Had a very positive experience with Robert Dean. He was knowledgeable, NOT PUSHY whatsoever, and down to earth. I never felt pressured to buy anything! Really enjoying my minivan thanks again buddy! Also wanted to recommend Eddie who helps you handle all the paperwork at the end. He made the process smooth, quick, and easy.

It was a good experience. Now our experience with our sales representative was excellent. I would strongly suggest to go to Robert Dean to help through the entire process. If I had a way to give him directly the five stars I would. He totally deserves it. He was straight forward, patient and welcoming. I had my two young kids with me. He was patient and took his time to teach my wife all the ins and outs of our new purchase. It was a blessing to know he owned an exact model vehicle. Robert owning and sharing his personal experience was very appreciative. That made us feel much more confident in our purchase.Thank you Robert. Top notch.

Talking to all the staff amazing! And they took their time explained everything every well for a car buyer. Also they worked with me very well. I been shopping around for weeks and they have better prices then local or 3 to 4 hours away dealers, all the other dealers would maybe only drop a price very small amount and if I asked for a better price they all let me walk. Well not at RC Hill they worked with me. So if your looking for a Mitsubishi skip the local guys or others that are maybe a hour or 2 way. Also a lot of the dealerships did not want to deliver if its a hour away. These Guys have a great team and they do home delivery! Thanks Robert for all the help! Again I can't say it enough Great EXPERIENCE And yes they will delivery all over FL! Don't let other dealerships be like oh your a hour or hour+ away stop you from buying from these guys we will do whatever it takes best they can you have a good experience and make sure your car gets to you safely!

I continue going back to service my car at RC Hill because of Omar! He's an amazing service adviser who always has a smile on his face, is patient, honest, and always takes great care of his customers. The last time I was in, I forgot to ask to have my car washed after service but sure enough, it was washed when I picked it up because he knows his clients! Thank Omar and his team for making spending money on your car, not such a bad experience! :)

(july 5th 2023)haven t even bought the car yet, i hope it all works out, regardless i ve had a great experience with my salesman Robert. very helpful and definitely makes my family want to make further purchases here in the future (JULY 6th 2023)EDIT; ended up doing the trade in and purchasing my mustang! thank you to Eddie and Junior for making it happen and being very very helpful through it all. i was not only offered a snack but a water during this heat! it s the little things! Eddie was also able to offer me a bunch of awesome warranty s to maintain my vehicles life !! very nice owner, good sales, communication was amazing beautiful, reliable selection of choices.highly recommendedjust wanted to put how extremely helpful and knowledgeable this dealership is with there service for my mustang!!! i want to give a recommendation to Gio my service advisor. he is an awesome guy always making sure everyone s satisfied! he s made sure i m comfortable and safe in my dream car. im HUGE on maintaining my vehicles maintenance and insuring the car is in perfect clean condition. every-time i come to the dealer i am taken care of in less than an hour, receive coffee and water, and a car wash. this dealership again never fails to impress me. thank you my guy GIO, Junior,Robert, Eddie, for taking care of me. i will be doing more business with this dealership, and will continue to praise RC hill. thank you guys truly!<3 happy holidays

My fiance and I had an amazing experience purchasing our vehicle at RC Hill Mitsubishi! Ben was our salesman and he was not only extremely informative and professional, but he made sure we were able to leave with a vehicle that day that not only fit our every need but also wouldn t break the bank. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership was very kind and professional creating a welcoming environment. I have bought now 3 cars from this dealership. Matthew helped with the last two. As a woman, we always get the woman card thrown at us and men trying to mansplain everything. Like the sleazy salesman, but this place is not like that at all. They not only care, but help you get the best price. Tim always says hey let s get you into car that s safe for you and your daughter. And that means a lot. They always take care of me and never pressure me into anything. I would recommend this place to anyone

I had a great experience buying my 2022 Kia K5 from RC Hill. I found the car I wanted online and emailed to see if it was still available. Jason from RC Hill responded back within 2 minutes to confirm and we set an appointment the next morning for a test drive. Jason has the car upfront and ready and there was no high pressure on me to buy. I left with the car later that morning!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. From the minute we entered the lot to the minute we left everything was perfect. Our Salesman Anthony was not pushy whatsoever. They gave me top dollar for my trade. The financial part was very easy. The whole situation went very quick. Very happy with my brand new car!

We purchased a new car here around the end of last year, Jacob from RC hill is da man! Super helpful, and dedicated to making sure we got the best treatment and deal. Everyone there was awesome and helpful but Jacob is a shining star. He even reached out a few times after our purchase to make sure everything was going great. We love our new car and we have Jacob to thank for that. I can t say enough AMAZING things about the team at RC Hill! Robert, Matt and Jacob were TOP NOTCH! They did everything they said they would and more! Responded immediately to my AutoTrader text, scheduled an in person appointment, stayed in contact with me and provided all details! We met in person and Robert and Jacob greeted us immediately! Test drive and put deposit within 30 minutes! Car was INSANE perfect! Better than advertised!!! Well below KBB, Top dollar was given for our trade! Matt closed the deal in record time! BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! No pressure, no smoke and mirrors . THE WAY IT SHOULD BE! Easy, honest and quick! Thanks for providing World Class Service guys! CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE!!!

Wonderful experience! From the moment we stepped foot on the lot, Keven was extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. The entire staff was friendly and made both myself and my mom feel valued. It wasn't the typical pushy, have 3 different sales personnel come talk to you, to show you numbers which you could read for yourself. It was a fun, light-hearted process. I would highly recommend choosing RC Hill Mitsubishi-DeLand for your next vehicle purchase, as you will be glad you did!Keven - It was such a pleasure meeting you, as thank you for everything! i cannot recommend rc hill deland enough. matt was the person who sold me my 2020 toyota corolla, he was extremely informative and didn t make me feel pressured at all. the service department is also awesome, they let us use a 2024 outlander while working on my vehicle. i can t say enough good things about their dealership and the people who work there.

Very happy with my experience at RC Hill. They gave me more for my trade in than any other dealership! Keven in the sales department was knowledgeable and helpful. Eddie in the Finance Office was excellent with years of experience and offer many options. I absolutely love my new 2024 Outlander . As a Realtor, I serve my clients with great customer and put people before business. It s obvious that the staff at RC Hill strives for the same and it shows from the top down. I had the pleasure of working with Keven and Eddie. To say the process was fast and easy was an understatement. Hands down the best car buying experience we've ever had. Every single person we came in contact with was genuinely friendly and loved their job. There was zero pressure to commit and they were able to help us afford the perfect vehicle. The entire process was actually very quick (especially related to previous experiences) and we can't say enough great things about this dealership and their employees.
