I will never return there again worst customer service ever. Apparently they have a red tent out in the parking lot with a sign facing the building away from the parking lot saying check in here. And then on the building that sells it says customer entrance here so I went over to the customer entrance because the sign on the check-in here was facing the opposite way not that I would know that I was supposed to go there to buy something anyway. And the guy told me I had to go back over to The Red Tent so I walked all over to The Red Tent I just said maybe you should have a sign here because the sign says customer entrance over by the building and he'd made he told me he's you need to go stand on the sidewalk so you can see the sign I said excuse me he says I'm telling you if you stand on the sidewalk you will see the sign I said well I don't come in from the sidewalk I drove in through the parking lot and parked and then he puts proceeded to turn the sign around and kept arguing with me about the sign I said well I just want to buy some tires he's well you need to go stand on the sidewalk to buy tires so I proceeded to get in my car and leave and go to another place to buy tires. Horrible service

WOW!! They have sure turned this Auto Care Center around, (for the good). I have to admit I did have some bad experiences at this store in the not so recent past. But today was incredible, purchased tires online and scheduled install online. The whole process was flawless! Checked in, actually started on work early. The install process was detailed and communicated through text messages. All associates were pleasant. Clinton was very kind, helpful, informative and professional. The cashier, Geampier was very friendly and professional.

I called Walmart to ask for their best price for a set of four tires for a 1991 Dodge Travel Van. I was told they had a set of Goodyear tires for $550 with extended warranty so that if anything happened to the tires, they would replace them with a new one. Mind you these are not top-of-the-line, considering how many miles they approximate on this particular model, but considering the price of other brands similar, you really couldn t beat it. They were very kind and on time with having them mounted and balanced. If you live in the city, sometimes it s less expensive to buy new tires every two years. And get the best deal on a namebrand.

Our world seems to have widespread apathy. I miss a time when we said hello and smile at each other. I grew up in a time where when I worked as a cashier customer service was utmostly important and emphasized. Then as a nurse much the same. I don't know they installed tires but didn't care that the air pressure was not right. I looked at the tires when it was time to pick up and I said hey those don't look very filled to the dude . The low tire pressure light was on. So I drove around the parking lot for 5 minutes but The light didn't go off. I went back to the service bay and said should we check these? he said oh the light will take about 9 mi to go off. Well I drove 32 mi and the low tire pressure warning lights stayed on . I got a tire pressure checker and noted the numbers I drove back a third time to ask them what the pressure should be as these numbers don't seem right.In the end they had to put air in the tires. I shouldn't have had to be unsafe because someone didn't care who was paid to install tires. I remember a time when service came with things like topping off your windshield washer fluid or installing a wiper blades. Those days are gone it seems that we do the minimum necessary. I'm going to look elsewhere for basic maintenance for my cars.

I needed two tires for my 2016 Tahoe. They arrived the next day and were installed within an hour of my arrival. Price was not bad for two Cooper tires. I will be going back for the next two tires soon.

I give 3 stars because they did have an open spot for my car to get done after I made an appointment but I only give 3 stars because they tried to over charge me out the a**. My quote was 421.74 WITH TAXES included so I paid for my tires the day before 332.28 so I gave my husband a $100 to pay the remaining 89.46, they tried to tell my husband it was 120 bucks more then tried to charge him 96 bucks after I had done told them and I WROTE IT DOWN for them an even sent him the photo of the quote. WalMart get better people that know math & know what someone wante when they tell them. I didn't want that extra bullcrap of roadhazard on each tire it only works for up to like 10,000 miles and if the tread is not enough they won't do it. If your roadhazard warranty was a lifetime then I wouldn't mind paying the extra fee per tire

I went for my free tire rotation and alignment; I bought my tires a year ago from Walmart. When I brought my car in I told them front driver side tire had low PSI of 26. I waited 2 hours and they told me my car was ready. I get in the car and now the front passenger tire has psi 26 so the front tires were switched but not rotated to the back. So I pulled up to the bay and asked them to check the air in all tires. Now a few days later I notice they did give me my wheel lock key back. The staff was friendly and courteous, but the service done was slow and sloppy. Another issue is that you can't make an appointment; it's first come first serve. The first time I stopped by I was told there would be a 4 hour wait, the second time there was a three hour wait. This was my third time stopping in and I waited 2 hours to not get the job done right and not get my wheel lock key back.Service: Tires

We had an appointment for an oil change, an hour past the appointment the car had not moved. They couldn't tell us when it would be ready.

