The staff are very friendly. They have a great offer on Oil Changes. They check in my brakes and did a full inspection. They gave me an estimate for front Brakes and Rotars. Shop was super clean. I dropped my truck off and they called and text me when it was ready. I highly recommend this over some of the other shops that charge $80 to $100 for an oil change for my Toyota Tacoma.

I took my car in because my a/c was not working. They charged me 1700 to replace the compressor. It took me a week to come up with the money because I am a single mom with 2 children and I work as a waitress. I had to borrow some of the money because I needed my car back having 2 small children. Less then a month went by and my a/c was blowing hot air again. I took it in and they said they fixed it but gave me a long list of more repairs. I paid the money .again just a few weeks later the same thing. This time I had no problems with my steering, when I picked the car up my power steering was out. They said it was brought in that way, although it was not. And again my a/c was not blowing cold air. I brought it in again because it s under warranty. They again gave me a long list of repairs and said they fixed the a/c. However, my a/c is still not working. You have no idea how guilty I feel watching my small children sweat in the backseat of my car. There isn t anything more I can do as I am still working to pay off the money I borrowed to initially have it fixed. Do not take your vehicle to these people. I wish I could afford a lawyer because I would sue them.

Shout out to Miguel Rae & Kenny!! Thank you for taking on my Charger's Manifold gasket blowout on such short notice. I must of stopped and called some 10 shops to help me and no one had the time until next week. I was visiting from Fort Lauderdale when the gasket became critical and the drive back would not have been a good had I not fixed it!!You guys took on the job, gave me a great price (Military too) and did a great job even when you guys were jumping through hoops to help everyone! Thank you for a job well done and coming through for me. I'm back in FT. Lauderdale now and she's running like a champ again! Thanks Kenny!! If you guys are ever in FT. Lauderdale you got my number!! From the moment I walked in, I knew that I found a great place for all of my car care needs.The Service Writer, Denett, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She listened intently to my concerns and then did a great job explaining the results of their inspection, which was very thorough and done by an exceptionally talented Technician by the name of Josh S. Together they put together a list of recommendations, which was much more thoughtful and reasonably priced than what I received from a local car dealership just the day before.I really liked that they took the time to explain which of their recommendations were the most urgent and which ones could wait a while if that was what I decided to do. I also very much appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure to accept their recommendations or to pay for unnecessary services, which let me know that I was dealing with good, honest people.I will definitely be going back to Meineke whenever my car needs service (at least as long as Denett and Josh are there) and I highly recommend that others in the Deland area do the same.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto battery maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

This shop is AMAZING! Took my car in for oil change, as I was waiting, the Service Writer told me my brake pads were worn (showed pictures of the pads). Saved me a lot of time and money by getting it all done quickly, and out the door within an hour. Thanks guys! I highly recommend this Meineke as they really are honest and upfront about everything! If I could, would give them 6 stars!

Amazing service! Brought vehicle in for overheating issue. Helped diagnose and fixed coolant hose. Let me know lots of computers code, leaks and engine issues showing after fluid flush. Gave estimates for fixing the vehicle. Helped me figure out my next steps with getting vehicle. Staff was very sweet. We broke down on our way from Orlando, FL to Asheville, NC.Denett was amazing with helping me with emotional day and letting me visit her adorable puppies that turned my day so much better :) highly recommend! GREAT STAFF ,FRIENDLY and HONEST!

Drove from Ny to Florida, noticed some wiggle in the car so we took it to the first shop I saw and I was lucky that it was this Meineke because even though they were busy they took us in, they made me and the kids feel comfortable knowing that we were tired from the trip, manager was nice and didn't try to upsell me on anything, even gave the kids some cold bottled water. The technician came out and said that it was just an alignment issue, fixed it fast and efficiently. I wish all car care centers were like this where I'm from. Would definitely recommend this place.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

