I've been coming to B&G Trailers for over a decade for all my trailer needs and I've never been disappointed in the quality of their work. From trailers I've purchased there, to trailers I've had completely redone, these guys know what they are doing. When we bought our boat years ago, it never went on the trailer correctly. B&G set it up so it glides on exactly where it's supposed to be. I recently got new tires for my boat trailer. The price was right, they look great, and I didn't expect the shiny new rims that came with them...Snazzy! I bought a kayak trailer from them and it works terrific. So does the trailer I bought from them to haul mowing equipment. I've had bunks and/or carpet replaced, lights fixed, brakes redone, calipers etc. and they're always honest and fair. Ed is the best. When it comes to the office and time to check out, make sure you talk with any one of the ladies, they always have their act together.

Greg and the team know what the hell they are doing! For sure! Rest assured the work you are considering having done, B&G can handle it.There's trailer shops, then there is B&G. Great communication, excellent service and advice. True trailer professionals.You'll be fine. Go ahead and buy with confidence.

I rarely post a review but due to exceptional service at B and G trailers I will make an exception. I brought in boat trailer with non working lights. Shawn tested lights and gave me several options for repair. I also needed a new winch. When I returned next day trailer was retired, winch was mounted even touched up some paint. Shawn then came out greased all 4 hubs and even found me an old extra hub which he cleaned up for me. He hooked up trailer and checked out all my lights. Not only was he thorough and efficient but he treated this old man with courtesy and respect. I would highly recommend Shawn and the business he works for if you need any trailer repairs

You need trailer service or parts these are your guys. These people still operate like the good ol times. Straight up honest people that are there for you. I will never use another trailer shop again. Customer for life

Extremely happy with my 2022 Continental Boat Trailer!! Hauled my old trailer with boat on it to their facility and they took care of me with the utmost of speed and professionalism. They placed my boat on the new trailer and made all the necessary adjustments to make it fit perfectly. Launching my boat at the ramp couldn't be any easier and now I can haul it anywhere with confidence! Not only did they have what I needed in stock but the price was right too! Thanks guys!, Kudos for a super easy transaction and a job well done!!

First trip on the water since trailer repair after spending 1450$ for new axel and stainless steel bolt replacements throughout the trailer and both pieces of wood that had bolts replaced were rotated on each side after landing my boat. Had to go back and re tighten every bolt and nut on the trailer that was changed out. simply landing my boat on the trailer at the ramp and this happened. Been around boats my whole life and I had to go back around the whole trailer on every bolt and nut that was replaced and re tighten everything. Needless to say I wasn t happy with the service at all after going through that. I won t be taking my trailer back for repair to this facility ever again. The quality of work is definitely not up to par with the amount you pay. That s simply unacceptable.

My family has used B&G for close to 30 years. They do it all - parts and repair... utility trailers, and nobody will set up your boat trailer better. A family business with friendly service and priced fairly - I wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 stars.

Bought a new aluminum trailer with torsion axle for my Boston Whaler Montauk . These guys are great . I took my boat on the old trailer there , they took my boat off the old trailer and put it on the new one .they adjusted all the bunks to the boat and off I went . Everyone there is really friendly and professional. I will always use them .

Was quoted a couple of weeks for a custom trailer. Which turned into almost 3 months. The result was not being able to sell my boat when I wanted to. Then upon delivery of my trailer they tried to charged $1,000 more than quoted because of a screw up in paperwork. Took the trailer and boat home and the trailer was built too low. Scratching speed bumps on my way home. When I arrived at my home the trailer (which I had told them was being put into my garage) bottomed out again on my driveway resulting in damage to my newly epoxied driveway. Damage cost has yet to be determined on that. Then, the final piece was when I went to take the trailer off my hitch it was too low to lower the trailer jack to raise the trailer off my hitch. So I was stuck with putting my trailer in my driveway during the hurricane when it was supposed to be in MY GARAGE. B&G trailer majorly dropped the ball with me. From beginning to end it has been nothing but a nightmare. Very, very upset.

Excellent customer service! We found them on accident when our trailer blew a bearing on I4. The staff was helpful and willing to fit us into their busy schedule. They completed the repair in under an hour, and we are back in the road. I am not sure if that is a standard service, but it was a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you B&G Trailers!

I think this is the first time I have ever given a positive review for a business that did NOT do what I asked. I took my two year old boat trailer to B&G for it's first service. I was also concerned about what I thought was a lot of rust on the suspension springs. Billy looked over everything and said I did not need service. Everything was fine. The rust on the springs was normal and I likely had several more years worth of use before they needed replacement. He did tell me how I could clean them up and reduce future rust. The cost? Zero. I was fully prepared to pay for a service and for the replacement of the springs and would not have known any better. When it is time for service or a repair, I will absolutely be going to B&G.

All of the folks at B & G were amazing to work with and really take their job seriously. Tyler and Stacy are the main 2 people I dealt with and my experience was awesome. They made me feel like I really matter to them as a customer. I bought a refurbished trailer and they did exactly what they said they would do and had a beautiful trailer ready for me in about 3-4 days. If you need a trailer or parts I would strongly suggest B & G trailers as the people are very nice and will take care of you at a very good/fair price. I won't go anywhere else for my trailer needs. Thank you Tyler, Stacy and the rest of the crew you guys ROCK!!!!

