Apex Automotive installed an off-road bumper and fender flares on my 2020 Tacoma. As a mechanic myself, I have high standards for whenever I decide to let a shop work on my vehicles. They were incredibly friendly, honest, and professional. Rare traits for a South Florida shop. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality work outside of the dealership mad-house

I have been coming to Apex (started at the Wellington location and now at Delray) for 8 years now. They have successfully cared for all of my car s maintenance appointments (routine or emergency) and I have no complaints! They always up front about cost and more than accommodating to help you get what you need as quickly as they can. This is a looooong overdue review and goes out especially Marcos - thank you for going above and beyond!

I just moved to Boca Raton from Atlanta where I d lived for 62 years and when I needed work done on my 2012 dodge ram ( front end work ) I was a little worried because I knew nothing about Del Ray or where to take my truck because, let s face it. Finding a mechanic in a new place is a huge concern when it comes to price and trust.Apex blew my mind. They got me in on the same day I called them and they were unbelievable great.That s a huge relief to me not being from this area.I ll go back again and I won t be worried about being taken advantage of.I give them a solid 10 on every count.Dave Brown

We were visiting Florida with our vehicle, and the fuel pump went on us. We called Apex because they were right around the corner from where we were staying. They told us they would squeeze it in their schedule for us, and they had it done in less than 48 hours. They were also very friendly, and communicated with us the entire time on the status of the repair. I highly recommend them.

Best experience for auto service and repair! Brought my car to Apex in Delray Beach one day before a road trip to inspect and get it ready for a three day road trip, it s an old car and I was hesitant to even drive it. I needed an extra tire, which they ordered and installed same day, plus balancing all tires. Then I needed to have it fully inspected. Apex gave me a full report within an hour and without pushing, they recommended what I definitely need for a safe trip, which was one of the lower cost issues, after my request to fix only what is critical. They did just that! They are honest!!! My car made it! Smooth! They even told me, that I don t need an oil change, which I had asked for, though I just got one two months prior, I just wanted to be safe.Plus, once you enter, first thing you notice how clean it is! And Zack was very polite, professional and still very helpful and understanding. I recommend them 100+% for honest and caring service! And timely, too! Thank you so much Apex!

On a Friday, my low tire pressure warning light came on. One tire was a little low, so I called around to find someone who would take a look right away. I didn't want to take a chance of having a flat on the weekend. Apex said I could come right in. They did a full inspection of all four tires and reset the sensor, all within an hour for a very reasonable price.

Called yesterday and asked if I could get an oil change with my own oil and filter. Dude tried to charge $75 with my own supplies. Guy was pretty rude about it and then said they don t do oil changes with customers bringing their own supplies. Never heard of a shop not do an oil change. What s the difference anyway? Just charge the labor. Is the profit margins on shop oil and filter so high you can t do it with customer supplies? Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Takes only 15 minutes to drain oil and put new one in. I guess I ll go elsewhere.

I was traveling. When I went to get my car in a parking lot Yikes a flat. The donut tire was not going to make it to my destination. Called Apex, told them the situation and they said bring the car in. They were really busy but they fixed the flat while we ate lunch. Thanks for your great service. Just like old times!

Decided to use Apex automotive in Delray because of great yelp reviews. I have one close by in Boynton Beach and also know that they do a great job. This time around was for my stepdaughter s car Honda Civic simple job Valve cover gasket needed to be replaced. Was able to get an estimate and make an appointment over the phone. They sent Over an invoice by text in detail for approval. Drop the car off on a Tuesday morning and was able to pick up in afternoon with no problems. The car runs a lot more smoother now. Got a follow-up text a couple days later just to ask how everything was going. A+ in my book will use again and would recommend. Love the great customer service overall.

Apex Automotive in Delray is my go-to auto repair shop for all my auto needs and I strongly suggest it should become yours as well.

Great experience and highly recommend. My Jeep Grand Cherokee begin to shut down so I quickly took it to the Jeep dealership as it was very close. The dealership gave me a crazy high quote and I felt like I was getting screwed over by them so I took it to Apex for a second look. Marcos and Zach gave me the truth about my car and saved me thousands of dollars in un-needed repairs that the dealership was wanting to charge for, all while finding the true problem which the dealership did not. They were quick, professional, and someone you can count on.

I blew a tire on I95. Had my tires replaced but the shop I used couldn t do a realignment. I took my car to Apex. They were quick to get my car in and realigned. When I picked it up, they explained all the settings, where they were for watch wheel and what adjustments were made. Apex saved me a lot of money not having to use my dealer. I m going to take my car to Apex for all my mechanic needs going forward.

Apex took care of me in a highly stressful breakdown of my Porsche Cayenne. The car was to traded in for a new car in a week and it stopped running. Apex was very responsive and worked as diligently as they could to get me out the door quickly and economically. Would highly recommend them again!

I noticed my Right rear Rotor and breaks needed to be replaced so, I called Apex, spoke with Marco he got me right in and replaced the rotor,pads and fluids. The price was set and he even gave me a discount. I recommend Apex to anyone who needs a reliable car mechanic.

My trusty mechanic outsources to these ppl for anything wheel and alignment related. He advised that he made my appt 5 days in advanced and when it was taken to them at 830am on the day of the actual appt, Wednesday, I was told at 330pm the same day that my car would NOT be gotten to, NO explanations were given. I asked when I could come back, I was told Friday. Went back a second time Friday at 830am only to be called Saturday at 330pm to ask me where my wheel lock was at. I advised I didn t know. I then asked why I wasn t called earlier as they closed at 530pm and there was nothing I could do since my dealer too would close around the same time. I asked HOW this could be resolved, the rep had NO answers and then proceeded to talk AT me and tell me that it wasn t HIS fault the wheel lock wasn t in my car. The point is that I HAD a 2nd appt and my car was left until the end of the NEXT day to get worked on. I will NEVER use these ppl agin. I went to BMW of Delray and GLADLY paid the higher price with NO headaches and I had the car back in NO time w/ brand new wheel locks. You definitely get for WHAT you pay for.

One of my brother firefighters referred me to Apex Auto - Delray. This is the MOST HONEST & BEST Business when it comes to all of your car needs. Zach and Marcos provide the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to shop around and find a great mechanic to repair my 2007 Toyota Tundra with 200,000 + Miles. Thanks to Zach and Marcos she s still running strong!!Service: Transmission