I took my care for a stalling issues they couldn t figure out the issue but they did find a leak in the water pump. I paid $600 bucks for them to change the spark plugs after they couldn t figure out why the car was stalling. I picked the up and it was doing the same thing. I got autho for the water pump and door switches so i told them while they had it please try i to figure out why the car was doing that. No check engine light etc. so the switches for the door were wrong so they had to wait wait for the part. So i said i would leave and get a rental car so they can continue to look into that problem. Because i paid for the diagnostic. They had my car for 5 days. Every time i checked on my car no update was given on the original problem. After leaving my car and paying for a rental picked my car up still doing the same thing. I don t believe they did anything just took my money. I requested my labor and diagnostic fee back i was declined. Don t know where RAY!!!!!!! is but this place no longer is a good place to take you car. BEWARE RAY IS NO LONGER HERE. I will never go back or recommend anyone for this place. They let my car sit and just gave it back to me then wanted me to bring it back are you CRAZY!!!!!!! The customer service is horrible. Oh did i mention they said they changed my oil??? And i was like for what i just got it changed. Big time scammers.(PENNY DROPPED)Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

An oil change here was done relatively quickly. I experienced evidence of fluid leaks within a few days of this, but attributed them to problems with a new vehicle. The auto dealer diagnosed that Meineke failed to properly seat the oil dip stick, which acted like an unsecure oil breather cover and spewed oil all over my engine. Cleaning it cost nearly 3 times the cost of the oil change. The shift manager said the manager would address my gripe. I still haven't heard from him in over four weeks. I would not take my car here again, and would not recommend anyone else do so either.

First time at this shop and had a great experience. Josh and Danette were a breeze to work with. I will definitely go here again. I will also add that the man that came in after me acted like a complete child for reasons that I still cannot understand. Josh and Danette handled the situation as well as any team could. Kudos to them.

Bringing my car to the Meineke in Deland, Fl was a very good choice. Both Denett and Josh did a fantastic job! I just had my car inspected by a local shop in Deland. They indicated I had an oil leak coming from the timing cover of the engine. The estimate to fix it was around $1,800.00. They're not on my extended coverage list, so I went up the street to Meineke. As it turns out, the other clinic missed an additional oil leak coming from the oil pan. They noted a few other items that were somewhat minor. Denett and Josh took control of the situation. Josh was happy to explain the repair and allowed me to ask questions. The very next day, Denett had the repairs approved by the extended coverage provider. I was shocked that it was done so quickly. I dropped the car off the same day, and it was finished today! It's important to mention that I had the other repairs completed by Meineke as well. Meineke was more competitively priced then the shop that did the inspection. They even scheduled a follow up to come back in 2 weeks. They want to make sure there's no leaking. I'd highly recommend the Meineke in Deland. In fact, I'll be purchasing a new set of tires there as well!6-14-23 - Dropped my car off for new tires, balance, alignment, and antifreeze change. Also had a new fan assembly installed for the radiator. Josh, Denett, and Joshua are great. This is not the "Old Meineke" that did exhaust systems. To my surprise, Meineke is a full-service repair shop now. They also provide a 1-year, 12,000-mile guarantee on their work. I highly recommend taking your car to the Deland, Florida Meineke on S. Woodland. Great job!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Don't use this Meineke. I've had great success with Meineke's in the past but this is the first and last time I'll go to the DeLand location. Scheduled an appointment, dropped the vehicle off to have it inspected for repair of misfire and rough idle. 4 hours later I'm told to come pick up the truck because it is repaired. I drove the vehicle .5 miles and the same issue happened again misfire and rough idle. After 20 minutes on the phone with multiple Associates I was told that the service was performed and until something different happens there is nothing they can do. When I requested they take more time or try different parts they argued and said they don't want to. I have paid for the service, parts and labor, and my vehicle performs exactly the same. I will update the review when my money is refunded for non-service or Meineke fixes this issue.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

They were awesome. Everyone treats us with respect. I had no idea how my car warranty worked. I gave him the papers and he figured it out and called them. He was able to look at my car and tell me what was wrong with the engine in such a short amount of time. They also have awesome ways that you can finance through in order to get expensive repairs done without having to pay it all at once when you don t have the money. Such a great team here.

