Great customer service. It's brand new a d thebprices aren't too bad. You pull in and sit in the vehicle and let them do all the work. They do a full check and even check your battery and tire pressure. Highly recommend for any oil changes. I will be back for my next one for sure Jacob was awesome and very professional.

Jacob P hands down has amazing customer service, knowledgeable, and is great when it comes to conversation with the customer. He made sure to recommend any and all fixes on my car, made sure my tire pressure was good, and even explained why it s better to come in store than use Groupons on European cars. As a mechanic myself that just had no time, id recommend coming back to the fellas here at valvoline !!

Really great experience here! Russell and Jacob P were very nice and honest. They were very personable through the whole experience, and even checked all my lights and tires for no extra charge. Best valvoline i ve been to! Thank you! :)

My oil change light just turned on as I was driving along IS Boulevard and I happened to spot this location. As soon as I pulled up, Jacob greeted me and Russell was my primary technician. Everyone was very professional and courteous. They were upfront about the recommendations and I never felt like I was being uncharged for services I did not need, unlike other places I have been. I will definitely return for my future servicing.

awesome service! very honest, polite, and thorough. I am very impressed and will be a returning customer for sure! Tyler is terrific and explained everything. He was super patient and kind with all my questions. They have a very knowledgable friendly staff....even my dog loves them! ;)

Decent. But they aren't quite exact on their maintenance of the vehicles. They said hyundai recommends trans fluid change every 60k miles. False it's every 90 to 100k miles. So they are good for oil change but do you're homework on your other fluid service intervals. I do most of my service myself minus oil changes and trans fluid changes. But I believe honesty is best policy and this they need to work on. Other then that the staff was friendly. But wait time was way to long. Had they been better on speed and more honest on the other things I'd give 5 . Other then that great job

The team at this location is awesome! They changed my oil (duh!) and changed my headlights. The manufacturer of my car says the bumper needs to be removed to change headlights. These guys did it without that headache (and cost)! Saved me $100!

Brian the manager and his team did an excellent job on changing the oil in my Chevrolet. Great customer service and attention to detail! Will return next time the oil change is due !

I went the second day that they were opened, which was on today 27 December. They only opened on 26 December yet. You would never know because everybody was professional and knew what they were talking about. I don t know a lot about cars but everything was explained to me clearly and carefully, and they were extremely patient with all of my questions. There is no doubt that this is the only place I m going to go again to get my oil changed. The manager was also very nice because he came by to check on me and make sure that everything was going smoothly with my visit. I highly recommend this location specifically.

The place is great! The employees are friendly, the place is clean, and the service is fast. Regular price is a bit high so try to find a coupon before going.

Pulled in there Friday,20 employees standing and sitting around, I was approached by what I assumed he was the greeter, automatically tells me since I was driving a new Japanese car, the manufacturer says, I need a premium package, said ok, started driving in and I asked the cost, $119....I left...now i know why it was empty...and btw...i drive an American made Chevrolet..I won't go back..smh

We would recommend this new spot ! Drove right in and was done within 15 mins and they even replaced brake lights I didn t know we re out. Very friendly as well!
