Matthew was incredibly professional , he handled everything he could without my being there so my time at the dealership was about 1 hour. In and out. He took the time to set everything up for me ( in front of me so I'll know when my new phone arrives tomorrow) and explained every question I had and explained SEVERAL additional things that I'll need to know. Honest and great integrity. A very trustworthy person to deal with. I highly recommend him if you are even considering a Toyota ( new in my case ) . All in all a great experience with a great guy. I can't see how he could have done anything any better. WHEN is the last time you bought a new car in 1 hour ? Matthew is capable of making that happen. Thank you for all your hard work behind the scene and just being a great in person sales rep !!

Isaiah was our sale person. He assured us with the purchase of a 2021 Toyota RAV4. He answered any questions we had and was not a pushy sales person. The whole process went smooth and was finished with the purchase in a few hows. I would buy a car again from Parks Toyota of DeLand and request Isaiah.

Got a very lucky deal on a used 2021 Model 3 at Parks Toyota thanks to TJ and Billy! They were both so helpful in the process of buying my first car and I m so glad I got to work with them. When you come in here to buy your car ask for TJ or Billy and they ll get you set up.

Great salon! I bought a Mazda CX9 here on Friday. manager Vic is the best manager, he explained everything, showed us, selected the best financing option, did a test drive in different cars and ultimately chose a Mazda. Vic was constantly in touch even on weekends and answered all questions and helped with everything. This is the best manager I have worked with. I recommend to everyone!

Went in to Parks Toyota of Deland on a Saturday. They ere super busy but was able to talk with Matthew Ruggiero and look at a few Tacomas on the lot. He helped me through the entire process and answered all my questions as this was my first time buying a vehicle. Would definitely recommend this dealership and send them to Matthew!

Went in to find my son a car and from the start Isaiah was friendly and helpful. This young man walked us through the process of buying a Dodge Charger and wasn't pushy and explained our options for buying. He was a great salesman without being aggressive or overbearing. I will definitely buy from Parks Toyota next time I buy a car. Thank you Isaiah and Parks Toyota keep up the great work. Very satisfied customers

I ordered a Prius from Parks and they told me it would take 6 months to get it. It took two. My salesman Simon was very helpful and surprisingly knowledgeable. I only say surprisingly because he was a very young guy and he knew the answer to every question immediately and effortlessly like an old sales veteran. Scott, in the money department, made me feel like I was doing business with a friend who knew what he was doing. The team at Parks functioned as a well oiled machine. They did not waste my time and made the experience pleasant and easy. I recommend this dealership wholeheartedly. The Prius is like driving a spaceship from the future that looks amazing, has some pep and is economical to a ridiculously good degree. Couldn t be happier with this car or Parks.

Highly recommend doing business with Parks Toyota in DeLand. They were super informative and not pushy just to close a deal. Jaiden was super knowledgeable and prepared with details before I even stepped foot in the dealership. This made the experience smooth and not overwhelming. The paperwork process was prepared quickly and the signing process did not take an unnecessary amount of time! 5 start experience through and through!

I worked with Simon Lawson at Parks Toyota in Deland for the 2023 Toyota Corolla. He made the process very easy and is very knowledgeable on how to make sure I was able to get something affordable and functional for my lifestyle. I have two cars seats and a booster seat in the back. The trunk fits a double stroller an umbrella stroller and I can get a good amount of groceries in there.Handles great and very comfortable for long trips. Thank you Mr. Lawson for your help.

CJ and TJ were great! CJ was the one who showed me all the bells and whistles on the new Tundra and TJ showed me how to use them after the sale. It is hard to find someone who takes a lot of pride in their work these days but both of these individuals did. I will be trading with these guys for now on.

I bought a car on 3/29 and my experience at Toyota was absolutely amazing from start to finish. My dad and I thought we were going to be there all night on Good Friday of all days but we were there for roughly 2 hours thanks to our car salesmen, Alex Q. Alex was truly the best, he listened to what we wanted and helped work with us to get it. I can t thank him enough!

I had the absolut best experience trading in and buying a used 2019 Toyota Highlander from Isaiah this past weekend. I told him what I wanted, had, and could afford. He found me just what I needed, at my price point. I highly recommend seeing him for your auto purchase needs, he's not your average slimey, pushy sales guy.

Thank you to Kenny and the Parks' crew for helping me get exactly what I wanted in a Rav4, quickly and without playing games with me. Great dealership helped me every step of they way got me in and out quick no cutting corners and typical sales tactics Isaiah the salesman that helped me buy a 2004 jeep wrangler X was very flexible and straight forward with me. Any questions I had if he didn't have the answer he got one quick. Definitely recommend shopping here and will work with this dealership in the future.

This was an experience like no other! From the initial inquiry via the website with Alex, to meeting him in person, customer service was already at a 10/10. Bringing Mr. Bruce to assist me with the vehicle I was interested in, I knew I was in great hands. Bruce isn t your typical salesman, he listens, provides accurate information, and does all he can to make your buying process as painless as possible. Tommy took care of everything when I contacted him regarding a gently used Toyota Rav4 that I was interested in! He showed me all of the bells and whistles in the car, we took it for a test drive and he got to work. I was able to get really close to the payment I wanted and the experience was great. Went to Toyota because i fell in love with a Camry. Had Isaiah as my sales rep and honestly the best experience I've had in any dealership. He diffidently went above and beyond for me. Would 10/10 recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. His personality was great, very professional and did anything he could to make sure i was able to get the car of my dreams and i got it. Once again Isaiah was great! For my next car he Will be the guy i go to.

Both TJ and Scott were excellent in handling the sale.The only reason for 4 stars is the price listed did not match the actual price. If I'm given a price on an item, then drive 1 1/2 hours to find it's actually more expensive, I can't say I'm thrilled regardless of the reason.The vehicle was very clean and well prepared for the transaction.Everything was great except for what I mentioned. Regardless, I'm still a satisfied customer and will recommend.

I had been searching for months to find a dealer that would work with me to purchase the special vehicle I was looking for. I stumbled upon Parks Toyota of DeLand one. I first spoke with Jason who was absolutely phenomenal. He treated me like we were old friends which was a nice relief for a change. The other dealers were terrible and treated me like a dollar sign on their commission check. After the car was ordered I worked with the sales agent, Bruce Hrabia. He made the buying process painless and fantastic. He answered all of my questions and when an issue did pop up at pick up day he quickly resolved it. Absolute legend. And I can't forget to add in Scottt in finance. It's never fun giving someone your money but he was great to work with. I would definitely buy another car from Parks Toyota of DeLand if the opportunity presents itself. If you need a car, used or new go see Bruce in sales and tell him David with the Supra sent you!
