I've called 45 times in the last 30 min and it's a constant busy signal. They are either that busy or they are holding up the lines. After getting in touch with them the gentleman was very polite and helpful. Prices are high for an oil change but I did receive a call back for my review and guy apologed for the phone service issue. Thank you and that was very nice of you to explain why I couldn't get through.

My mechanic at TOM'S Auto Repair sent me there for a much needed oil change. I didn't have the money so I went close to 12,000 miles without changing my oil. They let me choose a less expensive option and now I will change my oil every 3,000 miles without fail..,

I've used this place 3 times. Quick, friendly, affordable and they don't price gouge or try to put anything over on a single woman. They give your vehicle a once over every time for free so you know what you need.

It was a busy week before Xmas and they ran out of oil filters used on my truck. They told me to come back tomorrow. I did and they had filters. Great job and team work.

Stopped in to this location for an oil change, although I was hesitant due to a prior bad experience. The prior bad experience was not at this location, it was a different local establishment. I was serviced by Tyler and Rick, they were awesome. Very communicative and transparent! I was in and out quicker than I anticipated. Very pleased with their professionalism and quality of service. Great place for simple oil change. They are also honest what they can and cannot do. I went there to get a transmission fuild flush on my 2018 Ford EcoSport and they were kind enough to see if they could do it but recommended another shop since it was more involved than they can handle which I appreciate.

We use classic lube quite frequently for oil changes and other services. The service is always proper and completed in a timely manner. We highly recommend Classic lube!

I wish they had the equipment to do everything, because this would be my one stop shop - absolutely no question. These guys are all so friggin nice, it blows me away every time. Excellent customer service! I was in and out in half an hour, unlike the 3-4 hours it took at the dealer, they also found the filthy air filter the dealer didnt! I Will def be going there for future oil changes.

I pulled up and needed to be somewhere at an exact time and they did a full oil change, changed my filters, and rotated my tires in under 25 minutes!

In October of 2020 I took my jaguar and for an oil change. the staff was friendly and I sat in my vehicle while they worked on my car. I have used them many times for oil changes and never had a problem . However, this time it was different. They advised me I need a synthetic oil because of the kind of vehicle it was. I had the oil change done and I left. A couple days later my vehicle started acting funny. There was a horrible smell of oil burning when I would try to drive it. I had a mobile mechanic come to my home and he said that the PVC valve was leaking I needed to be changed. hey return to do that work and said since he had been gone several other things were now leaking oil. He asked me if I had had a recent oil change? I said yes I took it to Classic lube and they did an oil change on it. he said well they have overfilled your car with oil. Your head gaskets are ruined and your manifold intake gasket is ruined. I contacted the manager and he came to my home and tried to blame the problem on the kind of vehicle I have. he pulled out the dipstick and said that the oil would have to be high up on the dipstick for there to be a problem. I personally think he was just giving me the runaround because they do not want to take responsibility. They overfilled my Jaguar with oil and they almost blew up my engine because of it. I will never ever do business with them again.Service: Oil change

Great service brings repeat customers. They give you free fluid checks, check tire pressure, every maintenance we need between oil changes. Sick in & out, friendly staff. They even have a database of all manufacturer recommended maintenance. No pressure recommendations. Just the perfect place for all my routine issues. Highly recommended,

I've been bringing my cars for service here since it opened in 1991. Always a good experience with honest technicians. When I was in recently, I learned that Rick, a 25+ year employee, is now the owner as the former owners have retired. Horrible...the time before last a "mechanic" admitted that he tried to get the oil plug out but stripped it but made the oil change happen through other means and next time I'm on they would do the repairs, no charge and only charge for next oil change. Well... Lo and behold I go there today and they can't do anything, they suggest a mechanic could fix it , maybe.I told them exactly what the other guy said, they show me on previous paperwork where it being stripped was noted, yes that's exactly what I just told you he did. Guess what? This other guy no longer works there. No oil change, no offer to make things right and they only want to put this piece of paper in front of me. So now I have to pay to have their incompetence fixed and nothing is resolved.. Say goodbye Classic Lube

Had a tire rotation done here a couple of weeks ago. Today I noticed that one of my back tires looked a little low so I went to check the pressure and couldn't find the valve. There is a notch on the wheel cover that they are supposed to align with the valve when they put the wheel cover back on. In this case they did NOT align the notch, and instead just jammed the valve down behind the wheel cover. Same thing for the other back tire. Fronts were OK. They broke the TPMS stem on each of the valves as well. Turns out the valve on the passenger side rear tire is now leaking, which is why the tire is losing air. Not happy. This is just poor attention to simple details that result in big problems for the customer. Would not recommend them and will not return.