Was quoted $109 dollars per tire. Technician confirmed the tires were available. Gave them my keys, waited approximately 3 hours, at which point I was informed that they had the wrong tire size (the vehicle was present for the quote), that the different tire they wanted to use was not in stock and cost $145. If watching four technicians circle a desk is your idea of a good time or if you have a scientific curiosity about how many lemmings it takes to screw a football, by all means shop here. I gladly paid the extra 20 dollars at tire kingdom next door and got an appointment and 20 minute service. Probably should have done that to start with and spared my bloodpressure.Service: Tires

Say they are open until 7pm on Sunday and it is 5:20 pm and they won't take anymore cars.There are only 2 cars in the shop you mean to tell me that is going to take 2 hours.

Ross and his team were very personable. The service did take a little longer than was quoted but there were quite a few other people in and out getting service as well so it is understandable. Just based on what is overheard in conversation, as all employees were coming in through the automotive center to get their temperature checked, there is definitely a breakdown in management in the rest of the store that has not bled into automotive. Everyone that I spoke to was knowledgeable and willing to help and far friendlier than the generic Walmart floor staff.

Went to Walmart 2 nights ago to repair a tire we bought from them. It was only 5pm and were turned away because there were 2 cars ahead of us and they closed at 7pm. Come back 2 days later, took over and hour(no other cars) to have 1 tire replaced since it wasn't repairable. Tire was only 8 months old with 11k miles of the 60k guaranteed for and didn't even get half off. The lady at the register isn't friendly toward customers at all.Service: Tires

I pulled up and there were 2 cars in the bays. One was an oil change and the other was tire service. I was told it would be 1.5hr wait.It s been 2 hours and they JUST NOW began working on my vehicle.I always bring my car to Walmart Auto Centers for oil changes, but I will never use Deland auto center again. They don t care. 5 techs just stood around chatting and joking.Service: Oil change

I called, and the tech said no appointments if you get less than 4 tires. I only needed 1 tire. Was told they are not busy and I could come down with a short wait. Arrives 5 minutes later and tech tells me he is the only one there. Someone called out and it would take 3 hours to get to my tire and that's IF he could before closing. WTH walmart? Billions of dollars and can't properly staff but to make me waste my time to drive down there... went to tire kingdom down the street, got a cheaper tire, AND an appointment. Stay away from this time wasting mess!

I got my tires here. Bought one every week and then at the end they put them on for me at a low price. Always have what you need in stock. Very affordable prices and mid level quality that can last long if used properly. Good customer service and clean shop. Good atmosphere and excellent energy. My go to when I need something quick easy and affordable. Definitely recommend!

Great prices on tires. You can get an appointment if you're buying 4 tires. They had our car ready in 45 minutes. I'm impressed!

They need more than one mechanic that works!!!! The wait time is crazy!! I had 2 vehicles in front of me...looked like oil changes.. I had to wait over 3 hours to get 2 tires put on.....the other mechanic just walked around doing nothing....every bay should have a working mechanic in it! Not just 1 bay...and one mechanic..but to add....the guy with the long beard..was mad at me because I did not know what size tires I needed....so he had to go look....came back in and told the new kid...see what I have to deal with!!!! Not a very great experience with me!!!! This is before coco got there!!!

Outstanding customer service. Walmart stands behind there warranty. Had a blow out yesterday and tire replaced free of charge. Boughtv2 more tires because I can always count on Walmart.Service: TiresService: Tires

After 2 hours of waiting, I was told "sorry sir, we can't get the lug nots off to fix the tire. Three of the five swollen by the heat. Too many lug nuts swollen so nothing they can do." I refused to believed that but closed my mouth without arguing and left.

Worst service ever dropped my car off at 10 am an when I went to pick it up at 530pm they still haven t chances my tires because the said my frame was to rusted. 1 my escort has a unibody 2 if my frame was so rusty why did another shop less then 2 weeks ago jack it up with they re loft an change my breaks. Sounds like lazy untrained an under qualified people working for them.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING EVER NOT EVEN A LOAF OF BREAD

Terrible customer service. Told me if I showed up before 6 that they could change out my battery. I showed up before 6 and told me they couldn t take it anymore. Took it the next day and said I had to make an appointment. I made an appointment and then they couldn t find record of an appointment they made! This place is the worst!

Purchase the complete set of tires for my pickup truck was over $700 come to find out I could have bought the same tires from Walmart and had them delivered to the Walmart I was at the next day for $200 less but no one there told me
