Very happy with the service they balance the tires before and today I bring the truck over again to rotated the tires and do the aliamim on my 2020 ram 2500 The price is very competitive and they try to accommodate every body very good customer service

Amazing customer service. I was so impressed with the time and explanation the tech gave us on the phone prior to ever being a customer. They explained all the tire options for us and were so patient. Additionally they were able to get my tires in fast! The same day and took us in right away once they came in. Highly highly recommend for customer service and transparency

Not my first visit and will not be my last. They did a great job on my AC pressure switch, schrader valve and compressor gasket a few months back. This time, I brought the same vehicle (a lifted Jeep TJ) in for a routine tire rotation & balance for her 33 tires.Good guys - as always. Kevin and the owner are both straight shooters and honest dudes. Right price and a job well done. I frequently recommend this shop to my car buddies without worrying that I ll look like a buffoon. I know they re thorough, consistent, priced accurately and they stand behind their work. Don t let the fact that they re sometimes too busy to accommodate a random walk-in deter you from bringing your business here. There s a reason they re busy. Call, schedule, get it done right.I m a guy who works on his own vehicles when I can but these fellas have been spot-on for me when I m in a pinch and need the right mechanic with the right equipment and knowledge.Thanks again boys!Kevin ( 99 Jeep TJ)

Delray Tire and AutoHad some concerns about our car repairs. Called Kevin. Kevin is a true diplomat and handled our concerns with compassion and integrity.We spoke to owner Lee, who really worked towards happy resolution. He wants his customers happy and satisfied with their service. Lee is upright and honorable, something not expected in the automotive industry. Lee resolved our concerns, and we left with smiles on our face.With the integrity Lee and Kevin showed us, we ll go back and wouldn t want anyone else working on our car.

I spoke with a good friend who lives in Delray Beach reference to me needing a tire as I am on vacation from New York. He recommended Delray Tire & Auto. I also did some research online & with that I went there. Everybody there were awesome, especially the fact that I was a brand-new customer & only needed my tire looked at. The owner himself went into the garage with me to check on my damage tire & realized I needed a new tire (That part was not so fun). Overall, it was an awesome experience. I used to come here before it turned over to Delray Tire and Auto. Another winner. Great service and honest pricing. Lee, Kevin and Jeremy are all terrific and always on point with the customers. Amazing how they're working phones politely while making sure counter customers are attended. Frank is a brilliant mechanic and his staff rounds it out. There are nuances which are hard to explain but the fact is they care about the work and their customers. Thanks, guys.

I recently had my front brakes replaced at Delray Tire and Auto. The technician showed me the condition of the brakes and explained the process of replacing them in a very knowledgeable and professional manner. I highly recommend this business for your auto repair and tire needs.

I have been to this place many times and all of my dealings have been positive. Most recently, I was getting a second opinion on some recommended work by the dealer (I went in for safety recall), the most expensive involved a lot of oil leaking related to the "engine cover.". The service dept saw just a little oil residue and said to come back in a week and they would take another look. They did not charge me for their work. I trust them, the front staff is knowledgable and personable, and I find their prices reasonable. I will be back!

This is my favorite automotive center. I always have a wonderful experience when I go here. It's a very relaxing waiting room with plenty of space for me to do my work. All of the employees are super super helpful and the owner is amazing.

I hate writing reviews, but the owner and staff deserve the time. I have had my vehicles serviced at this location since early 2015 (formerly known as Xpertech). I was always satisfied with the service. They kept my 1994 Isuzu running way beyond its sell by date and helped me with the purchase of a 2020 Ford Transit Connect. Surprisingly, parts can be difficult to find (post Covid supply issues still abound), but the staff always come thru. Although, I gave kudos to the service at Xpertech, I believe that the new owner is setting a standard the in the long run will establish an awesome reputation for himself and staff.

I must say since moving here I have been disappointed by a couple local auto shops in the area. A friend shared her great experience with me with Delray Tire & Auto Firestone off Congress Ave . I was praying for some integrity & authenticity at this point. Well I finally found that here. They were very kind, clear and quick! They even brought me in the back to show me the issues with my truck also showed me pictures before working on it which I really appreciated seeing with my own eyes. They know times are tough for people right now and they worked with my budget. I couldn t be more grateful. Great Team of guys and thank you Lee. I will not be going anywhere else! It feels good to get your faith back in your auto care. Look no further people this is you place.

Wow! I'm so impressed with this shop. I had them put a new clutch in my Viper super car! All 725 HP. The communication was perfect. My Viper now runs like the day I purchased it. They went above and beyond my expectations at a reasonable price. Tom from Weapons Education.

This was my first visit and I was absolutely pleased with the service. First impression & great customer service makes a difference..They were extremely kind & patient especially with my extended warranty company. My car is now running very well and I plan on doing more car service in the future. Definitely they will get referrals from me!

Called tried to get a quote for some services, even with car info, they gave me ranges and I said can I get the full cost out the door.They hung up on me because I didn t want to be in their system, I said I want to know the price before you put me down in your system.Go somewhere else, they clearly don t care about their customers.

After getting on 95, I got a low tire warning. Stopped in here to be helped immediately by a gentleman at the counter. He checked my tires and airred them up as a courtesy. I will remember this business! Thanks again.

Brought a flat tire (had already put my donut on), they had it patched and replaced so quickly, topped off all my air for me. Great price, very friendly and excellent service!