Sort of a mixed bag with this Meineke. Long story short, if you are particular about how you maintain your car, I wouldn t recommend them. Also, went to pick my car up the other day and when I got in the seat was so far forward I slammed my head and neck into the roof getting into the car. I m a short woman so I absolutely was not expecting a seat so far forward I get clotheslined getting into my own car. The guy at the front desk is super nice but I don t understand why it s so difficult to put 5W40 in my car. I was also told the brake replacement would be an exact match to the original brakes on my vehicle and it was not. They are smaller and don t work as well.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Literally one of the best experiences I have ever had at an auto shop! Felt very welcomed and didn t feel like I was taken advantage of. The mechanics Michael and Jose were able to help fix my brakes in a reasonable timing. Went there to get an estimate on exhaust work for our challenger. They were busy of course for a Saturday. The manager was very helpful and apologetic about the wait. Gave me the estimate and worked me in same day, which I wasn t expecting but very grateful. Also looked at the welds when finished and they looked like factory. Rae and his crew went above and beyond my expectations!!! I had been to 3 different shops AND the manufacturers shop and they all just wanted to take my money. Rae and his guys understood what I needed done and did JUST THAT!! He didn t try to sell me no credit card or extra services that I didn t need. He listened to me and took the time to explain everything to me that way I understood how the system works. I had a blower motor and blower motor resistor replaced. Price was HUNDREDS cheaper than the others I had gone to. There was a chance that my dash was gonna have to come out to get to the part which would have been a whole lot more added to my ticket. Rae went out of his way to make sure they could get the job done without removing my dash and even stayed late after his store was closed to get the job done THAT DAY (he had it done in less than three hours). He also got with me a few days later to make sure everything was still working good and getting nice and cold. I am now a Meineke DeLand customer for all my car care needs . Thank you so much to Rae and his crew for doing a Phenomenal job and actually having a heart for his customers.Service: A/C installation & repair

I ve been to 2 repair shops with a 5.0 and a 4.8 google review but they exaggerated their inspection, service fee and recommendation, the manager of the shop from the moment I ve talked to him and his son for the first time i felt comfortable, there s even a warranty on their service which most shops don t offer, they re very engaging and would tell you what you need and what you don t, they value their service more than them milking their customer s money. I would recommend people getting their brake pads replaced here, Good Job.

I am a first time customer as of today and I'm now 100% a lifelong customer after today.. Miguel showed me the best customer service I've ever had and treated me like family. He not only listened to my needs but understood that I was on a budget and helped me afford the work I desperately needed. I felt comfortable and at home with these guys and even though I spent from 9am to 4pm he constantly stayed in communication with me and explained everything I needed. Rae was very nice and I believe very honest with his diagnosis. Kept me informed and had my car done in a very timely manner. The Woodland location in Deland is a excellent place for business, everyone was very nice and helpful. I got all 3 of my vehicles serviced and all 3 were finished in timely manner.. Customer service was great and all mechanics know what they are doing.. All vehicles were repaired correctly without any problems . Bought a vehicle for my new tree service and immediately had issues with it. Was referred to these guys, Miguel and Ray from a good friend. Had a new transmission installed along with some other things that needed to be addressed. These guys new I was on a tight time schedule for completion and actually kept the shop open late to complete my repairs. I have since brought multiple vehicles and for the first time ever, I know I can drop of one of my company trucks and just tell them to fix what s needed and I m never surprised when I get the bill. Do NOT use or trust this shop. I bought a jeep from a dealership in DeLand, payed these guys to do a new buyers inspection. I specifically asked what did that cover? They said it was a bumper to number inspection and I specifically asked them to check the top for erosion or leaks, the frame and body for rust, and all cv joints, boots, brakes, steering ect. They sent me a text saying the ONLY thing they would recommend was a cabin air filter.Well I went ahead and scheduled delivery of the vehicle and when it showed up it was apparent they didn't look at ANYTHING.The driver's door didn't unlock from the inside OR outside so OBV they didn't drive itThe emergency brake didn't workOne headlight was blown so they didn't even perform a safety checkoffThe back window had no zippers and wouldn't zip upThe power steering didn't work , or least barely workedSevere Rust all over the front fenders, undercarriage and rocker panelsIt's obv they didn't even look at this vehicle. Please don't trust them.

Miguel and the crew are great. Fair prices, maybe even less than average. They definitely keep costs to minimum and will get you back on the road quickly with out breaking your bank. They even have a credit program and free tow to the shop. That alone saves a bunch, thanks guys. My son is taking his car there this week. I know I've found my local repair shop and won't go anywhere else.

We had such a good experience here today. The person that helped us was so professional and friendly. At only 19 and to have such great customer service skills. I didn't ask his name but I wish I did. Great job!
