurance company. Angry.

Very impressive. Damage requiring repair and painting on my Range Rover was done to perfection in less than a day at a very good price. They also fixed and re-attached a piece of metal which had fallen out from the bottom of the truck at no additional cost. Totally happy.Thank you.Janete

My experience with these guys was absolutely terrible. Complete scammers. They will try and beat you around the bush and when the jobs finished you won t be happy with results. I brought my car their for body work and ended up having to get the hood repainted again because it was a different color than the rest of the car. Save yourself a headache and money. DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS THEY WILL LIE AND SCAM YOU.

The owner (Dominique) is a total scammer. He lies about ordering new parts and also only cares for the money. I've contact many times to try to fix his mistakes .Rude and dishonest. On top of that, our car doesn t even look that good. Complete scam

Best body shop in Delray Beach! Direct Auto body fixed the body damage on my car with no money out of pocket! I didn't have to pay my deductible! The body work they did was so good, it looks like there was never any body damage. They handled everything for me, worked with the insurance company and even got me a rental car. It was a pleasure to deal with a company as professional as this. I highly recommend Direct Auto Body!

Sadly...great work, fair price, but everyone there, beginning with the owner, Dominic, was super rude...the owner being King Rude. When l told him he had come highly recommended, but had been nothing but rude to me in the last 2 days, he replied with a curt, " I'm sorry you feel that way." Wha wha what??? I'm an insurance agent...guess who I will be referring there??? No one, and neither will my cohorts, friends, nor certainly any of the customers who rely on me.

Fantastic work. By far the best price I got after talking to 6 shops, and they made my 2004 car look brand new from the showroom. Highly recommend!

Save your time and money, do not come here if you want a reliable, honest, get the job done kind of service. I spent a lot of time and money (more than 10k) to fix my car, but the end result was disappointing. More problem. They didn't take a good care of my car, they just patched it here and there, paint over sprayed WITH TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLOR and they don't want to take responsibility for it. They did not want to fix it...... lying about this and that.... etc....etc....they assumed that I don't know anything about cars, so they can lie for the sake of making profit and get away with it. TOTAL RIP OFF.....I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE AT ALL.

If this is the same owner as Performance auto collision that was in the same place dont go here. They will rip you off and cheat you.. They told me I had factory body parts a year later I found out they were aftermarket..They also had to repaint my hood 3 times to get it right,,then a year later I had to go back cause it faded, to get it repaint. The new manager (not owner) then told me the parts were aftermarket and that there was no clear coat applied. SO,I told him thats funny the previous manager said they were factory, he said well you would have to talk to the owner, if u meet the owner and he looks italian with a pony tail,, its the same guy, he is a ripoff. Also do not go to any shop Becks towing recomends

GREAT experience at this place. I went in for a estimate thinking it would be super expensive but I went and met with the own and he gave me an estimate that was easy on the pockets and he told me 3-5 days and it was done in 3 days and looked amazing. thank you guys for your amazing work!

Awesome work . Very Friendly . Fixed my side panel , bumper and back light . Very afforable . I will go back to them if I need more body work done but hopefully no more accidents lol . Dominik and the front ladies are awesome .

Poor service, poor work, poor experience. Had to bring my car back multiple times for them to get it right. They maximized my insurance claim and did a half assed job on the repairs. Would not recommend...

Woman bewear the owner Dominick misrepresents himself and I have the voicemail to prove it. He just wants your money... go threw your insurance company don't deal with him it's not worth the headache that he has created for me.

Very Unprofessional! STAY AWAY! Owner (Dominick) would not admit or apologize for painting my car the wrong color. No customer courtesy at all.