Of all the bad customer service I've received in my life this place takes first prize! Quite a while back I had my boat trailer break while trying to pull the boat out of the St. Johns river. I was in a real bind because I had to ask the rangers at Hontoon Island to let me leave the boat docked there until I could get the trailer fixed. All the trailer needed was some minor welding so I took it too B & G, and explained my situation. At least four times they promised me it would be ready by a certain time, and each time it wasn't. Finally, they said it would be ready at on a specific day and time so I said I would be there to pick it up. I didn't call, I just showed up. When I got there I asked where the trailer was, and found out they had not even started to work on it. It had been sitting there for a couple of weeks, and they had not even touched it. I said I'd just pick it up and go somewhere else. The guy that brought the trailer out to me made some rude comments to me about not waiting for them to fix it. I said I'd never come back to them again, and they'd had enough chances. He said, "Well, we do over a million dollars in business every year so we must be doing something right!" To which I replied, "That may be so, but none of that million will ever come out of my pocket!"Folks, please go somewhere else. This place does not deserve your business.

I took a trailer in for repair work and was convinced by owner George that he could upgrade me to a refurbished aluminum trailer that would be like new for just a little more than my repairs with mine as trade. Did the deal and it was ready 3 days after they said it would be. When I picked it up the boat hung over bunks nearly two feet and when asked about this they said it was normal. Lights did not work on one side and they had to fix while I waited. When I took the boat out fishing that day I noted that the tires were all dry rotted and with the boat off the trailer I noted that they did a lot of paint over the metal surfaces. When I called them they told me to come back in and they switched tires and rims off my old trailer and put the on my new one. They did not address the painted parts stating it was just additional protection. Well within one month I noted that the fenders were all broken and zip tied together used oversized washers used to try to hold the broken pieces to the frame. The trailer which was undersized for my boat has now rusted through in so many places and fenders are falling off. The boat has been used primarily in fresh water and always washed boat and trailer after use. I have redone most all wiring. Thanks George for such a great experience! Will look elsewhere for new trailer now.

Had a complete axle built with springs and hubs for my flats boat trailer. These guys are awesome honestly. They were fairly priced and had the axle done from scratch in less than 8 hours. They really helped me out. Great service.

Only place that bothered to call me back out of almost 15 trailer places I called and left messages that day at 9am ready to buy 2 trailers. 1hr away and was worth it. great service, and friendly people. Knowledgeable and answered every question I had without pushing to sell anything. And yes I bought 2 trailers that day. Thanks. Couldn't be happier.

Talked to AL on phone, super nice guy, guided me into the direction I needed! Came in next day and picked up the pieces he recommended...he wasn't there yet but all 3 of the folks up front helped me out and was very informative, now I'm back on the road! Thanx yall...wasnt going to mention the price being a little high bc so is everything now due to this Brandon administration ...will definitely be returning for any of my trailer needs

Sos far so good dropped off boat today for a new aluminum trailer to be built custom for my boat elly and jim in office was great and brian the guy that's gonna build my trailer answered all of my questions and concerns!!!! Cant wait post when I get the trailer!!!!! Thanks for the great customer service too!!! Just wanted to say what a great job brian did on my boat trailer I've so many compliments on it and I made sure I told them where and who!!! Hopefully yall get some more business!!! Thanks again for great job and quality work and service!!!!

Very nice people work here and they charge fair prices for what they sell. Called 2 hours before they closed early on Memorial Day weekend (which was 2:00) and they were able to prep and get my trailer ready for pickup. They mounted a spare, added some locks, did all the paperwork and tag in less then 1/2 hour. Excellent service all the way around and they have a lot of trailers!

Went there to purchase a trailer. They acted as if they weren't interested in selling anything. The 1st person who I spoke with , actually made an outgoing call in the midst of our conversation . They were extremely high on the price, literally a third higher than the other dealers. I strongly recommend not even wasting your time with these people. Terrible service, ignorance is an incredible understatement.

All the staff were just as friendly and helpful as they could be. I called numerous times and they remained very patient with me. I completely recommend them should you need a new trailer or repairs done. Great company and people.

Emailed a picture of the bow roller bracket I needed from one of their trailers after calling Stacy and asking if that was the best way to find my part. Never heard back after 1 1/2 days, so I called. No part available, and they were too busy with trailer sales to help me either find the part or make the part. This was on one of THEIR trailers, so one would think they would be willing to help with parts. Guess I'll try elsewhere, and I will remember their level of service when I'm in the market for a new trailer!

Super group of people!! When my Ranger boat was totally damaged on 3/2/16 at Astor FL Boat ramp parking by some stupid idiot hit and run driver, George and Tara totally took care of me in my time of need. Got a replacement trailer from B&G and the trailer rides better than my Ranger trailer!! Great job guys and your service team is second to none!Thanks AgainBrian in Dalton GA
