The service department went way over and beyond to help me find a part for my Tundra. I can t thank them enough. The entire service team, from the parts desk to my service advisor, are top notch. I ve had all my vehicles serviced at Parks for over 11-years because of this great team and will continue to do so. Thank you Parks service department!

Salesperson Delana was very informative and easy to work with. It cost $713.00 for oil change, transmission fluids changed, and tire sensor installed today. Next $924.45 for lower ball joints, alignment and $571.58 for brakes, rotors and shims. I'm a senior citizen. Do I eat or get my car fixed?

The staff were really friendly and on the ball. They had a vehicle picked out for me based on my wants and we're right on the money. Courtney, Kenneth were great and the business manager explained everything. If your looking for a great dealership,this is it.

From start to finish, my visit with Parks Toyota was great. My service consultant Gina was very communicative, thorough, friendly, and very professional. I would highly recommend Parks Toyota for your service needs.

Purchased truck from them with around 48k miles. Took it in for 50k mile service to be performed. Bree was so helpful. Few days later when I was checking truck I noticed oil on top of the engine. Took it in and was told it was high pressure pump gasket leaking. Took them two weeks to get it fixed. Got truck back and ran it for few days and it was still leaking oil. Took it back again and was told it was valve cover gasket. They fixed it and seems not to be leaking any longer. I was told that all this was not covered under Toyota warranty so went thru extended warranty claim. I believe this all happened because they must have overfilled engine oil or didn t drain all old oil causing the gaskets to fail.

Worst dealership I've ever bought a vehicle from. They gave me a 60,000 warrenty and my first service would've been free, which was awesome for a used vehicle. My problem is I called 5 times and was told by my sales person they would have someone call me asap. I never received a call despite trying 5 times to schedule service, I never got an appointment. Now I'm passed my warranty! This is what's wrong with America right here!! Legal robbery. Keep they're pockets stretched and ours empty buying new cars every year.

Great Toyota Dealer. Parts Department is great, Steven has helped me for 20 years that I can remember. Very polite and understanding. He can get just about any parts. A+++++

I ve taken my Toyota to this dealership for a little over a year now. I drive 30 minutes away to this dealership because of their consist outstanding service. I moved to Volusia County 2 years ago and after having a bad experience at Daytona Toyota, I decided to start taking my car to Parks Toyota of Deland after reading all of the reviews. Levi always does an amazing job with explaining the service appointment breakdown, and any additional maintenance needed. He goes above and beyond with making his customers feel valued to ensure their cars will always be treated with care at their shop. I ve never felt rushed being the last appointment of the day. Finally a dealership service department that treats their customers right.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I normally go to the Toyota dealer in Sanford but today I decided to go to the Deland location. Everyone was so professional, friendly and went above and beyond for me and my little one. Josh our service agent even installed our car seat into the shuttle so we can go out for lunch. I m so happy I went here. Thank you guys!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Shady Business Practices: Scheduled a 50k service through their online portal, was given a 69.95 option. Chose that option, came with a vehicle inspection. Proceed to my appointment, wait 15 minutes to get checked in. Then I receive papers to sign with no prices. I ask if this was the 69.95 service and was given a vague answer. I waited for my truck, and a tire rotation was thrown in there. I get free rotations where I bought my tires. So I hope the 24.99 was worth my business. Very Very Shady, stay away.Service: Oil change

John DeFalco is the best service manager by far! He took care of my parents as they continued to buy Toyota Avalons and now he's taking care of me. Parks Toyota hums like a factory and John is a prize employee there. Thank you!

Worst service ever over 3 hour wait on a oil change adviser didn't care or try to make my wait better manager apologized but didn't come to a resolution also the water in the fridge was warm and no longer have snacks very disappointing previous service was good but this one was really bad.

Dude at the parts counter went out of his way to find the parts and info I needed. Too bad there's zero military discount. The part was expensive.

Staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable when it comes to service. Hope that someday they would give hospital employees discounts on services.Update!They now give hospital employees discount. I would love to work here. Reason being is they way they treat customers.

Took my Tacoma in to have part on bed cover replaced. I have 10 year bumper to bumper warranty.Mike Basile the service advisor told me they can t fix it, it s not a Toyota part, they don t make them anymore and replacement is $594.44. I thought it was kind of strange since it says Tacoma right on the bed liner so I took it to Orlando Toyota. They said it is a Toyota part and I was out the door in 20 minutes. No charge.I asked one of the service guys why didn t Deland do that? He said Probably just lazy So there you have it.

AVOID!! They damaged the VSC system in my car while doing other work and then wanted to charge me to fix it. They also told me my radiator reservoir was empty (it had a normal fluid level). Great place and better prices. They where understanding and took the time to explain everything before buying a car. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy their first car or even their 100th car.
